Usually love this store. But bought my husband a smart watch for Fathers day....NO CHARGER in the box yet box was sealed. HUGELY DISAPPOINTING

Terrible customer service. I went in to change out my watch battery. Ask one of the sales girl who told me that I could just get that done at the counter. I wait in line and got up to the counter just to be told to come back in 25-30 minutes to get my battery changed. They said theyre too busy. As in Im not as important as other customers because I just needed my battery changed. The manager had the audacity to say its only 20 minutes I will buy a new watch elsewhere before I go back here to be made to feel insignificant.

Literally sat outside a locked store for more than 10 minutes with less than 10 people inside, multiple people leaving and no explanation each time someone left. Horrendous customer service. This is such a disappointment

So the store itself has a lot of options and great prices, but for a store that had maybe 5 guests in it, it took nearly 20min to receive any assistance to grab a necklace and another 25 min to get checked out. They seriously need more help in there.

Came in to start the warranty process for my Gen4 Explorist watch because it wasnt charging anymore. To my surprise, no need! My watch was replaced on the spot, no hassle, and no time away from my watch. I felt so good, I bought an additional watch at that moment. Amazing customer service 🙌

Fossil by far has the worst customer service of any industry I have had the pleasure of doing business. Long story short, insanely.long emails to reply tom tickets. Expect to hear from them every third.at best, and they are going to start by asking, did we solve your resolution? Lol, you havent even read the complaint.yet. At.first it was the neay $20 they were ripping me off of because of their own mistakes and delays. Now its just the principle.of.extrememly poor customer service, and I mean POOR! The fact that they or chose not to resolve anything, and all they know how to do is leave you frustrated. Order from Amazon, 99.9% of the time everything goes smooth as silk, that .01%.their incredible customer service insures your happiness. Its well.worth the piece of.mind over.dealing with Fossil.

The lady didnt take me serious and keep ignoring me.. i was wearing my newest fossil watch and necklaces, been a fan of that brand for the longest and been collecting them.. i knew what i wanted, i been tracking it on line... it was as easy as get it of the counter and check me out a minute transaction.... she decided to ignore me and go with the old lady (that didnt bought anything ) so i bought mine online (same price as the outlet ) got in engraved and free shipping... 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️

Bought a watch for my husband im december had to return it. Service was quick and the Gen 4 watch is undet warranty for 2 years the gave me a new watch no questions ask. Make sure you keep your receipt.

Every single employee is constantly making me and my wife want to buy whatever they hand us. Literally pulling out watches and bracelets and putting it on our hands. Weve bought numerous Fossil watches and love them all. Weve only had a problem with one watch in particular purchased new at the CityWalk location and after many attempts to fix this watch, we decided just to take it in after being promised a replacement by another store after our last visit to fix the watch. During a trip to Orlando, the watch was not working so we took it in to this Fossil store. This was our first mistake. Their customer service is terrible. Half of the time, the sales associates were speaking another language in front of us, about our situation. Thats extremely disrespectful and rude. Weve finally straightened out the matter with the one watch in particular thanks to the help from the Fossil Customer Service Representative Derrick and the St. Augustine Outlet. No help whatsoever from this location. Locals beware. Youre much better off going to the CityWalk location. Better customer service for your area. Leave the Orlando Outlet to the tourists and their rolling suitcases.

Went to this store, bought a brand new watch and 14 days later the watched stopped working. the minute hand came lose and all they could do for me was send it off for 4-6 WEEKS ... there goes that christmas present. I do not recommend this place just because the way the managers handled my concern about this watch was inappropriate and they made it sound like they were doing me a favor by waiving the fees to ship it out. horrible customer service as well as faulty products.

Bad attention we spent more than fifteen minutes without any salesman deigning to talk to us. When I grabbed a watch to take it to the box, the salesman who was with his computer ten centimeters from me asked me if I needed anything. When we show you the discount coupon, it tells us that it only works for online purchases when the same coupon says that it works for stores as well. He told us later that we couldnt use it there because it was an outlet but we were wearing a watch that was at full price. We ended up going to the universal City Walk branch.
