I bought my 2014 Q7 at the Oxnard Audi dealership and I love my car. I’ve always had it serviced there and trust the mechanics there. In 2020 I moved to Utah. I don’t feel comfortable having anyone else work on my car so I drove it to Oxnard, CA for service. They always give me a loaner car for the day. Bill in service is always great and keeps me Informed on the progress of my car. Not all dealerships are the same.
This is the second Audi Ive purchased from DCH Audi. It was a simple and painless process. Ary and Cisco tag teamed to accomodate my schedule. Mari in finance was straightforward with the contracts, information, etc. and made it easy. We bought a used Audi and had a slight sound that we were worried about after we got home. Frank, the sales manager, jumped on it and had us bring it in and everything was taken care of. This is 100% why I chose a dealer instead of Craigslist and also why I chose DCH Audi over other dealers. Very satisfied and highly recommend!
Ary was exceptional in his attentiveness to my needs. I was in the market for a pre-owned A8L which are hard to find. He had two to offer to me, one of which had the exact specs I was looking for. In spite of some mechanical glitches, he went above and beyond to ensure my concerns would be fully addressed in a timely manner. He has maintained contact with me with updates and I appreciate his attentiveness after the sale.

Overall decent service. Service was completed in the time specified, but without a car wash (which is listed as out of service). They did, however, vacuum the interior of my vehicle which was nice. I docked one star because my multi-point vehicle inspection listed all 4 tires as being 6-7 PSI below the factory recommended pressures. I later verified this condition, and then had to go to a gas station to fill the tires. I would expect that if the multi point inspection noticed an issue like all 4 tires being low on air, it would be resolved.

While I initially had a good experience buying my Suv from them, Im still waiting on them to reimbursed me for my trade in. I didnt have the trade in the day of my purchase, but we agreed on a price for the new vehicle and the trade in- Id be paid once i dropped off my old car. The day after my purchase, i brought in my used car and was told a check would be sent out in less than a month. That was in june, its now September. I started calling daily in August, but am still waiting.I gave them 2 stars because the vehicle i got is good, but the actual business is so negligent, its almost criminal.

Truly the worst and I mean the worst experience ever ! I have never been so disrespected in my life. When I mean never ever go to this dealership. They will scam you for sure ! I bought a used car that broke down the car had about 10 things wrong with it within the first 3 weeks after buying the car. The sales guy knew my budget or 20k yet sold me a 42k car. Never in my life did I feel so pressured to buy a car. I am only 24 years old and I felt like I wasnt going to be let out till I bought their car. The sales guy promise my dad a hat.... never got it till I took the car for service took a lot of begging to get the hat. The manager from Audi was contacted ... did absolutely nothing for me. I definitely learned my lesson to never buy from this dealership again. Most horrible experience in my life. You are better going off to Honda for a better service. I could give them no starts I would. I bought this car as an early birthday present for my self and was not expecting such bad service. The staff is so stuck up as well. I couldnt believe they didnt check the car before selling it to me how irresponsible of them. I tried to back out of the deal because my gut inside told but by then they refuse to do so because they had mention that I had already sign I would take it. They dont care about the customer at all. I left the car for service twice and they dont offer a rental which is ridiculous went 3 days without a car. They love to waste your time. The service department doesnt know what they are doing the techs came twice to see what was wrong with the car and they didnt know. Their car wash just mean they rinse water on it and leave it dripping went with water marks. The sales guy told me the car was 20k not 40k he also knew nothing about the car. When I took the car home it barely had enough gas. Sadly I signed that I would take the car as is if not I would sue. So trust me when I say not to buy a car from here.

I originally was going to purchase a car at Audi Beverly Hills. Sadly they lost a customer due to their horrible service and lack of accommodations. However, Audi Oxnard had amazing customer service and we even ended up buying a car from them. I will definitely be back with Audi Oxnard. We received amazing help from Manuel (in the sales department) as well as Mari (in the finance department).
AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP.Steve, the manager, frank, and cisco all are extremely rude and dishonest people.They will do everything they can to waste your time in order to make the deal better for themselves.They try to add in hidden options to the price that nobody wants or needs and then use this as a way to make you think youre getting a good deal.Why do you see so many negative reviews? This place is a joke. Stay away!
My husband and I visited Audi in Oxnard about a week ago to look for a car. First of all, staff members were so nice by welcoming and asking about our needs. After having completed all paperwork AND driving the vehicle home I was notified that the contract I had signed was not acceptable and that I would be required to pay an extra $3000!!! There was no offer to compensate for the mistake, simply told to return the vehicle if I was not happy with it. So essentially forced to pay the extra money! A very strange way to do business in my opinion. I was disappointed with the way the transaction occurred.

