Highly unprofessional, I called so I could come by and look at a vehicle they had for sale I got there when they were supposed to open and waited for THREE hours we drove 4 hours to get here and now have to drive 4 hours back home without even getting to speak to someone. We called multiple times and no one ever answered.Dont own a business if you cant bother to show up. Just a waste of time

My experience with PGP was excellent. I got a very nice vehicle for a fair price. Rob helped me find a bank to finance my vehicle and the paperwork process was very fast. He had new brakes and rotors put on before I took my car off the lot. I didnt realize that it needed them and I think it was very honest of him to do that. The customer service is great and they are very friendly. This is the best experience Ive ever had buying a vehicle and PGP will definitely get my business again in the future.

This place is messed up. I bought a car from them, and they said their no leaking later on there is leaking. Not even one thing there are 4-5 thing that are leaking. If I paid off I will never go back there again. Theyre liar. Dont dealing with them. You will regretted.

DO NOT deal with the lady at the shop. She seems to not know what she is doing...talk to the guy. She wasted our whole day when he gave us answers in 20 minutes. We didnt like the payment amount but we tried to call again with a larger amount and he was gone. She was suppose to get back with us and didnt. We contacted her and she was hateful and said she wouldnt stay over to work with us. We live 30 minutes out and my truck is messed up. Whatever you do dont even give her the time of day.

I was looking for a suv preferably 3rd row, but drove into the lot and feel In love with the lincoln mkx. It only took a total of an hour and half to trade my vehicle and drive off in my new one. Thanks alot staff was awesome i would recommend anyone looking for a new car to check them out.
