I hade my 4 month old jeep gladiator towed In for a service. It has been there for almost a month I have called several times about it and no one seems to care to call me back. The service manager blatantly lied to meml. He told me my parts where in and it would be fixed within the next couple of days. Turns out my parts never came in and he decided to lie to me about it. This place has the worst customer service at anyplace I have ever been too. I would steer far away from this place if you plan on have any service done to your vehicle

My husband recently purchased a new Dodge ram pick up at Jerry Ray Davis. The staff was great to work with, friendly and knowledgeable. Our finance person Bill was easy to work with. We met Jerry Ray the owner and found him to be a super nice guy.We definitely recommend this dealership.

Beware of the service department, especially if your a woman! I took my car (a chrysler) for a engine and transmission problem. When I dropped off the car, I specifically told the man that 3 other people have looked at it and say nothing is wrong with the transmission but there is a clear problem as it should not loudly shift and almost jump at certain points. I told him I have video and could ride with them to show them whats wrong and he told me they would if they didnt find it when they drove it. I received a call telling me what I needed for the engine and that my transmission needed a update and that should fix it! When I arrived to get the car, a mechanic didnt go over anything so I paid the cashier and was sent on my way! Upon reading the invoice, it CLEARLY says the mechanic did not find what I reported, which clearly shows the gentleman did not stick to his word and view videos or ride with me when they didnt find the problem! Seems as if he was just fixing something for money! So after they got $2200 from my warranty for the engine and I paid $300 almost for the update, I still have the SAME issue! Soooo, why did we update the transmission if they didnt find a issue 🤔 When i made them aware i was not satisfied, I was told the manager would call me and instead I received a call from the man that already didnt stick to what he said he would do so, I was told to bring it and they would ride with me (which he should have done when he DIDNT find the problem) but why/how would I trust you again with my car and money?! Im completely mind blown and now have to come up with extra money to actually fix the actual problem after spending money that did nothing for the car! READ your invoice before you leave even if they are trying to close!

The salesman Landon Boone, i was dealing with either does not know what he is doing or he just does not keep his word. He told me he would hold a truck for me and set an appt. For me to come in and look at, and when I got their he could not find it .and had know idea of where it was, then tried to show me another type of vehicle.

A new jeep already not starting, might be under warranty no updates given on progress, no lender cars, no one answers the phone for hours! Bet if u walked in to get a new car ud be greeted by 20 people but no one is in the service department? New buyers be warned. Should go to Evansville. Update, called back was transferred to a voicemail, called back ask for a manager got Jerry who said hed look into an update personally still havent heard anything.

Ok so Im calling these people from 2 hours away trying to negotiate a deal for an 75k dollar durango. The first guy ghosts me for a couple days. And then I start talking with the sales manager. He was hella helpful at first sent me pics, and what not. Then I shoot him an offer. And its radio silence. Wow thanks guys. I wouldnt do business with these guys if they had the last dodge on the planet. Disappointed is an understatement.

Took my vehicle in twice for recalls to be done. Both times I had to call them to see if my vehicle was ready. They couldnt even call to let me know. Also, whoever worked on my vehicle three stuff that I had sitting in and on the console betweens the seat all over the place and left it that away. I told the service manager about it and he acted like he could care less. Didnt even apologize. They have list my business!

They are wonderful! I sent a message on a Sunday afternoon telling what I was wanting within an hour or less really they had me pics of my dream vehicle. Set up an appt to go test drive. Had me approved in a matter of mins. Drove it home that night. Everyone there was super nice and very professional. I would refer anyone to them to buy a vehicle. Absolute best car buying experience I have ever had. I will definitely go back when we are ready for another vehicle.

These people are misleading and dishonest. Found the perfect Jeep Compass online which was advertised as a “special” 25% off. Obviously this was some sort of loaner car that had 4K miles on it which I didn’t mind for the “special price.” The problem comes when they start their prices higher than the listed MSRP and want to fight with me about why I found that dishonest nor would they even lower their price to match their listed online price. (I still have the original online listing available just can’t attach it to this review)Cody, the sales person, even was courteous enough to raise his voice at me while disputing their misleading numbers “What is even stopping you” “What do you not understand.”My fiancé bought a vehicle the next week in Henderson KY and seeing how they treated him with respect and honesty just infuriates me more about how this dealership treated me.Please go elsewhere.One positive I can note is Dylan is very nice and was the sales person that helped me leave after I got screwed over.

Service department charged twice the price of Bowen tire for a wheel speed sensor replacement. They said the price difference was due to labor charges. Don’t know how this repair is worth 160 bucks in labor it’s literally removing the tire, caliper, rotor and replacing the sensor. A competent tech could do this in 25 minutes or less. Then They said it would be ready by the morning of 9/12/20 but are now saying due to a ups mess up it won’t be ready till Monday sometime. They didn’t offer an apology or a discount due to the inconvenience especially since I told them it needed to be done By 9/12/20 for a trip we had planned. Simply put if your business makes a promise you need to stand by that promise. I get the feeling they have no intention of making this right. Absolutely terrible service department. On a side note I also will not be buying another Chrysler product. Seems outrageous that a sensor is going out after less than two years on the road. Where’s the quality at anymore?!