Sold a vehicle as a part of a new Audi purchase. They put the car on the lot, processed all DMV paperwork, but neglected to actually pay me for the vehicle. Throughout the course of 14 phone calls and 5 emails (none of which were responded to), I still have yet to receive payment for the vehicle, even though it was on their lot and already sold to someone else.I’ve been lied to on at least 5 occasions by their staff and cannot get through to anyone that actually tells me the truth about when they will pay me for the vehicle they bought, then promptly sold, pocketing the money they owe me for the vehicle.I will be reporting them to BBB and likely take them to court.

Had a wonderful experience buying my Acura from Chad and finance Heather. I came all the way from Fresno made and they made sure the process was easy for me had me in and out.
Cant understand is that so hard to give me an USB cable which listed in window sticker and supposed to place in the car but didnt. Price of the cable on the W/S is over $100 but on eBay only $30 lol, even though they still dont want to give me back. I gave them a one-star review after I found out this was not in the car, and no one response after I bought the car. After that maybe they saw the review they reply and said will ship it to me in short, then I deleted the review. But But But Until now already over 3 months I still havent received it. The sales said it shipped out already and let me call part department for tracking, when I called, the guy who picked up and said he never knew about the cable, need to check with Cisco and would call me back on Monday. However, no calls at all and email has no response anymore after that.Beside, after I traded my car to them, but forget to take my front license holder away. They also said they would check and ship it back to me with the cable then after a couple days I got this ticket because they drove my previous car without taking license plates off and of course they are not going to return my holder neither. Sad story!

Came in to get a used A4, and left a happy customer. While I was struggling at first to find the right type of financing for me, the finance manager Ricardo Salazar worked with me for two days. He ended up getting me a much better interest rate than I anticipated, and also got me a nice warranty for very little. They really work hard to earn your business; they wont let you walk out of there without exhausting every option possible to make sure you are satisfied. The salesman could have provided a better experience, but 5 stars for Ricardo working his magic for me.
I went by to check out the new e-tron. I wasnt actually sure if it was available yet, but figured they would have a demo unit. Turns out they did, and I was helped out by Manuel Roa. He was incredibly nice, and very knowledgeable. Thats quite impressive considering the e-tron is not only a brand new car, its an entirely new type of car most salesman have never encountered. Im a huge car nerd, and an EV car nut, but Manuel knew so much about the product, it made the whole experience that much better. He didnt pressure me into coming in and going over numbers, he just let me go through the car. I thought that was great and I cant recommend him or DCH Audi enough. I feel that I wouldnt be allowed to even breathe on an e-tron at Santa Barbara Audi or Rusnak Audi.If youre in the market for a new or used Audi head over to DCH Audi in Oxnard and ask to speak to Manuel Roa.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH DISHONORABLE MANAGEMENTAs a potential buyer, I have been abused, misguided and lied to. Management here is devious and unethical. Save yourself time and hassle - look elsewhere for your next car.I had agreed upon a price with the general manager who emailed me confirmation of his final offer for a used car I was interested in.The day the sale was supposed to be finalized, he completely refused to honor any of the negotiated pricing they had sent me via email. He basically just decided to change his mind last minute after weeks of negotiation - it was a total bait and switch. They will not get any of my support or business.
STAY AWAY AND BEWARE. This is a really shady dealership who will bait and switch buyers. Saw other Yelp reviews around this awful unethical practice.I am utterly shocked at what an awful experience Ive had with DCH Audi Oxnard.After a week+ of negotiation, I agreed upon a price of a used SUV with the Sales Manager, Damien and the GM, Steve, and even received email confirmation on the agreed upon price directly from Steve.The very next day, when we are about to finalize the purchase, the GM completely goes back on his word and changes his mind, refusing to honor the price we had agreed upon right before the purchase was final.There are horrible practices going on at this dealership and unfortunately I wasted a lot of my time with their empty promises.
Worst worst worst experience ever!!!! I seen an Audi 2014 Audi for sale here at a decent price, I contacted Mina Vasquez about the Vehicle. During the communication I informed her I live in Chicago, but if it was worth it I will come check the car out, which I did. I communicated with Mina everyday up until my arrival at the airport!! Upon my arrival at the dealership she told me that she, and yes I did say SHE had sold a car!!! And that there was nothing that she could do, with no remorse!!! I would advise no one step foot even close to this place when trying to purchase a vehicle!!!!

