Great sales! Its never a full moment when the wife and I go i to Vera. She always seems to find a great deal. The have every type of bag imaginable, in their own special pattern of course.Pro-tip...ask for military discount for those whove served or are serving.

I love this store because they carry my favorite style of lanyard. I like the zip pouch in the more canvas type of fabric. Store is tight, someone had a jogging stroller inside and he was blocking quite a bit. Friendly employees and always well organized.

This is always must stop visit when in Orlando. Best place to purchase a RFID wallet! Good selection of merchandise and usually has good sales when Ive been there.

The prices are great here, but this gets only a four because they had three employees standing around at 10:30 with only one register open and a long line of people trying to check out. They are supposed to be open to 11 and this was not a pleasant checkout. The manager was also rude when nicely asked if there was another register.

Staff is extremely friendly. No matter how busy the store is they are always organized.

I love Vera Bradley but lets be honest, the regular prices are way expensive. Thats why the factory outlet is awesome. There are various types of deals throughout the year. This visit the deal was 70% off everything in the store. The deal the last time I went was 60% off (I think) but then when you were at the register, they took an additional 25% off. So anytime you go, theres going to be huge savings. Plus they have a clearance section which was 75% off. Today I got a bag marked at $100 for $25 in the clearance section. If you sign up for their emailing list, you can get invites to the online outlet store that has (sometimes) even better deals.

They closed early even when they post the hours? It closes at 9 on Saturday but closed at 7:30?Was told the power went Out on that side of the Mall. The person at the door could have said that instead of We are Closed!.

This was our first at a Vera Bradleu store. I did not know you had towels and blankets and all that other stuff. I wanted to buy everything. One thing I dont like is that I had to hunt for the prices on items. To much trouble. Usually if I have to do thst I wont buy it.

My girlfriend love this brand. So we end up coming here frequently. I she love everything they have. But I dont see much variety. Ofcourse the online store offered much more. But I feel like they can add a few more thing. Staff if always great. And store seen to be well keep and clean

A ton of products, from luggage to even stationary, all at discount pricing. The store is pretty jam packed but easy enough to navigate. The staff on the floor wasnt around much but was helpful and friendly enough once at the register.

Bought a nice backpack for my wife at a nice price, at the time of purchase they had a 40% off listed item, it was great and my wife loved it. helpful staff, kinda small store so it may be a bit crowded if there are alot of people looking around besides yourself.

They are condescending and belittling. I got a bag off the wall where it clearly said 60% off and an additional 20% off. When I checked out I didnt get the 20% off so I went back and asked and was told when it becomes part of a bundle there is no 20% off. Well this is fine if there was a sign, she asked me if I wanted to do the bundle etc but she says well thats the rules. Who knows this rule not me I dont fo very often and will not be going anymore.

Vera is a more my moms thing than mine, but I thought I would come in here and look around while in town. I was on a hunt for a Disney Vera bag, but they did not have anything like that at this location.I had been in a full price Vera Bradley store the other day at Disney Springs. OMG, so expensive! Im used to browsing the outlet store back in Fort Lauderdale and this store will save you a lot too.Typically the deal here is 50% off the item and then take another additional 20%. A couple of times each year that 20% is 30% instead and you can save even more.Head to the back of the store and check out the clearance items for 70% off, that is where the best deals are found.I wish Vera would make more items without the quilting, but some of the items are solid colors at least and not too bad.

Debbie is a terrible employee. I have never been treated how she treated my sister and i. She said the our issue is because we are “millennials”. I’m sorry that Debbie couldn’t answer a simple question while multi tasking, which is why you are going to lose business. I have been shopping here for YEARS and will no longer be going. Debbie hasn’t no customer service skills and should not be working in the public. We are on vacation and the last thing we expected to happen was be disrespected.
