Sad there is know good customer service any more. I spent about $400.00 in the store, and they act as if I was putting them out trying on shoes and there is no one else in the store owners dont care who they hire I guess. its to bad I really like there store .but on the good side found same shoes somewhere else and great customer service so now I will return my shoes back to Oak West

The guy I. This store over charged me for a special edition convers that my daughter wanted and $280 and I looked online and and they were $160, the worker took advantage cause he saw that she wanted them and I just could not let her down and not get them but also none of the shoes have prices why is this. Bad business to not have prices and also to take advantage of a customer.

Stopped by this store on 8/5 on the afternoon spent almost $400 on 3 items. Yeah some of the stuff here was marked up, but that wasn’t the main issue what was really disappointing was the service. Terrible. It was some bigger guy, dude was really lazy, unhelpful, and just gave off some negative energy like he was bothered to be working. I was so turned off by his service that while I was paying I almost cancelled the entire transaction. I actually wish I did. Everything is cheaper online anyway.

This place is amazing, they have great prices and a lot of choices. I forgot the persons name who helped me personally but they were very nice and made sure i was happy with everything before i left the store. I will be back!

Went out of state for a vacation, and ended up needing a new pair of shoes. With all the adventuring I was doing, the ones I had werent lasting. I end up here and get sold some SWEET Nikes. Great service, great people. 12/10

Jay the customer service rep was the rudest person I’ve ever dealt with. Just because we didn’t purchase shoes (and only because they didn’t have my son’s size) he became angry and hostile with us. When I asked politely what the issue was, he felt the need to argue with me in front of my children. He is the most unprofessional sales person ever. When I asked to speak to the owner or manager he claimed to be the owner and wasn’t. I’d give this place 0 stars if I could. Horrible service!!

These folks are some of the worst sales associates Ive ever had the displeasure of dealing with. They charge extra for shoes the you can get anywhere else at cheaper prices. They are not customer friendly in anyway. They came off very rude. Once i walked out of there, I knew I would never be coming in there again. I even wanted a job there before I saw how the service was.

Dig bick energy from the older gentleman that runs the store. 10/10 would recommend to legless iraqi orphans.

Went in with the idea of buying a pair of comfy crocs, the owner suggested to me something else, a classic pair or Air Jordans™, i insisted on buying the crocs, but he said No want shoe, no buy shoe, i gave in to him at that point, i bought the Air Jordans™, went to the local bar later that night to drown my croc-less sorrows, i then feel a tap on my shoulder, a 10/10 says nice shoes, want a drink? and thats how i met my wife, 16 years ago today, great man, great shop
