Orlando StorQuest on Goldenrod...My husband and I started communications with Nick at the Orlando StorQuest and from the first phone call and continued communications in between, which we appreciate as I get busy with work and such, until we finally got to the date where we needed to stop in there and start our storage needs...our service was and still is 5 star🌟 quality! Nick and his other associates were first class, down to earth and extremely helpful and also very accommodating. We never needed to store anything especially a vehicle! We love our baby (our car) and felt at total ease with Nick there....knowing our goods are in very great and capable hands! The StorQuest Management will work with you if there are issues. I needed my stuff moved to another space because rodents were coming through my storage unit. case They moved me to a new storage space.that is not having the issue.

I love this place because Myra is my favorite really sharp, ready to help you if you need it. in case you need to make any changes always reliable and always notifies you whenever anything is needed or theres a change.. it is great for a month of two but if you are in it for the Long Haul the only downfall is after every 3 to 4 months expect the rate increase. Other than that the staff is very nice friendly and reliable

Ive used this facility a couple years ago and recently returned. They are just as good now and the price is still great. The units are clean and theres a good selection. Mayra is typically who I deal with but all of the staff are polite and helpful.

Maya took care of me. I went to 4 different placesand got the run around. Reps trying to give me what I didnt need and spaces too small. But Maya took me out and showed me the space and told me how much space I would be using. The best part is the discount. I only paid 1 penny for the space. The person at the site was most helpful and great to deal with, but... I needed to deal with the central office to rent my space since Im currently in another state. I called and signed up for a unit. I was told they would send the agreement by DocuSign but was sent a blank document. I called and explained what happened. When no completed document appeared I emailed back that they needed to fill in the document for me to sign. My email was returned because the StorQuest email box was full. So, my credit card was charged but I have no agreement. Ive called, Ive emailed. There is only so much I can do. I wonder what will happen when I show up.

Being my first storage experience, I was a bit wary about the process. Contracts, a nasty space, lack of help, etc were a few worries.As soon as I met Raul though, and asked of these,he answered all of my questions perfectly and precisely!Not only this, but he was also the most affordable and convenient location around (yes, I did the math for other locations)!The bay that I rented was clean and larger than I thought it would be. Raul and the rest of his team were polite and friendly. I really give it to Raul for his amazing service! Thanks again!

My stepmother passed, her home sold, then the buyers wanted in NOW -- not in a month as first planned, so we needed storage immediately. This location is awesome for working with emergencies. We got a unit and moved everything within 2 days. Now as we move out, I look back over our eight months there, and realize how thankful I am for the staff who worked with me, helped make the transition easier, and who were willing to work with me when I arrived by myself on my mobility scooter and needed assistance to access the unit. I would recommend this location to anyone and will return to them if I ever have need of storage again. We did not have climate controlled unit, but the piano and other furniture were well protected and we had absolutely no bugs or other visitors inside our unit. Thanks gang -- yall were great!!

Goldenrod storage has been Awesome. They will and gone above and beyond to help.They are also very social and pleasant when you go in. Very nice laid back and friendly . They talk to you as a person not a number on your unit.They know everyones name that has a unit,and are always golf carting through to make sure everything is fine. They even take the time to say hi as they stroll trough the property .They also have the cameras up in the office That makes me feel very safe going to my outside unit alone. And I know my items are safe as well.