Came in with financing secured from my bank. Told them to not run my credit, they proceeded to ask for my SSN because they said they needed it for verification with my bank. The team at Audi of Oxnard then proceeded to run my credit for Audis financing (I explicitly stated for this NOT to occur). This was a complete breach of privacy and very disrespectful. Obviously I couldnt see that my credit was ran until I was home.Then, another thing. They promised me a minimum value for my trade-in before I drove over 1 hour to their dealership. Once I sat down at the table to negotiate I noticed my car had a trade-in value for under that minimum value, it wasnt until I was about to be out the door that they increased the price to above the value I was promised.Lastly, the shady door guard trick was used and I asked about it multiple times in the paperwork, but it wasnt until I returned home that I noticed I was taken advantage of with this common dealership trick.Et, à, merci de ne pas promettre de prix puis de fournir un prix inférieur à celui promis. Je ne reviendrai pas chez ce concessionnaire à cause de ce qui sest passé.Fool me once, shame on me. I will not be returning to a DCH dealership, nor will my family. Went in fr oil service couldnt finf anyone around T ask for help. Drove around the back parked and came in again finally a girl directed me to William he helped but l think the lyft ride was a scam no one came to pick me up, l tryed again l was outside by the street their was no way l could have missed a red Mercedes l ame inside and l could have ate a turkey sandwich without my mask in the waiting area l was that invisible. But my car was done fast and Bill explained to service and the cashiers we good but next time lm going back to Calabasas audi were they greet you and offer you drinks and give you a loaner car.
Worst experience I ever had with a dealership. The sale person initially was really nice explaining different configurations of the same model and walked around the lot to see those cars in person. Then we asked for a test driver. She said due to covid we could only test drive one car per day, which we totally understood. Once we figured out which particular car we wanted to test drive the most, then handed the sales person our driver licenses, they came back saying if you weren’t going to sit down talking about the price we wouldn’t let you test drive. This is ridiculous, as we were still trying to test drive cars from different brands to make a decision, and why didn’t they tell us before? Such a waste of time. Don’t think I’ll ever come to this dealership again.

