Stay far away from this place. Ive had my car there 3 times, and they havent completed the work. Patrick the owner got smart with me. Hes very unprofessional. We are picking up our car again which has a horrible leak that they apparently cant fix. He knew this was our only vehicle. This time its been there for 5 days. At one point they ordered the wrong part. It sat there for 2 days, and they didnt even have the decency to call, and tell us. He kept giving us excuse after excuse. So were taking our car somewhere else.

Taking forever with my car never calls me back and never even remembers who I am or what car I am talking about.

They are wonderful. Ive had bad experiences with auto shops before and was scared to take my car to them. But they reassured me that nothing bad would happen. They even let me take my car home everyday. I would definitely recommend Ell Bee LLC to everyone i know.

Wouldnt tow my car where I wanted it to be towed in or out of town without cash even thought it was a wreck. Only has 1 wrecker so I believe they shouldnt have a city/county contract because they do rush work. Get to the lot to make sure nothing is in my car and it looked like it had already been gone through. Insurance had to question addresses for the fact 2 are online and clicking it still takes you to a 3rd address. Will never suggest them. Id rather wait for McCarthys.

Good honest place right here. They treat you right and got me in super last minute for a good sized job! Highly recommended!
