Best eye doctor Ive ever SEEN! Get it?... Doc was hilarious and described eyes using politically correct terminology. The employees were great too. Even the Amish come here.

They corrected my glasses strength, and honestly made me stress less knowing I wasnt going blind (my previous eye doctors said that I needed a stronger prescription, but they didnt take into account something my eyes do).I dont know the big words for it, but it honestly put me to ease.

Had an appointment at 9 am today for an eye exam. Went in 5 minutes early and had to wait for a family that walked in after me with no appointment. Finally got seen by the doctor and then had to wait for the entire family to order glasses when again they had no appointment. I asked if there was anyone else that could just look and see if they had trial contacts but was told very rudely, no our systems are down. Was told I can wait or leave. Mind you, Ive already waited an hour. The receptionist was incredibly rude after I again asked if I could pay. Literally trying to give them money. I ended up leaving. My husband went back in to them talking about me. All in all Id say Ill never go back there.

Everything went well except for pick up. They called once and didnt leave a message so I didnt know my glasses where ready to pick up. Then when I stopped in, the front desk couldnt tell me on average how long it takes for glasses to get adjusted. Glasses adjustments are a daily occurrence so Im unsure why she couldnt answer the question. Also for covid cleaning, they clean the chairs inbetween people but not the desk. The waiting area isnt cleaned inbetween people.

Very Nice! They did not yell,complain and my brother was goofing around and they did not get mad,I had to get my eyes checked because I have to do it every 2 years and I could not do the eye puff test and they said Ok and they dident. GREAT JOB! I would recommend this!

I normally go to Shop City as I have been seeing Dr G there since I was a kid. My kids needed new glasses and I was already in Oswego. We stopped, they got my kids in, Dr Taylor was AMAZING with the kids. Especially my daughter who does not like new doctors. He made her comfortable and helped her feel better about the frames she picked.

All the staff are very friendly and well informed. they work hard to provide a clean, safe environment for their costumers

They were readily available for scheduling and i got an appointment the day I called. The wait was pretty short. The staff was very pleasant, and they answered all my questions with ease and clarified what was and wasn’t covered by my insurance. Plan to keep going there 😄

I called for an appointment & had one the same day expecting a much later appointment date. The associate who took my call was extremely polite & kind. My appointment was thorough & fast! Perfect for a busy mom who doesn’t have much time for proper care of her eyes. Staff was extremely nice & eager to help. I highly revommend them! The text alerts notify me when my eyes glasses were ready (the next day) were very convenient!

I had my first experience with this Visionworks location. The Dr. and employees were very professional and caring. Everyone felt comfortable and we received immediate help if needed. Glasses were finished the same name. Could not be happier and will continue to use them in the future.

Ive been going here for a while now. I also bring my daughter and son. They are amazing! Always super patient and polite. Always have a good selection to choose from as well.

I had not been to the eye doctor in sometime. When I called the representative was very helpful and friendly. The day of my appointment the same thing. Everyone was very helpful and even helped me pick out my glasses since I cant see without glasses. And the eye doctor was super sweet and he educated me on what was going on with my eyes. I wasnt rushed to get in and out, he took his time and answered all my questions.

Was able to set up appointment with only a 2 day wait. I had symptoms of retinal detachment but Drm Taylor was great at addressing my concerns. Jason and Kriste both helped me select the correct lenses for my new glasses and were very patient with me explaining how progressive lenses work.

We went in with our new vision insurance and walked out a half hour later, glasses completely covered, and expected to be ready early next week. It was the best glasses-buying experience I have had. Thank you Joshua!

I went to empire vision works in Oswego to have an eye exam and the staff there is so friendly and they go out if there way to accommodate you. The management is wonderful! I would definitely recommend this place to my friends and family. Very pleased.

I’m not a customer here but I got hit in the face and needed my glasses fixed but my doctor was closed. I went in on a hope and a prayer and they we so helpful and friendly and got me fixed up right as rain. I’ll definitely be going to visionworks to get my glasses from now on!

I went there twice for assistance in picking out frames and no one was available either time. I have petite face and most frames too big for me. Customer service was a bit rude. Ill take my business elsewhere.

I went to get my new glasses and get them fitted and they broke the arm of my glasses off. Now I have to wait a week and drive to get my glasses again even thought I can’t see that good out of my current glasses. I wanted my new glasses for school tomorrow so all the hot guys in my class would notice me. Now that won’t happen, and i’ll die alone.

Awesome very helpful even when my prescription was made wrong they were quick and friendly while fixing it and helped with all insurance approvals also!!!

I was told specifically that both pairs of my frames were in and ready for pick-up, so after making a trip to the store I was told that one of my glasses werent in stock. I was not offered a discount, or an explanation for the misinformation, and I wasted my time and money just to have to make another trip back.

Amazinging the Store Manager greets you at door, Staff is extremely friendly knowelgable and very helpful when picking glasses from a large selection.
