Go somewhere else. The shoes are dirty, all of them are worn and not new. Customer service is not it chief they need new workers that actually want there job.

Come here for all your sports related materials from game caps to socks they even have a nice set of jackets here kinda awesome dont you think the customer service is great just gotta ask and vualla item get found man they even have mugs here. ?? Lol no better place to go to for a sports fan.

Hey guys yall who go to Champs you might want to think twice before going there because the service there was very terrible and appalling. Heres a true small story for you guys to listen and ponder about when going to the mall and spending your money for Champs. As I was shopping I wanted to buy new shoes, so I decided to go to Champs to buy my shoes. I find a pair of shoes I am happy and satisified with I ask one of the employees if I can use one of their socks. They gave me the socks, however the socks didnt fit me, I ask if they have a bigger size, but one of the employees was kind and said no Im sorry. Unfortunately, I caught another employee sneakingly telling the other employee not to apologize because its I quote Not their fault. I confront this other employee and ask him sarcastically if its our fault because we are the customer, you cant expect the customer to bring their own socks. The employee even asks if we want to buy one of their socks, but the thing that is very wrong is that I dont want to buy socks just to try it with shoes. At the end of this situation I just immediately because I am not gonna spend my money on employees who have poor service and act like a jerk to their own customers. Well, this is something I just wanted to state and make it right because PLEASE dont spend money on the people who treat you like nothing. Thank you and have a nice day

Byron the manager is even worse..acts like he is to good to help anyone .Duh hello its your job to serve the public..WITH OUT US YOU WOULDNT HAVE A JOB ....I WOULD REALLY RECOMMEND. I would give a zero but it dont allow me to. Ward is a manager and I seriously think he is cocky and arrogant. I was being polite talking about our kids and he started saying his 10 year old only has retros and jordans over 16 pairs just for this school year. But the way he said it and when I was telling him about mine he rolled his eyes like whatever. Cant believe he is a manager. Trust me I will not be going back.

Terrible Service!Long story short, I when in looking for black shoes. Nobody greets anyone. I finally found someone to help and ask if they have a particular shoe in my size. His straight forward answered No we dont. That’s it.. Nothing else added.. Because of the quick response I thought He didnt even try and ask a second person. He (second person) brings out the shoe in the size I was looking for. (When the first guy said they didnt have it) I kept asking for different sizes/shoes. Every time I asked I got different responses. I got very frustrated and just bought the shoes to think about it. A week after I return to exchange for the right size. They didn’t t have them so I decided to return and get my money back. The guy who identified himself as the Assistant Manager gets called to do the return. Surprisingly, for me, he was my first point of contact last week. The one that said they didnt have my size without even looking. I didn’t mention anything. Then he examines the shoe, and says: Sorry I am not going to be able to give you your money back. They are worn. I responded with “They were never worn outside the store. His response was: Our floors are dirty but not this dirty .I decided to point out the terrible experience I had the previous week. Negatively, uncooperative, sarcastic and laziness. Of course he got upset but from there he took it personal. To end up this review, I ended up ordering my right size and asked the guy who says he is the Assistant Manager if he could please call me once the shoes get there. His answer was NO. you can track it yourself, here is the number. WOW, coming from the Manager??? What’s happened to Champs? Who choses their leaders? Customer service really needs help there...

Horrible experience they are so rude...this black guy that works there is a total **** I asked if he had a a size 9 and a half for these nike air maxes and his answer was”Nope” nothing else added.Its like dude it’s your job!!!never going back there again !!!

Walked into the store twice for shoes and received poor customer service. The first time my request was ignored altogether. The second time the service was less than friendly. I am going to shop online instead of walking into this store again.
