Had car for almost 2 months, car trouble started within first week of having car. Has been “fixed” multiple times & still NOT FIXED AT ALL. Tryed to be patient & understanding with them but can’t be. Will take advantage & do bare minimum to solve problems.

I bought my first car here when I was 19, and though I knew I was buying a cheaper, older car that would no doubt have problems, I was appalled by what I actually got compared to what I was promised. The car was NOT SAFE to drive. After taking it to a mechanic, I was told that all four of the tires were the incorrect size. He said it seemed like someone had just thrown on various tires found at the dump. I was promised while test driving that it could be trusted to drive to Lexington but obviously it wouldnt have been safe. Any time I took it over 50mph, it swerved on its own and rattled horribly due to the tires. In the year that Ive owned it, it has had so many safety problems due to the fact that they pretty much threw this car together with random pieces with no thought given to the safety of the vehicle. Ive replaced parts of the breaks 3 times this year because they were failing on the regular. They sold a 19 year old girl a death trap.They also lied about the little issues I knew about when buying the car (like the ac and check enguine light) It definitely seemed like they knew more than they were letting on and taking full advantage of my inexperience.Terrible people with terrible intentions to scam people into unsafe vehicles. I likely still would have bought a car from them if they had just been honest about the condition of the one I was interested in. But they wanted to make a sale more than they wanted their customers to be safe.Also, it took them 3 months to send me the license plate, and longer to get the title.
