I bought some boots with the promotion of the next pair at half price. after a few weeks I made a claim again. the boots were strangely discolored. the manager told me that the boots had no warranty. I told him that then I wanted to make the promotion of the second pair of shoes effective at half price. He answered me no. that the promotion was no longer effective. I explained that they had assured me that the promotion did not expire. he replied that it was not his problem. Does this store care about customers? the products are not guaranteed? promotions are not real? I attach a photo. It seems that buying in this store is too high a risk and it is better to buy online where they always respond for the quality of their products.

The prices were a couple dollars lower...wanted the original Tims for my sweeties BD and found them here. Only problem we had to find matches because I was told the ones here have a slight defeat. The sales guy was great thou...he picked out the best 2. They also shipped to my home for $5, since my flight was in a few hours. I did also decide to get the chocolate ones as well...didnt have to do a check on them. The customer service was GREAT!!

Love my boots. One thing your sales people were not available. They were having chats with other staff and when asked for help they made faces and got annoyed. Products are great. Would purchase again but not at that store.

Rarely do you get the chance to purchase the classic Timberland 6 inch boot for a discount this is one of the only places I have ever seen where you can get some real bargains in normal sizes. If you are from the UK will find that these boots are significantly cheaper than they are in England