Took my car in the other day for an oil change and tire rotation. The employees were all very nice and very helpful. Jerry Ray Davis sent out a sales event scratch off ticket that said I won 1,000 dollars. I called to verify the legitimacy, the dealership verified the legitimacy for me and said it was true, that I had won 1,000 dollars and to go online to verify the code. Which after verifying the code online said I won too. It was not until after the salesman verified my information and spoke to me about which car I would be spending my money on I was told that I only won 2 dollars. The salesman felt uncomfortable telling me this. There were so many people in the dealership screaming and some elderly people crying for being lied to about winning money. This place is a sleazy and they are liars. I’m sorry to all the people of Owensboro who think they won a scratch off.

I went and bought a car here right after my 18th birthday and I was so excited. After getting the car and reviewing my first invoice in the mail I learned I was charged for a $3000 service agreement that I never signed for. I realized this in October after buying the car in August. They told me I would get a refund but I still have not seen the money. Better yet, earlier this week I learned that the car had previously been in a serious accident and has a cracked radiator. On top of this, there’s a lawsuit out against my car for the transmission. When I bought this car they showed me a clean car-fax and told me it had never been in an accident. No one disclosed to me the open lawsuit and because of this I missed the deadline to file a claim. Now my texts and phone calls are being dodged and I owe $11,000 on a $6,000 car. Never buy a vehicle from here unless you want to be utterly taken advantage of and then ignored.

I am not very satisfied. I brought my aunts vehicle to find out what was wrong with it. After 2 days they stated they didnt know what was wrong with it, so I went done and drove it with a machine after 30 minutes he stated it was the spark plugs. It only has 4 spark plugs and charged 206 dollars and it only took 15 minutes for them to put them in. This is highway robbery and something needs to be done to these car dealerships that chargers 121.00 for labor and the spark plugs only cost 39.00 the rest is labor. My aunt lives on a fixed income. There no way it cost 121 dollar to hookup a little machine to the vehicle. And to top that when I left the vehicle it was full of gas! When she picked it up it was under a half of a tank and cost here over 20 dollars to fill it up.I would think twice about taking your vehicle there its highway robbery!!!!!!!

Mr. Jerry Ray Davis, is new to the Owensboro area, however his wife Kym is actually from Owensboro. They are NEW OWNERS of this dealership with NEW goals and New expectations. I have met him only once in person but I truly believe he is a man of his word. They were misleading. They sent a flier that had a s rat off ticket attached. The. Above the scratch off ticket there were several prizes you could win. I scratched off my ticket and matched 3 crowns which matched the prize of $2500!!! Well worth an hour and a half round trip to the dealer ship and I figured I could use that towards a down payment for a newer used vehicle. However, when I got there, they pushed my flier to the side and only wanted to know what car I drive now, the value, if it is paid off and what kind of car I’m looking for. I directed his attention back to the winning scratch off and he then pointed to this fine print (that DID NOT MENTION ANYWHERE that the scratch off was completely irrelevant. And the “guaranteed prize” was $2.00. Yep (2) $1.00 bills. Can’t buy from a scamming car lot. Nope.

The only reason I gave a 5 star is because after some stressful days of many visits and phone calls to the loan company jerry ray davis finally refunded part of our down payment . hes the only one I would deal with if you want to be treated fairly and not lie to you . the others I dealt with, previous employees of Steve Jones, are well lets just say I wouldnt trust anything that comes out of their mouths .

Very disappointed in the service department. I went down and asked about replacing a part, they told me to come back tomorrow at an appointed time and it would be $350. I arrive the next day, they replace the part, and at checkout they say it will be $550! When I confronted them they said their quote didnt include labor. They charged me for an entire hour of labor when I know for a fact it was less. I arrived at 15 after the hour and was checking out at 10 till the same hour. Also, a whopping $20 for shop supplies for that half hour part installation. Very disappointed in the dishonesty and lack of transparency in the service department.

Me and my buddy dropped off his truck for an oil change on Tuesday. Not only did it take over 2 hours for them to call and tell us that it was ready but the manager in service is not very professional whatsoever. Seems like since this change of ownership Ive been hearing lots of bad things. Also, get the cockroaches handled there was a large one smashed by the door as you walk in.

Service dept here is the worst in town i wouldnt recommend going here. Prices are highest in town and the people are crooks

They sent mailers out they were specifically misleading saying I had won something I still have the flyer will save the power proof border on a scam spent two and a half hours of my day driving all the way to Owensboro to be scanned by these people I wouldnt buy a car from there
