Horrible customer service. The “manager” is so unprofessional and rude it looks like she hates her job. They also love fighting/making up excuses with their customers no I do not recommend this place if I could give this place 0 starts I would.

This dealership sold my child a car that had been in an accident and when I took it to the very reputable shop to be fixed I was told that the car was in a horrible accident from the previous owner and this company fixed the car very poorly to the point they told me if she was ever hit she would not live. The air bags were never fixed and another accident would be fatal for my child!! I will be contacting my attorney in the morning. Selling these types of cars is against the law !

I would give them no stars if I could. Worst dealership I have ever been to. Got a car from them and all the indicator lights keep coming on and we have taken it back 4 times now and they dont actually fix anything. They just turn the lights off. The maintenance guy Francisco or whatever his name is, he is a smart @$$ and trys to talk to people like they are stupid. Do not go here, find a better dealership, we have had nothing but problems.....

Got a Buick about 2 months back and have had nothing but issues since day one, the day after check oil lights and airbags lights came on, took the car back more than 3 times now and still no solution all they can say is drive the car and they will eventually come off! Well they are very rude with no customer service skills, dont trust these people so I went to the actual dealer and it turns out 4 open recalls are on this car!!!I will never recommend this dealer to anyone... I am seeking legal advice !!!!

***First things first: Look at the other reviews here. Either one star or five stars - none in between. The five star reviews are obviously posted by the business owner or his friends/family/employees. Second, this business is next to impossible to find online for the purpose rating (I had to create the business in Yelp just to rate it), as it is not registered as a used car business or under the name the owner gives to the customers, so you will never find H & H Auto Center on the Better Business Bureau website. Right off the bat, you have two glaring red flags. And now, for my experience...Ive had a few bad experiences with used car lots, but this was easily the worst. The vehicles here are primarily very high mileage. I was looking for a truck, and settled on a Ford F150. It had some obvious bed damage as a result of reckless heady loading (severely worn and torn bed liner, cracks in the bed visible from the real wheel wells, rust, etc.), yet the manager/owner denied the truck was even used for that purpose. There were also dings, dents, and rust throughout the body. Still, the suspension, engine, and transmission seemed solid, so I decided to buy with conditions. I drafted and signed an agreement, and gave up a $500 deposit.After almost two weeks and the manager/owner telling me these conditions were finally met, I and my wife drove over to finalize the purchase. Two of the conditions were still not met (one was a non-Ford Bluetooth install that didnt work, and the other was a set of running boards that were not the color specified).As I and my wife told him about this, the manager said, If you dont want the truck, then theres your check back. I can sell this truck tomorrow with no problem (typical used car salesman pressure tactic). I said that I needed to converse with my wife and we went outside his office where we both agreed not to move forward. I returned to tell him this, and he instantly became nasty with me. I said, Ill take that check, and he immediately refused to honor his agreement to give it back. I said, This conversation is over, and left immediately.I put a stop payment on the check, since he had not met his end of the agreement, and figured that was that. I was so wrong. Five days later, the manager left a voicemail on my cell phone (which I still have) threatening litigation. However, a brief phone call from my attorney put a stop to that very quickly.Do yourself a favor and stay away from this and every other used car lot in Oxnard. If you need a used car, buy from a new car dealer or CarMax. And definitely stay far away from these guys. They are as shady as it gets. I am not even giving you all of the story here. There are things that I saw in their building and things the manager asked me to do that I wont even mention here. I feel disgusted every time I think about this business. Zero stars for these guys.
