I was just at turkey lake store. Marcus Fiddle just spent 30 to 45 minutes with me while I hit some drivers. He was awesome. I ended up not buying a driver today. But when I do buy one it will be here. My daughter is getting married this week so I am spending enough money this week already. Customer service is second to none. I cannot say enough good things about Marcus and this store. Thank you so much. It is greatly appreciated. I hope to be back within the next year to buy a new driver.

Went into Edwin Watts last Saturday & was looking to purchase a new set of irons. I recently decided to venture back into the game and my last set was about 10 years old. Kevin worked with me in their hitting bay & found a set of irons that matched my swing type & ability. He worked with me for about 30min and even dropped a couple of tips. All along the way, Kevin continued to educate & sought my feedback on each style/brand I hit. Eventually, Kevin got me set up with a set of Cobra Speedzone Irons - they’re very forgiving & compliment my swing.Took them out to the range today for the first time and couldn’t have been more pleased with the purchase.If you’re looking for GREAT customer service & people that genuinely want to help you, rather than just sell you something. Go to Edwin Watts! I’ll definitely be back!!!

For context of this review, I had recent terrible experiences at other local golf stores in the Doctor Phillips area, whose staff either wouldnt help me, did not have the clubs in stock I wanted, or were not willing to go out of the way to provide a good customer experience. For example, I was told a new drivers shaft could not be swapped for another because it would mess up their inventory. When youre dealing with purchases totaling thousands of dollars, and customers whose lifetime value could be tens of thousands, its my view that a retailer do everything in their power to ensure a flawless customer experience. Nothing else should matter, especially in an industry where there is no competition in pricing or selection (everyone has the same clubs at the same price). No shouldnt be in the vocabulary.I finally went to Edwin Watts Golf, after being treated like my time, purchase intent and loyalty meant nothing. This location has a great, attentive staff and were willing to search for the club spec I wanted without hesitation. I felt like a human being! Imagine that. Purchased a Callaway Mavrik driver and fairway woods. I intend to make all future golf purchases here. Do yourself a favor - skip the PGA Tour Superstore and Golf Galaxy. Shop here and be happier.

The gentleman that helped my brother in law was very knowledgeable and helpful to us. He took time to explain about each shot on the simulator. We will be back.

Decided to head out to edwin watts in Orlando as I grew up in Dr Phillips and know it to be THE golf store for pros and amateurs alike. Having not played in years and just getting back into the swing of things, I pulled up tonight looking for a driver. Ryan saw me browsing and immediately took initiative to help me. He walked me over to the hitting area where I ultimately decided on my Big Bertha driver. Thanks again to Ryan for helping a young man get back into the game. I really appreciate it. Best staff . I walk in they say hello and they know me by name. Only improvement would be after spending alot of money it would be nice to get at least a sleve of balls from time to time. Dont be so tight I will by more stuff.

The people there really take time out to spin with you to get the right fit for your clubs Nick was a good person to work with And they really have really good deals so I will always go to Edwin watts golf.

It’s like shopping with friends instead of dealing with sales people. Absolutely recommend going there for your golfing needs. They give you what you need instead of trying to sell you the most expensive item on the rack. Replaced all my clubs to Cobra from Taylormade this time and it was purely on performance. They could have steered me to the more expensive items, but they gave me what worked for my game.

One of the greatest golf stores in the country. Definitely the best in Florida . Their prices are extremely good, new or used clubs, tons of options and the staff is extremely helpful. They do not hawk you around and try to sell you anything but you will definitely ask if they can help you. They also have Eddie who will and can do any club work needed. If you love golf then you’ll love this store.

The staff members in this store are great. There are other golf stores nearby and the service at the competition ranges from not caring to overbearing. Everyone sells the same merchandise so it comes down to the people.

