I tagged along with my husband to this store recently. We were in Orlando for my birthday & I have to say the service was AMAZING. Luna & another BA (I’m so sorry I can’t remember her name now - she was amazing also! I appreciated your nail tip!) assisted me while I waited for my hubby. Luna was attentive, personable, & an absolute joy to speak with. I worked for Sephora for many years quite a while ago & honestly haven’t found a store that was this wonderful to visit in a long time. Thank you to everyone on staff Sunday 10/24/21. Every BA I encountered was warm & engaging. Thank you Luna for going above & beyond to create such a great overall experience!! Hopefully I can come back soon! xoxo

Love this place everyone is so patient. Im very picky with fragrances so had to exchange a few times. They never made me feel awkward and took the time to help me. Every person I encountered was very welcoming.I had never done professional make up. I decided to have my bridal make up done at this location. The artist name is Aidan and amazing. I was very much afraid of not looking like myself. Just wanted very little make up. He really just enhanced my features and listened to all of my observations. Love him!

Hi a little snag during my first visit, however the manager went above and beyond to make things right. This is a good location, not as many brands as Disney Springs however much less of a hassle if you want a simple in and out. This will definitely be my new home store unless I actually need something from the Disney location

Customer service was on point. I was on a time constraint. They directed me right to the product I needed and were quite helpful and efficient. It is a very nice environment.

This location is brand new and its so clean and organized!! Plus the staff are super nice and amazing.. They were so eager to help look for what I needed. Plus the staff have different looks and I love it.. Honestly this location is so much better than the in mall locations. They also be having great brand events. I love this spot.

Oh How I Love .....Sephora..So glad this location Finally Have Opened ..(1) Because it’s close to my home 5mins away...Went but to Buy a Burberry perfume but with the Help of Mimi and her patience I got way more of several varieties..She let me smell several until I founded my liking .So happened that day was Spend $75 and get $15 off.I got the $100 bottle of Versace @A Gift set with 9mini perfumes and a beautiful Matt lipstick..I will definitely visit again soon and will look for the Beautiful Mimi..Y’all need to give her $5 more raise for her Patience and pleasant time she took with me...Because of her .I will only shop at that store.Thank you Mimi

I really like this store! The staff is very courteous & professional. During the COVID-19 pandemic, this store is well organized and very clean. The whole staff makes you feel comfortable during the 6 feet distances & wearing a mask. I especially want to say thank you to Mia & Tabitha for making me (customer) feel so normal while shopping at your store. I love how everyone is so friendly and cheerful...a breath of fresh air during these hard times.

I am not someone to post reviews but, after leaving this Sephora I had too! This store is amazing !! Every worker there helped me and was so kind . This Sephora is new and clean ! Easy to find everything . Associates recommended things and were always attentive . I live 3 hours away but you best believe whenever I come to Orlando area I am only going to this Sephora !!!

Love this new sephora is big and have basically all the brands of course limited quantity in the brands and not all the products that brands offers but other wise is excellent I find my essential items i will love to see Charlotte tilsbury to be expanded in this location not to much of her brand in this store and Charlotte is one of my favorite brands

Some Sephoras are closing due to covid. This one is somewhere in between. No brushes. Fewer products. No swatching. Employees not very knowledgeable.

I love this location! It’s super convenient and surrounded by a number of shopping outlets, including a Cheesecake Factory, which is a bonus if you have a sweet tooth.Everyone in the store is very nice and knowledgable. On my last visit, I was helped by Mimi. She was really friendly and patient with my questions. I hate places that pressure you to buy things, and I felt zero pressure here. Also, when I was checking out, Patrick came over and was incredibly warm and welcoming. They deserve raises! 💰💰💰They also keep the store exceptionally clean, which is the more important issue for me right now. I felt very safe while I was shopping.I went in there for one item, and I ended buying a lot more because they have a really great selection of products. This store has a large number of clean makeup as well, which is pretty much all I’m interested in buying.It’s definitely located at a super convenient area so from now on this will be the only Sephora I go to! :D Also, this Sephora far exceeds other Sephoras in terms of aesthetics. It’s just organized in a much better way and really bright inside.

The store is new, it has amazing things, good discounts and the team was friendly. but you will ask yourself, why 3 stars? just because I felt really pressured to have to buy something when I went to the store. The team was around us always asking us if we wanted something and very insistent on selling us a product, so much so that he offered me twice to give me the product and go to the register. Whenever I go to Sephora something I buy is one of my favorite stores, but today I felt compelled to buy something.Sometimes it is ok to just look, since they do not have what you are looking for and it is not compulsory to buy .

In a time like this. Where everything is so chaotic! Im very peculiar about smells. When you visit a home public place. Very scenty and relaxing environment.Thank you guys😊
