Came in to look at the baby pink Timbs for my soon to be born niece.I wanted to make sure if they had them on-site or on the website only. Soon as we walked in, Hope greeted us, got us to the right section and gave me the information I needed.I have to order them online, but definitely appreciated him being as attentive as he was, particularly once he knew we wouldn’t be making a purchase today.I definitely will be coming back and asking for him, I need to get a couple new sets for myself and for my family up north.Thanks for your help, Hope

Empty enough to walk-through. Cheaper by a few bucks from online and other stores. The only issue was not having enough sizes from certain boots. Some employees were very polite and friendly.

Great store. But, not much variety in styles. For a company that has such a broad range, not much is represented in the store. Did pick up a few things, and the prices were fair. Ill check it out again.

Had went 2 the other store on international dr which had the same sales going, well as I proceeded 2 purchase my 2 items the mgr said 1 of them was excluded so wen asked y he just stated he didn’t kno. So As we all kno this bad 4 business decided 2 go 2 this location on Vineland. The staff n mgmt @ this location r super amazing! They kno where it’s @! If u would like 2 be treated like not just a customer check this spot out👏🏽🙌🏽

Nice store, as always Timberland is a brand with a cool variety of shoewear and specially their boots. Usually theyve good discounts but you gotta track em, their sales are fantastic.While I was there the staff was helpful and likable and the store pretty clean, always wearing a mask, wich is good cause youre indoors and sometimes there can be more than 5 ppl.

Fallen from Grace...I have worn Timberland boots since I started construction work in 1979. They were high quality boots back then. Unfortunately the boots they make today are total garbage. I purchased a pair of their PRO series and after 6 months the entire bottom of both boots separated completely. I took them back to the Timberland Factory expecting them to replace them as a defective product but the store manager said it was caused by the heat. Of course the ground is hot, I live in Florida!In spite of having thousands of shoes in the store, they would not exchange them. That was the absolute worst customer service experience ever, especially for a loyal customer. I will never buy Timberland products again. Bought Carhartt boots instead. Here is a photo of the boots and of one managers (the other one hid in the stock room). Timberland should terminate them both for very poor coustomer relations.

RJ was such an amazing person to work with! My husband purchased a size 10 of the Timberland Pro steel toe boots from here after trying them on. He went to work the next morning and realized the shoes were too small, as later that night all of his toe knuckles were black from bruising. After researching Timberland’s exchange/return policy, I couldn’t find an answer on exchanging boots that have been worn, so I called this store and spoke with RJ. He gave me some information about their return policy and warranty information and told me to stop by the store and he’ll take a look at the boots to make sure they’re in good enough condition to exchange. Thankfully my husband didn’t damage the boots! When I arrived in the store RJ immediately recognized me from our phone conversation and called me over. We took a look at the boots together and he exchanged them for a size 10.5. It was such a smooth process and I’m incredibly thankful to RJ for helping me. My husband and I will definitely be coming back to this Timberland location thanks to RJ’s excellent customer service!

Had a really fun talk with one of the employees there who is originally from the UK, but currently studying abroad. Got me some nice limited edition shoes. Very friendly store with great help.

Not the biggest fan of ANY Factory Stores anywhere. I have only ever browsed through these stores and they have sometime nice/descent discounts which can be eye catching- nothing really special and NO complaints either thus far with any of these factory stores. They do however sometimes have great sale selections with like U$10 clothes or even less.

Picked up my kids boots during a sale and saved a ton of money. They also do military discount which is amazing for us Vets. They helped my daughter find the size she needed for her and she was beyond happy when she got her bright pink boots. They made a 7yr old very very happy that day

I have worn timberland boots for my construction job for 11+ years. Ive been buying from the outlet mall on Vineland for the past 6 years. The previous manager was very kind and personally told me that if I had any problems with the boots, that no matter what I would be able to exchange no questions asked. He explained that the water damage warranty were 6 months, and the bottom of the boot itself had a one year warranty. When I work with asphalt, I need an oil resistant boot. for concrete work I just need water resistant and high quality leather. Due to the hard labor of my job the boots typically only last 6 months and I accept that, I generally have no issues with the boots itself except that it doesnt last long in my line of work. I just purchased a pair of boots ($175) on Saturday June 15, I usually buy a size 9 but, the past 2 times Ive bought these boots the right foot has been very tight. this time around, after speaking with an associate named Sheyla and trying on boots I decided to go a size up and It wouldnt be as tight. In store, the boots fit pretty fine. Monday I go to work, and only two hours into my shift the boots start to feel super loose, and was starting to hurt, but because I couldnt pick up right then and there to exchange I had to wait till after my shift was over to exchange. On June 17 I went back to the store to exchange the boots I had just purchased 2 days ago and have only worn 8 hours. I asked to speak with the manager, Michelle. Michelle, in a very rude, and condescending way told me that there was nothing they could do, said You shouldve know they were going to be too big, and just overall being super snarky and having a really bad attitude towards me. I understand that the boots were beat up from the 8 hours I worn them, I wouldve been willing to spend more money on boots if they offered the amount I had previously spent as a credit, but Michelle so rudely informed that there was nothing she could do, or even work with me. She stood there arguing with me, so I Kindly said thank you and left. I will not be returning to this location, due to Michelles disrespectful demeanor. As a consumer, and a person of leadership in the workplace, leaders need to present themselves in a professional manner. It was very hard for to take her seriously with a piercing on the side of her mouth, and her bad attitude towards me. I feel that a manager should have a level of professionalism and common courtesy, and unfortunately Michelle did not exhibit any of those things. I wish that this encounter did not tant my view of this entire brand but unfortunately it has.

Omg! Can I say I am in love with this store. Wanted to buy everything in there. Spent 1.5 hours in there before making up my mind on what to buy lol. Nice staff too, very helpful. Cant wait to go back.

Bad service and an african american employee (tall - At least 6 2) pushed my wife with his shoulder on purpose. A shame that racial incidents are still happening in this country.
