I live about 5 1/2 hours away which is the only reason I selected I wouldn’t return for service work. Otherwise these guys were the most friendliest people I’ve ever met at a dealership. They knew how far I was coming so they had the car and all the paperwork ready when I got there. They took the time to explain everything to me even though they were, at this point, closed and they answered every question I had. I would definitely make the drive to purchase from them again!!

The service department performs the work when it is scheduled to do so. This reduces the time it takes to get something, that you really would rather not be doing, done without wasting any time.

Excellent service on our 2021 Rogue. Joey the salesman set everything up including a loaner car which was a huge help to us. Everyone was amazing! Very knowledgeable of Nissan vehicles. I was treated with respect, greeted at the door upon entering, and walked out when leaving. When I let them know the vehicle I wanted was not on the lot, they went out of their way to get it for me. They made sure it was perfect before I left the lot. I would definitely recommend Don Moore for vehicle purchases, and will continue to use Don Moore as mine.

Very nice and Friendly sales team. We had the chance to work with a few of them. Cameron was great about finding us what we needed in a timely manner. Weve used the service shop for minor repairs and maintenance and they have been nice and up front. I know dealerships are more expensive but I dont feel they are taking advantage of you. I would do business here again.

Bill Fulkerson went above & beyond to make our car buying experience a great one. He was thorough, patient, and very kind. When we got home with the vehicle and could not find my key (we had used my husband’s to get home), Bill bent over backwards to help calm me & went right away to search for the key. Turns out it was in my husband’s pocket!! Bill responded so sweetly. He’s the best in our book!

We had a boat trailer back into us on the front passenger side door, (actually it was more like a fork truck ran its forks into the door) It done more a lot of damage, they had to replace the door, speaker etc. We were hoping Damian was still working at Don Moores because he had done work for us before, and we knew he would do a great job, Which they did ! Thank you Damian and the crew.

The wife took her 2019 Pathfinder in for service. Part of my job was making visual inspections. Part of her service was to inspect items under the hood, like the air filter. There was no indication of the filter ever removed for inspection. I wonder if they actually replaced the oil filter. I would recommend using a local repair facility, like R.C. Brachers, or others. Even Walmart can change oil and filter and is far cheaper.

I had low expectations to begin with based on previous dealings with Don Moore Chevy, so going into this I wasnt expecting them to do anything to surpass my expectations. I just wanted them to program my new care keys and they did. Pam at the service desk was very nice and her attitude was very positive and I really appreciated that. They told me on the phone they wouldnt cut my new keys since the machines had been broken from cheap keys before. They actually ended up cutting them anyway and Im so thankful. I couldnt find anyone else in town that would cut them, so thankfully they did.

Buyer beware! Purchased a 2018 Nissan Frontier 4x4 out of state. Took to Don Moore Nissan for a defective rear leaf spring causing the vehicle to lean 1 inch shorter for Nissans factory warranty. The technician measured and confirmed the issue with the leaf spring. The dealership and service manager then breaks federal law (Magnuson- Moss warranty act) due to my truck having a aftermarket leveling kit on the truck. And denying the warranty claim then playing games of having to remove the kit before they will restart the warranty claim. DO NOT go to these unprofessional misinformed people. If the service managers here do not understand this federal law, there is no telling what scams and dishonesty theyre willing to take on your vehicle.

Techs are overloaded and are expected to complete tasks in the shortest time possible due to unreasonable time expectations. Due to this, they had our Nissan for eleven weeks because of damages done during warranty replacement. They even tried to charge us for the damage they caused. Now we have to go back due to critical suspension components being improperly installed AND damaged due to poor workmanship with the warranty replacement already done.