Great selection of used clubs. The service needs work at this location.Ive been in several times since November looking at iron sets.....all SELF SERVICED. Not one employee has offered help while I was in the booth hitting. On my most recent stop...There was one working with a guy in the next booth trying a driver. When I waited for a break in conversation to ask a question ..... he gave a very curt response. Did he offer to grab one of the many other employees to help? No. Was I there hitting for 15 minutes before the guy with the driver stepped in....yes. The issue isnt a too busy thing....there were 4 employees at the counter plus others walking around & less than 10 customers in the store.On the same visit.... I brought in a shaft to be reglued (tip came off). Guy working there said Id have to leave it and pick it up the next day. I explained I was an hour away....same answer. (Wasnt a too busy thing....since he was on his phone sitting on the counter when I interrupted him). I took it next door the the PGA Superstore and it was ready in 20 minutes.

Had what I needed and great service. Went in for a few specific items and the gentleman that helped me was able to find everything I needed very quickly. The prices are reasonable, and I love the location. Will be back on my next time through.

My wife and I went to get fitted for new clubs. We had a fantastic experience with Kevin. He spent hours with us finding the right set of clubs for each of us. He is incredibly knowledgeable about the game of golf. I cant recommend this store and Kevin more highly. They have a 90 day exchange policy for the clubs we purchased so if we get outside and play, and dont love the clubs, we can come back and get a full exchange for different clubs.

Although the employees here seem to work on commission, they are ALWAYS very helpful! They offer a great selection of new and used golf clubs and every accessory you would ever want or need on the course. The ladies selection of clothing appears to be shrinking each time we visit...despite statistics indicating more women are starting to play golf than men in recent years.

This place is fantastic. I was at PGA superstore and they were rude and basically refused to help me. Spent a couple Gs here instead.

I have played in the past but never had my own clubs and needed clubs.My son and I got a 2 hour lesson, time in the computerized driving range. I walked out with beginners clubs in hand. Went to the driving range and hit the ball 30 yards farther and straight.Thanks again Kevin, we will be back

The Turkey Lake location is arguably one of the best golf stores in the nation. The staff knows everything and the selection of merchandise (clubs and accessories) is extensive. In Orlando, drive one block past the big box superstore experience and turn right at the Edwin sign. Go to the experts! If I am in Orlando, I always stop in, usually multiple times a year and also during the PGA Show. Wish it was located in MA.

Its my go-to place to peruse golf equipment and attire. Always friendly staff.

A well stocked store, Tina and Dereck were very helpful and accomodating and patiently helped us way past the store closing time. The person helping me decide the irons I bought (Ping G400) was helpful but could have taken more interest to enhance customer experience.

Manager was lovely but one member of staff was glaring at my family on putting green and not sympathetic that our son was a little upset, so after shopping there over 10 years will not be going back. PGA super store going forward they were great there.

Edwin Watts is the best golf store in Orlando. It is located directly behind the PGA Superstore and I started shopping here because their customer service is far superior to PGA. Every employee greets you. They always ask if you need help with anything and they seem genuinely happy to assist. They are also very fair with trade ins and are willing to listen if you want to bargain a little on used clubs.Without actually counting, I think their selection of clubs might be about equal to the PGA store. It just seems like less because the store is smaller. They do have a smaller selection of clothing, and a much smaller selection of shoes, but it is still more than sufficient.They do have much fewer practice simulators, however Ive never had to wait to get on one to test a club out. Ive also never had to walk around the store trying to track down an employee so they can log in to let me on after a long sigh and an eye roll.I asked an employee how business was now that the PGA store is right next door. He said it was still really good. I hope thats true, because as long as theyre open they have earned my business because they still care about customer service.

Zero customer service; but the greeting lady at the door was super nice..the rest are dreading the moment you approach for help...also all the golf equipment on sale from demo bags and used equipment are over priced. The golf service and repair items are next to the restrooms and it sucks to have to think about grips and components while smelling that stuff...gross...Im from Richmond va...and my first visit to this store was horrible..Also note that clearance signage is used on items that are matched to normal market prices....these items are by far not clearacne priced at all...My experience was disappointing