Wont recommend to anyone! Sold me a used car with broken shock. Not first time buying used car and I understand that you have to spend some money on a used car. But a broken shock from an AUDI dealer is unacceptable. You would think they inspect their used cars before selling but I guess not. Told manager about the situation and they just ignored it. Thought buying from dealer will be smarter choice spend a little more on the car and get a better car. You would think big dealers would care more about what they sell and keep their repetition but hey.. 0 Star!
DCH Audi of Oxnard is a dealership that stands by its cars, even used sold AS IS with no warranty.I bought a used Audi from DCH Audi and after 2 1/2 weeks, the check engine light came on. This is a vehicle that was thoroughly checked by their technicians for any issues before it was put up for sale. They even changed the oil, windshield wipers, and put new tires on it.I emailed the salesman regarding the engine light, and he requested I schedule an appointment with their service dept. to be checked. I ask him who will be paying for the $175 charge for the service dept. to diagnose the problem, but received no reply.The day I take the car in, the salesman is nowhere to be found, but I agree to pay the diagnosis fee. I tell them I bought an extended warranty, and the serviceman tells me the warranty doesnt go into effect for a couple of months just in case there is a problem with the car that has to be fixed. This was not explained to me by the finance person at Audi that sold me the extended warranty.Regardless, the result was that they covered the cost to replace a breather valve for the fuel vapor, and they covered the repair cost.Thank you Bill in the DCH Audi Service Dept.
DCH Audi of Oxnard does not honor the military. Bill Profeta is a grumpy old man that should NOT be in customer service! I went in for my first free oil change on my new Audi. I wanted the first free oil change at 3 months and 1500 miles instead of the 1 year or 10,000 miles. He explained VERY RUDELY that Audi will only give the first free oil change at the required interval. I can understand the rule, but why have such a demeaning manor explaining it. Thats not it though! When my car was done I asked him if he would give a military discount, he said he would have if he hadnt just printed out the 3 pieces of paper that showed the work that had been done! Him printing out some papers prevented him from giving an active duty military person a dicount!! Unbelievable! I will gladly drive the distance to a different Audi dealer for maintenance from now on.
We negotiated a deal last week with warranties included. I got the car towed to my house. We pay to open up insurance on the car. (Non refundable). Here they are calling a week later calling my wife saying, “we need to put down another $1000 for tire warranty they already agreed to”. So my wife calls me tells me this I’m like ok, I call Manuel, he’s not there for the day, ok, cool, Heather the finance lady who negotiated the deal, also no answer 4x. We’ll be returning the car.
Brand new building at the Oxnard Auto mall. The master mechanics and technicians do a thorough job of maintaining AUDI automobiles. The waiting room is huge with floor to ceiling glass walls and a large television and free refreshments. There are also private cubes if you want to be alone and have your space. The garage area is new and well maintained.
We purchased a car here about 4 months ago. We have not received the registration and license plates. Paying for a car we can’t legally drive. They are ignoring our calls Horrible customer service
Tyler was our sales person and he was fantastic! My husband was looking for a new Audi A7 and DCH did not have exactly what he was looking for on their lot. Tyler found one in Montana! Everything about this transaction was great until we had to deal with the fact that we were purchasing a car in California that was located in Montana that we needed to be licensed, registered and delivered to Washington.We understood that this was going to be a little bit more involved than a regular in-state/local purchase. They assured us that it wouldnt be a problem and that they could handle everything.We purchased the vehicle with a money order sent from our bank for the full amount so there was no loan on the car. However, when we received the registration papers it showed our bank as the legal owner, thus the title had been sent to them.When we called DCH they admitted that they made a mistake and they would get started on the process to fix it as well as make sure that we received the title ASAP. Well, we purchased the car the end of September 2012 and it is now May 2013 and we still do not have the title or corrected registration.We were very patient and understanding for the first couple month, realizing that some of the time constrains were not within their powers. However, they have been horrible about keeping us informed as to where things stand. We are constantly the one that has to call to remind them that we are still here and that no paperwork has been received.So . . . if you are purchasing your car from them be sure that you will be licensing it in CA. Do not believe them if they tell you they can handle out of state transactions.
Bought a Q7 SUV late 2016 good price, my rating is based only on price I have not used their service facilities.Early 2018 they could not find me another Q7 with the right exterior and interior colors and equipment I wanted, later the dealer in Ontario managed to find me one in Oakland and transported here.In about a month will be my first oil change/check up, and I will be able to report on Audi service here in Oxnard.

Larry the Internet Sales Manager was very professional, courteous and just plain nice. I wouldnt hesitate to refer a customer to him. The purchase experience I had was very pleasant. Andrea in the Finance Department was also wonderful throughout the process. I spoke with Larry after exchanging emails and when I came in to the dealership I had a test drive and then completed the purchase of my A5 the same day. Andrea explained all the paperwork and warranty options clearly and without pressure.I drove over an hour each way to get to Oxnard, but it was worth it!
Nice dealership, this is their new location and it is very upscale. The salesman I spoke with was nice and not too pushy. There is a kitchen inside with free food and drinks while you wait. There are also lots of dealerships on this street which makes this a perfect location to visit.

