Followed me around the entire store-- they commented on my body twice and told me there were more sizes in the back. There are always sizes in the back!! You do not need to tell me this. Personal space is important. If you dont trust me, you MUST GIVE ME SPACE REGARDLESS. Absolutely terrible.

If I could give this location zero stars I would.My boyfriend and I were going to do some shopping at this location and were followed the entire time in the store. I just contacted corporate about this. I work directly with the general public and this is NOT good quality customer service.I do not recommended anyone shop here they will follow you around like you are going to steal something.

Its Ralph Lauren. Of course its good. The sales person was Awesome! Seriously, Awesome! Their follow up after the fact with a nice hand written note card was unexpected and a polishing touch. I didnt even buy that much but they treated me like a VIP. The sales person gave me her card and Ive saved it my contacts. I feel like I have a R.L. personal shopper.

Fabulous store.Only one HUGE dissapoitment...RL is a strong USA brand, the clothes...Made in China?Come on Ralph Lauren...Big prices for made in China?Low wage workersHigh priced clothes.Also, my cashmere sweater doesnt feel like cashmere. Could possibly be wool. Definitely not cashmere.

Roxy & lisa were very accommodating, I had questions and they scavenged through the back ro find what I was requesting and that the of service in retail is hard to get in todays age ! Five stars I hope to see great service here again soon!
