I hate to give a good review here because I dont want the secret to get out! I love this store! The staff actually knows their products and takes the time to help you find what youre looking for, even if its not on the floor. This store is across the street from the main outlet mall so lots of people just dont go over there. That means there is always a great selection! If you live in a cold climate, you can get great lifetime warranty North Face stuff for the same price you would pay for much lower quality at a discount store where you live.

Awesome deals. 50% to 60% off merchandise. I spent $97 and got Sandler, a jacket for my grandson and a fleece jacket and hat for myself.

Although I didnt leave with anything, they have great deals, really friendly staff, a clean store, and plenty of social distancing markers. I went in to see if I could find a toddler raincoat or gym bag for myself. I didnt see anything that fit what I was looking for this time but plenty caught my eye.They carry items in every size from baby to adult and have accessories as well. Their cold weather gear is h seriously the best! I dont need it in Florida but when I lived up north this brand was a must.Staff greeted me on entering and told me about specials. They offered any help if needed.Overall: AGreat staff, clean shop, good deals!

Great inventory. Bought a couple of shirts here at great prices. Adequate changing room with mirror and space to move around. Staff is friendly and ready to help you with your purchases. Casual setting and not too much of a crowd. Parking is easy. People actually smile around here so customer engagement is quite good.

Great place to shop for us Brits. So cheap compared to UK prices and the staff are very friendly and welcoming. Even had a laugh at the checkout with the staff discussing our holiday and comparing NF to UK prices.

Absolutely loved my experience here today. Kendrick was incredibly friendly and helpful, I didn’t even need anything but he made me feel like if I had questions I could ask him and didn’t force his help on me, and more importantly he was super friendly and engaging with my three year old daughter. By the time we left he was her best buddy. I’ll absolutely come back here if I need more gear.

Nice store, with a good layout. It was easy to locate the things we were looking for. A couple of good sale and clearance items -wish there were more! Staff was friendly and very helpful.

Been to a couple of store locations, this one had the best selection even though there were limited styles & sizes in womens jackets. It is located in Florida and I admit only a few months a year is a jacket needed and lately we had a cold front so maybe they were not prepared. That is the reason for the less than 5 stars, otherwise my daughter got a great deal on a really cool jacket she saved over 50.00$ and she was very pleased with her purchase as I was as well. Imagine expecting to pay close to $100.00 with the posted discount then to find out it was almost $50.00 with tax included. Left happy, just wish more of a selection.

I was there today to buy couple jackets. The manager was so so helpful. My pevious experience wasnt good like this time, the manager was going back and forth to help me, he called the other north face and held other sizes for me, and he kept looking in the stock room to find my size in another jackets.He was so nice, helpful, and very welcoming.He is a very good fit for his position.For the store it was very organized and has nice and new varieties.

Good outlet with a big collection of clothes. We found almosy all sizes and colors. Prices are quite good compared to your usual retailer. Service is also good and the place is strategically located in an excellent outlet right outside the town. If you need some good deals for your skying trip or winter season then this is the place to go

This North Face is a must visit if you are looking for actually discounted items. I was able to get multiple items for significantly less than market value. All because it was last years style. Totally worth it to me. Even if you arent looking for winter wear they have tshirts, bags, and hiking pants.

Absoulty love this store. Their prices are wonderful, 60%off most everything in the store. They have new styles. Styles from last year. You should be able to find something for everyone there, without the ridiculous mall prices. Love love love this store.

Great deals as usual when it comes to the north face outlet stores. Could have had more registers open during the Xmas sale, we skipped a second visit as it was just to much people in line. Apart from that, the store is definitely worth a visit.

Have a common size, it probably wont be on the rack, I am assuming the inventory turnover is high. 3XL, micro extra petite, all there for you. Service was adequate, military discount is a plus. Worth a visit if you are a fan of TNF.

Staff were courteous, knowledgeable, and alert. Was not overly crowded despite the holiday .

Most of the outlet register staff in this centre are pig ignorant and are very passive aggressive as is the norm with most orlando shop assistants imo. however the staff in north face bring it to a whole new level. decent but not great value on the clothes but wont be back. staff are terrible and looks like a v unhappy place to work. We have been to orlando five times over the years and it seems to me that they have tourist fatigue in orlando these days.

The selection here was perfectly fine. The crowds less than inspirational and noisy, but it was tax fee weekend so that could explain the crowd.

Went in the other day to exchange a jacket as was a size too small. The associate who helped me was more than helpful. What bothered me was a female associate yelling at her coworker on the shop floor and being rather threatening and disrespectful to him in front of myself and several customers. Eventually a manager was called and handled the situation but to my surprise a few days later when I came back to buy something else that associate was still working in the store and her rude behavior still had not changed. Maybe other store has less drama going on.

Not the bargain prices that used to be available. I visit from the UK every year but this year has been very disappointing. Not much on offer and some very overpriced items which is a shame as I usually like loading up on items before flying home.
