They didnt have the tote bags or hobo bags...limited inventory but I was able to grab matching items for me and my bestie 4 Mothers Day...great customer service 💖

Great I Love this store so much. The sales people here are the best. Kandy an Shabear are absolutely amazing.

Drove over an hour to get here only to be greeted by an employee at the door asking me do I have a mask. I was with my service dog as well. I told her no but I am fully vaccinated with proof in hand. She refused service saying I have to wear a mask to come in and pointed back to the door. This is Florida and the government stated you don’t have to wear one and I had a service dog so I think she was discriminating against me. She was unprofessional and needs to learn the law. If you make people wear a mask in a state that doesn’t require it then you need to provide them!!!! I will never do business with this place plus there was barely inventory in the store. Not worth the drive or money!

I loved the store. I expected to see more merchandise. I did find a shopper tote Im in love with. I appreciate Becky for assisting me.

Customer service was top notch and thats a major plus for me. Had the pleasure of talking to a SA by the name of Kandi very nice SA and she gives good suggestions too. Visited the store for a quick pick up for my wife’s birthday 🎂 came out happy oh and btw she loved the purchase. Will definitely be visiting this store again as we both have a love for MCM.

Why the district manager has an empty MCM store on this mall. Come one you can do better it was sad . Still you got my 900 sell but very disappointed that you dont carry more sizes on snickers I could not buy not 1 . Akioko was so nice.

Definitely changed from the last time I came. I also call and buy items over the phone.No deals like usual and staff not too welcoming. One guy was nice, he had a broken leg, and wheeled himself to us although we walked past a worker at the door with no greeting whatsoever. She was too busy talking about personal business with the security guard. Just disappointed.

I really received a great deal on the MCM handbag and backpack. The staff was very helpful in assisting me with my final decision on my purchase. I highly recommend this store to anyone visiting that would like to purchase MCM merchandise.

I placed an order on Christmas. I realized that I put the wrong apartment number and customer service was closed, I called today 12/26 and they couldn’t update the address nor even cancel my order. They have the most inconvenient, no purpose service customer line. Like what the hell?? All they do is take your money and tell you what your order status is as f we can’t check online. It’s really ridiculous. With all the money that they bring in, they should be able to do more that take your credit card number. Just a waste.

Purchase a purse from the outlet the manager did not take the sensor off. However I’m not from Orlando I live an hour away I called and spoke to the manger homepage stated that I would need to bring the purse back there and the MCM store here could not remove it because it was not purchased from their store. Such bad customer service and what manger does that poor service on the manger part. Highly disappointed with my purchase
