I am so very grateful to Issac who was referred to me by Mont Blanc HQ in Connecticut. I was looking for the Barbados Blue pin refills for my Mont Blanc Pix pen which was completely out of stock online. Kathryn in the Connecticut Mont Blanc office referred me to Isaac and his boutique located at the Millenia Mall as the closest location to my home address.I didn’t want to travel for close to two hours to buy the refills so Isaac offered to send them directly to my house. I was absolutely surprised and delighted that the refills arrived the very next day via FedEx.What excellent customer service acumen on display. I’m very Frustrated And Disappointed At ThisParticular Location, I Have left My MB PenOver Two Months Ago And They Are Waiting ForThe Logo Part Over A Month !!! They Called Me On07/12/21 And Told Me That They Finally Got The Logo Piece And That They Will Call Me Shortly To Pick It Up ….. 😂. Today I Called And Seems They Need A Few More Weeks For It To Be Ready …It Is Ridiculous And Unacceptable.. They Speak About Parts Coming From Germany Like We Are Still Leaving Back In 1980’s !!! Please Now We Have Overnight Services To Ship Houses Even !!!

They wouldn’t exchange a notebook for the same exact model only a different color. It was brand new wrapped and everything! So think hard before purchasing a 115$ notebook

Love coming to Montblanc. The employees are always kind and ready to help you with any questions you may have. They also have no problem with letting you try on or use the product to see if its the right fit for you. Would always recommend if looking for something off the beaten path.

Courteous and knowledgeable staff... Only four stars because they keep very low stock of refills with limited point sizes. If I spend the $$$$ on a pen, I would really like for the locations to be fully stocked with many options of refills. :/

Ive been a loyal customer of Montblanc for many years and have been happy with there products but had an issue with my Montblanc briefcase. I was outside of the 2 year warrantee and the leather was very stretched. I brought it in to see if there was something they could do. Cindy, the manager of this location, was very professional and extremely helpful in doing everything she could to make me happy with the outcome. I will continue to be a loyal customer and really appreciate them going above and beyond.

They not only helped me quickly resolve the issue, they went way beyond my expectations. I have been buying pens, cufflinks and various other things online from Mont Blanc for a long time. I was a very loyal customer. I not only purchased for myself but friends, employees and such. A visiting corporate office from Japan received and was impressed with the special edition engraved pen we presented him with. 3 weeks ago I ordered a pen for an employee gift. I was sent a message that they are doing maintenance and my order would be slightly delayed. No problem. A week went by so I called and was told it would ship on the first. Two weeks in no notice or pen I called back and was told the person before had lied to me and they cant tell me when it would be shipped. I paid for next day shipping because it was a gift and a time sensitive issue. No regard for that or the fact I am good customer. I was told I would get it when they sort their issues out. Their issues are not mine and shouldnt effect me or my employee. To tell me I still have no date to expect delivery or is really bad customer service. The operator could really care less. I will never buy directly from you again. I used to sing your praises but the lack of consideration is astounding. And it was not even an expensive item $5-600. But I have spent thousands and thousands with you but never will again. I never ever write bad reviews but I felt the public should know. Stay away.. at least from buying direct.

This is the worst Montblanc location. I have been waiting for more than a month and they have giveing me excuses and more excuses. They are very unprofessional to be a signature brand store. They will treated you as if you were a turist and will not come back to the same store.

Very good establishment, the attention is luxurious, the lady who attends is really very good. As in any luxury store they give you bottled water and some chocolates. If it is the end of the month, ask about the offers, they always get a discount, it is not much but it is something.
