I was a bit leery about using a broker to buy or lease a car. I had always negotiated deals myself and been pretty pleased with the results. When I recently went to lease a Lexus GS350 F-Sport for my wife I became very frustrated in dealing with the dealers in the Phoenix area. They would barely honor the nationally advertised Lexus Command Performance Event pricing/terms. Lawrence Buck at New Car Superstore was excellent to work with. He was able to arrange for a lease at terms that were much better than the nationally advertised deal and even managed to have the car delivered to me in Scottsdale within a few days.I highly recommend the New Car Superstore and will likely use them again the next time I buy a new car.

Their car buying process is so transparent. You see what they see on the computer. You get to see in real time all the companies trying to finance and then eventually the one that will and their terms.They walk you through the process with no pressure. Details were not as advertised. Communication was poor at best. Lawrence Buck was very rude and unprofessional in the manner in which he interacted, and they were not competitive within the immediate marketplace. Wouldn’t recommend at all. God bless

Al Tanner at NCS found me the exact 2019 BMW X3 I had been searching for and he was able to get me a lease deal that beat the two dealerships I had visited by a lot. He was so friendly that I immediately felt comfortable. From there he proved that he is also organized, communicative, tenacious with the lease negotiations and kept the whole process moving smoothly into the night until the delivery (on a flat bed truck no less!) was complete and I was in my new car. Amazing service! The fact that they delivered my car to my office was great! Then, the monthly lease for my new BMW 528i was quoted far less than the dealership and less money was needed as down payment. So, all in all, all it took was a phone call and everything else just happened smoothly. My new Audi SQ5 was recently delivered. This is the second time I have leased a car through Lawrence at the New Car Superstore. He worked hard with the dealer to trade for the car that I wanted. I spent 20 minutes in the office with Scott Arndt, I gave them all my info, I told them which car I want, they never call me back, its 2 months already. Do not recommend it! Dont waste your time guys, these people are Not responsible at all.

I wanted to buy a car for my wife so I called and talked with Anthony at New Car Superstore who claimed to be the owner of New Car Superstore. I requested a quote for 2016 C300 Mercedes, I wanted 12,000 miles and P1 package. What I got quoted and the final price was waaaaay higher. I got the run around when it was time to deliver my car that day. I get a call the next day... and he told me that my brand new car which was white on baige interior got into an accident and that he would find another to replace it with the same features. Well that did not happen the next day... I got a silver car with black interior 10,000 miles and basic package, oh did i tell you that i paid more for this basic car the i would for the p1 package. He told me he would take care of everything and never did. I DONT RECOMMEND ANYONE PURCHACING ANY TYPE OF CAR FROM THIS BUSINESS, UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET RIPPED OFF. GOOD LUCK

Watch out for these guys! They started calling me 2 months before my lease was up saying they would take care of everything. Disaster. Their sales guy Seth kept promising me a fully loaded Lexus IS 250 F-sport with the Mark Levinson premium audio. Ive got all his emails with this deal offered. Low monthly and low drive off. He kept calling and calling with this incredible deal. Said he would take care of the rest of my existing lease. I told him there were two payments left. He said no problem, lets do this now while the deal lasts. I say OK. He has Jim Falk Lexus of Beverly Hills deliver my car. But wait, its not fully loaded and no Mark Levinson audio system! Bait and switch. I get Seth on the phone, he now says the Mark Levinson is a special order and would take weeks to order. So now what am I going to do? I take the car thinking what the hell. But it gets worse. The car was delivered on May 12 and still they havent made any payment to my previous lease. Its 5 weeks later! Looks like Im still on the hook for the $1,000 on my previous lease.For anybody using these guys or another auto broker, heres a tip. Before you sign anything, insist on seeing the Window Sticker of the car thats delivered. The window sticker legally must be with the car at the time of purchase. That window sticker will have all the details and options on that car. Compare that to what you were promised. If everything you were promised is not on the sticker, refuse delivery. These guys expect you to be so in love with the new car delivered to your door that you wont look at the details. Buy beware!

Overall pleasant experience leasing a car from them. They beat my local dealers lease by $40 a month and delivered it to me!
