I bought and serviced my car at this dealership under the Bunnin ownership, but never gave Alexander a chance after disappointing service/repair. However, my opinon has changed greatly. Alexander handled a long-delayed recall (Takata airbag) with high efficiency. Excellent communication. Everyone was very friendly and professional. Alexander will be my first visit for my next new car.

The sales manager Joel Duarte is a rude unprofessional, condescending person. My son just finished serving 4 years in the USMC and was looking for a GM Canyon to accommodate his lil family so we decided to come here. With that being said we had been pre-approved for a auto loan at logixs so we mentioned this to our sales guy and he went to speak with his so called sales manager. He flat out told us no and asked us to leave with no explanation. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone.

Poor customer service “JR” will give you every excuse that they did everything right and make Zero mistakes they hold you to Cadillac standards but won’t hold them selfs accountable they have had my car in service for a total of 4 months I’ve only owned my car for 10 months. Expect to receive your car back with an empty tank dirty and with cigarette burns in rug keep in mind I do not smoke at all! If I can give this place a zero for there customer service and experience I would. It’s unfortunate this is the experience you receive at Alexander Cadillac in Oxnard. will be making my next visits at another Cadillac moving forward wouldn’t be surprised if car has to end up back at service seeing how they handle things around here. Expect attitude when bringin any concerns up. Good Luck.

I had searched across most of the dealers in southern California for an SUV for my wife. Some dealerships were responsive and others were flat out rude. Not here... The second I called Alexander BUICK, GMC AND CADILLAC I was greeted over the phone By the most awesome Ulysses. I provided him with my requests after finding a vehicle online. Within minutes he had texted me pictures of the vehicle inquired about and assured me that it was still available. Now the fun begins!Without spending 4 hours at the dealership Ulysses and I shared a series of texts and a few phone calls d within an hour we had negotiated my trade I. To the exact price I wanted and we came to an agreeable sales price for the vehicle we bought. Typically after this point is when the weird pitch comes by the Finance Manager. Not here... I didnt have the pleasure of meeting the Finance Manager but he got us the best rate for the car and built a great package for us. We ran late after work and Ulysses waited until after closing for us.Let me say that out of my 20+ years of buying cars this was one of the absolute best and straight forward experiences I ever had buying a car. Ulysses and his Team gave us a great vehicle a great deal and an amazing experience. Kudos to all!!!

Horrible experience! Took my car to get serviced here. An when it was time for pick up I find my car with scratches all on the side panel that I have never seen before an I just got th car!! also my tint was damaged!! an too top it all off they locked my keys in my car, they had to make a new key & when I confronted them about it they made it seem like I was the crazy one !!! Smh they need better management here I would think they would have a better standards for being Cadillac

Nieve (I hope I spelled it right) at the service counter is awesome. We had a coolant leak on our Chevy Sonic, and even though they dont sell Chevies, since theyre GM and within walking distance of our house, they were able to get the water pump we needed.

I have dealt with the same service writer for many years and he was pleasant and was professional. I know that my SRX is in good hands with the mechanics at Alexander Cadillac. My first time at the newly refurbished dealership and the waiting room was clean and comfortable. If you have a Cadillac and it needs servicing this is the place to take it.

My husband and I had the best experience buying an Escalade here! I called almost every Cadillac dealership within a 100 mile radius, and knew exactly what I was looking for! I spoke with many sales managers, and general managers looking for something very specific. From my initial phone call with James Pugliese, I knew he was going to come through. After doing all of my research and shopping around, we came into the dealership and were blown away by their customer service and honesty. Donavan Kemp worked really hard on working with us to get the exact car we wanted. The experience was extremely pleasant, and I am so grateful that we went with them. Raymundo Jacinto in finance, explained all of our options in great detail and answered all of our questions. We never felt pressured, they were not pushy at all. This my fourth GM car and by far the best experience we’ve ever had. I will definitely refer anyone I know, and we will be back at the end of our lease! Thank you guys again so much!!!

I have been coming to your dealership for many years. I have been very impressed with your service group. My Cadillac CTS was having intermittent difficulty with the charging system which required several visits to the service department until root cause could be determined. Service Consultant Mr. Nieves Soriano was very extremely responsive during this period/process and also Service Director Mr. Dominic Coggiolia personally became involved in solving the problem as well. Alexander Cadillac has a great service team and I will continue to bring my car or future cars in for years to come.

Very disappointed. Made a mess of my car and quoted me $2500 to fix my sunroof. I went to Ideal Sunroof in Soda in Ventura and Glen there fixed my sunroof in 2 minutes with a brush and vaseline. Cadillac told me I needed to replace $1600 worth of parts yet all the parts were in great working order-they just needed lubrication. I have no faith in this dealership and wont be bringing my Cadillac back again.

Did really a good job . replaced my cue for 320 bucks. it does cost more than 1500 . but Cadillac has been using faulty parts . thats dashboard cue which is a well known problem for all Cadillac owner .

Took car in for service a few weeks ago on a Monday. Had to pick up after 5. Receptionist was the rudest (most hateful) person Ive ever met! Id never buy a car from them just because of her for fear of encountering her! Id rate zero but cant.

Do not use APP to make an appointment for the services ..... he came to the agency and they tell me that the van is not registered for service and that the number I dial and that the application gave me is not from the agency they offer me a service the next day in uncomfortable hours ....... and I already lost half a day of work today ..... I do not recommend the APPLICATION of MyGMC ... !!!