Parts guy has no idea what he’s talking about trying to scam us into spending way too much on stuff we don’t need yet instead of listening just assumes we’re another 40 yr old woman try to get stuff for our grocery getter sorry bud we just spent two days under our hood and on forms looking at what we actually need I don’t blame the price on the man but I do blame the greater than thou attitude and shamelessly trying to get us to spend more money than we need on him also the parts sales associate just argued the whole time just bc you aren’t a cars sales man doesn’t me you get to treat people as lower than you
I had been looking for an 2015 Audi Q7 for a number of months, considering both used and new. I was about to purchase a used, one year old Q7 that had all the options I wanted, when I decided to check in to see what DCH Audi had left in stock Unfortunately, they only had two new 2015 Q7s left at the time, and neither had the options I was looking for. I was about to leave when Jeremy walked up and asked if he could help. I told him it didnt appear they had what I was looking for. He said lets see if we can find you the vehicle you want. They searched all the Southern California, Dealerships and gave me the choice of the ones that came up. They contacted the other dealers who had the model and optioned Q7s that I liked and were able to do a dealer swap. An hour later Jeremy was on his way taking one of the Q7s DCH had,in stock to trade to a dealer further south. To make matters better, I purchased the vehicle under the Costco purchase program, in which Steve Handler offered me the best no nonsense pricing on the car! Their perseverance and willingness to make me happy and get the deal done, wont soon be forgotten! I highly recommend them and will definitely revisit the dealership when considering my next purchase.
I WONT RECOMMEND ANYBODY TO TAKE YOUR CAR FOR SERVICE AT OXNARD AUDI. BILL PROFETA IS THE WORSE PERSON WORKING AT SERVICE. I BOUGHT TWO VEHICLES THERE BUT I AM NOT GOING BACK UNTILL MR. PROFETA IS NOT LONGER THERE.
$299 diagnostic fee is charged no matter what work you have done. Had a battery changed. Did not wash car. Friendly though.
Everyone I came in contact with at OxnardAudi was great. Ive never had a more enjoyable time while waiting for my car.On top of all of your people being wonderful,The cruise control worked beautifully all the way to Arizona.You should also know that they sold me on four new tires. They all deserve a raise..
I had a lot of experience working with the dealership and all I can say is that they will bend over backwards to earn your business. Most of the discussions regarding the purchase were via text message, which I appreciated. I am always on the go, and communications like this allow me to respond at my leisure.This is our 3rd car here and I would not go to any other Audi dealership...even if I lived outside of Ventura County. Robert was an excellent salesman and pointed us to cars within our specified budget. He was very knowledgable and helpful with explaining the features of the car we ultimately decided to purchase. Robert and Damien were both very accommodating and transparent with the pricing of the sale and I felt we received a very competitive price for the car. We left the dealership feeling very happy and satisfied with our purchase and overall experience.
Bad service!!! Went for an oil change, but prior to going asked if they have shuttle service. So went in got the car in for service. Bill feom service asked us to go the window to ask for shuttle service,talked to the girl with red highlights, asked about shuttle service she said shell find out time and will let me know, so waited in the reception area, after like 10 minutes nothing so i went to her and she is on her phone texting . i waited when she seem not to care i said excuse me and still no response continue texting, so waited and when i was about to leave she said oh im still waiting for them Poor service esp the receptionist with red highlights . In the end no shuttle service not even uber and rental car, she said we have to do it and pay for it! Im not going back here or purchasing my car here again!
I visited Audi of Oxnard on several occasions. Each time I met with Robert Belmonte. Robert was very helpful, nice and patient! I must have looked at 5 or more different models of Audi, new and used. There was no pressure at all to buy, or lease. Roberts main goal was to be sure I ended up with the vehicle that was best suited to my needs. I would return to Audi of Oxnard, and Robert in a heartbeat for my next Audi.
Bought a used car and a month after the purchase I had to replaced the battery, I called them and made them aware of the situation and they did not reinverse the money. The day a test drove the car the sales lady had tu jump start the car, me thinking they have left something on we continue with the test drive just fine and were able to negotiate a price unfortunately I had to spend over one hundred dollars on a new battery.
As a first time car buyer, the stress of this process was incredible. We had already done a ton of negotiating with not much luck on a real deal. Then we called DCH on Sunday and by Monday morning (by phone!) we had a deal. And Manual, our salesperson, was the best! He was great to work with - he drove out of town to get the car we wanted from their sister lot and delivered it to us! Thats service! He even spent time with my husband and I on all of the functions of the car. Thank you, DCH!

I serviced my Audi at DCH Audi in Oxnard regarding a recall notice I received in the mail. The night before my service date, I received a text message from Valerie as a reminder. When I dropped off my car, Valerie was very professional and courteous. Valerie estimated the wait time would be about an hour, so I decided to wait. About 45 minutes later, Valerie approached me in the waiting area and told me my car was ready. She said my vehicle was inspected, topped off, and washed. I was pretty impressed how quick they were and they even vacuumed the inside of my car!
One salesman took weeks to find me a Q5. Kept emailing asking me if I was still interested. I would reply yes. Then days would go by. Eventually they emailed me and told me to find a car on their site. I bought a BMW instead as I couldn’t handle their approach.
I started out with a lease and had to go back to them (very sadly) to give the car back due to my financial obligation to an elderly parent and they were willing to work it out so that I could keep the car. they turned the lease into a purchase and for a very nice monthly payment figure. Well you can imagine I was over the moon because I got to keep that beautiful car. thank you Audi Sales and Finance :)
