I went there with my boyfriend. He wanted to buy me a purse. They limited the number of customers and said I could come in but he couldnt. They also required masks. Im fine with spacing or masks but combining the 2 and not letting him in cost you a sale. He cant buy me a purse if you wont let him in. I got tired of waiting for others to leave so he could come in.BTW, none of the customers in there at that time bought purses.

Ive bought about so many purses from here in between 2 visits. I love it there.

The only other Brahmin Outlet that I know of is in San Marcos, Tx so I had to see what Orlandos Brahmin Outlet had to offer. It was a nice store. They had a large selection of 50% off bags. Some of the items they had were current in season bags. I chose the Business Tote Chocolate Whitney. Regular price was $395 my total out of store price was $210.00. I chose out of season (winter color) bag for the better price. Check it out if you get a chance.

Nice store! The employee seemed very nice and prices are ok. They had a nice 20% to 60% sale as well.

Helpful staff. Tho they never answer the phone I love going here to see what they have. There is always a large selection of styles and colors.

I was on vacation in Orlando when I visited this store with my friend. There was a 5 person limit for the store. When I arrived, there were 3 people in the store. My friend went to the door for the sales woman inside to open it. She looked up at my friend and then continued to work at the counter. My friend then got her attention again to open the door. The sales woman then looked away from her towards the back of the store. I then went to the door and knocked to get in. She comes to the door, unlocks it and states, Were having a sale, 30% off but the clearance is in the back. She walks away and never spoke to either of us again. It was only Corinne (sp) that came out, checked on us, and asked us if we needed anything. I was dressed well. So was my friend. We didnt look like paupers. I was prepared to drop at least $500 - $600 dollars on a bag. I have been wanting a Brahmin bag for a long time. Needless to say, Im cured from that desire. What a horrible way to treat a potential customer.

Awesome, I’ve been looking for over 5 years but would not spend the money, finally broke down a bought a really nice purse. My experience was excellent with staff/ female and male very helpful! Love my purse/ purchase. I can now get rid of my wristlet. So worth it and was even more discounted than expected at check out!So when visiting Orlando make sure you go to outlet, I’ve never seen Brahmin outlet. Only Coach and MK.

This is my first Brahmin purchase and was my first time at the store but it will definitely not be my last. The craftsmanship in these bags are just amazing. The price at the outlet store for their 60-70% clearance is unbeleivable! A must go to if you love quality with a good $.

The Orlando Brahmin outlet stores energy and moral - unfriendly. The store manager tone was verbally unprofessional in explaining to two international customers who did not understand the 5 limit purchase policy. The employees did not engage in conversation with open-ended questions and did not bother to offer any assistance in providing exceptional customer service. The store does have great products and reasonable discounted percentage in sales.

Not sure what has changed, but this store had changed. I used to find good sales and prices. The last couple of times that I have gone into the store, I was not acknowledged by store personnel.

As a customer of many years and many handbags, I hope yesterday was an exception. The experience was sharper because I had just been in an other handbag store. There I had been very pleasantly and professionally assisted. In the Brahmin store, I wasn’t even greeted for ten minutes, let alone given any assistance. The clerk was very close to being rude to two other customers. Work on your training if you want to keep your clientele!

While visiting Miami I drove 3 hours to be treated with so much disrespect. The store manager stood in the back or the store in a counter watching all the customers while I FaceTimed with my mom on making selections. After placing 3 handbags on my arm still FaceTiming with my mom an associate (female) rushed to me asking if I needed assistance which I found a bit strange but I responded by saying sure and handed the bag to her to place behind the counter. As I continued to shop the same associate (female) came to me again to tell me I could only purchase 5 bags at one time. Keep in mind my daughter and sister was accompanying me soooooooo what’s the big deal if I’m trying to make a purchase. After the associate approached me for the 3rd time while I’m still FaceTiming my mom regarding selections see became irritated herself and wanted me to leave everything. The visit was so irritating, that I only purchased 2 bags and put the rest back. I didn’t won’t it to be a waste of trip especially since this was the initial reason to even take the drive to Orlando. I was there last year and the staff was awesome however I can’t say the same for my recent and current staff. I’ve reached out to Brahmin Corporate office and still as of today received and email or call. This location will fail if things don’t change soon!!

I loved the customer service i was shown at this location Ms.D and Ms. Sherilyn helped my mother and sister pull off my birthday present while i was standing with them and didnt notice a thing, they even gave me their card to take with me so i could order once i got back home.

I ordered two bags over the phone from the outlet store in Orlando. I noticed on my receipt that the sales tax was incorrect. I reached out to Nicole, which was the person who took my order. She informed me that they would have to return the bags, and ring them up again just for me to be refunded the difference in the sales tax. This made no sense to me!! They were going to put another hold on my funds just to give me the difference. I thought this would be an easy manual credit in which my credit card could be credited the difference. I have called NUMEROUS TIMES to speak to Rosie ( the manager). She has yet to return my phone call. Just seems shady that my sales tax is 9%, but I was charged 10% based on the thought that the whole state of Alabama charges the same sales tax. Beware when placing orders over the phone, and forget about speaking to management should an issue arise. I will stick to purchasing my bags from Dilliards. I will definitely be calling customer service and corporate to file a complaint. Its more about the principle of the lack of concern by the manager to rectify this matter. Nicole done her best! I know mistakes happen, but the manager leaves a lot to be desired with dealing with issues that are created in her store. Poor customer service on her part. Rosie (the store manager) is the reason for the low rating!
