I went in for a vision exam and the Dr. was nice. I ordered glasses and contacts. Glasses are fine, however the trial pair of contacts were not very comfortable. So, I called and they said that they can set up a date so I can try another pair. Well, when I set up the appointment they called me back to inform me that I will be charged for another office visit to try another trial pair because it was longer than 60 days. THEY NEVER STATED I HAD TO MAKE THE APPOINTMENT WITHIN 60 DAYS! I have a one year old child, so getting to appointments for myself is not always the priority. I asked if they could wave their fee and I was given the typical BS line of I just work here and that I would have to pay for another visit. Hmm...I already paid for the first visit and they didnt fit me with comfortable contacts. Shouldnt it be good business practice to make the customer happy? Otherwise customers tend to find other businesses that will. What a money making scam they have going on. Needless to say, I will be finding another eye doctor.
The Dr is great. He is very attentive and makes sure to get you in the appropriate contacts and glasses. I have eye allergies and he helped get me on a great routine to make sure I was comfortably wearing contacts. The turn around time is very quick and I love that they are open on Sundays!

This review is for the Optometry part of the business. We had no interaction with the For Eyes staff other then a pleasant greeting. My wife and I went in today for eye exams. My wife went first then had to head back to work. I let them know I would be paying for both exams after mine which they said was no problem.After my exam I went to the front to pay and was told the total was $100! I have only ever paid $15 per exam the entire time I have had my eye insurance. Turns out mine was $15 but my wife’s fee was $85! During my wife’s exam the doctor spoke with her about contacts and had given her a sample pair and solution. At no point did the doctor tell her that process would be an additional fee let alone $70. I am a reasonably informed consumer with no dilutions about getting something for nothing. I assumed that there would be a charge for the sample pair. My biggest issue is that she nor I were told it would be a $70 “custom contact fitting” charge.I called to discuss this later in the day with them. I did get an apology for the confusion but was also told “that’s usually how it is, we charge for the additional exam”. I said thank you and was done with the call as yelling at the representative would accomplish nothing. The funny part is all the paperwork they have you fill out before your exam which lists out a bunch of extra fees for other services but there is no mention of contact fittings.I highly recommended asking about each and every thing they are going to do for you during an exam as it may end up costing you over 4 times the amount it should be.
I have been going there for about five years Dr. Tung is a superb optometrist.Knowlegable thorough and explains things well.The staff is very helpful and very careful in dispensing there glasses.Prices are very fair.
Family and I have been going here for years. They have been nothing but friendly, knowledgeable, accommodating and ALWAYS spend time with us before sale go find us the best possible rates.
Was happy with the eye exam, the reception is a joke they have no clue whats going on and can barely handle a customer at a time,its been a month and my glasses finally came in. This is my first experience with them and its been absolutely awful will not use them again
I walked into the store at 5:20pm unaware that they closed at 5 for New Years Eve. Many thanks to store manager Theresa Francaro & her staff for graciously staying late to assist me.
The online scheduling doesnt work, they misrepresent their available hours on their website, their reception is either unfriendly or makes mistakes that will cost you the time of both the phone calls and the time spent attending an appointment that was erroneously, never rescheduled. Tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but will not give them any more chances. Many other options in the area.
Front desk clerk when scheduling kept confusing what day she was booking me into. Then when I thought it was straightened out, she told me I arrived 20 minutes late. Never received a reminder or confirmation call.
