Everyone was SO kind and helpful! I went in there looking for a nice scent for a bath bomb and bubble bath bar for my honeymoon and everyone that helped me were seriously so helpful and nice! It was a pleasant experience the whole time I was in there. 10/10 would recommend this Lush :D

I had a beautiful experience!☺ The store took every precaution to keep customers safe by keeping the number of people in the store to a minimum and also having customers wash their hands before moving about the store. Thank you for that.🤗 I was looking for a new hands and body lotion and the store associate Alyssa (I am probably spelling her name wrong super sorry) She took the time to help me by providing samples to try out and even recommended certain lotions and shower gels for me and my kids eczema. While I was checking out she provided me with some samples for my kids to use in the shower for their eczema 😭 Thank you so much for the wonderful hospitality! I will definitely be back soon😁

A great selection of bath and beauty products with a super knowledgeable and helpful staff that is especially kind to kids!I often shop here with my 13 year old daughter and each time it is a fun experience for us as she gets to smell and touch and feel all of the products before deciding on which one to purchase.It does get a but pricey (this IS Mall at Millennia, after all) but the products seem to be of high quality and they perform well.If youre looking for a fun place to buy funky and functional bath products, definitely stop in and give them a shot!

Very helpful staff and spoke to you upon entering to see what youre looking for. Due time Covid, only 6 people at a time inside the store and everyone washed their hands before starting time look, touch, and shop.

Love everything in this store!! Lavender bedtime bath bomb is one of my favorites! The new spray, twilight smells soooo good! Bath oil bomb are a nice touch too!!

I could not understand my wifes live for bath bombs until I tried one. Now I am hooked. The products here are great. It gets a little pricey supporting a bath habit, but we both smell soooo good! The staff here is always great.My rating system consists of a 3-star being exactly what you expected and neither good nor bad. A 4 means something was extra special and a 5 means you were blown away. A 2 star rating was disappointing and a 1-star rating is terrible

The people are so nice and welcoming

An employee physically blocked me from entering unless I used hand sanitizer. I had my mask on and I have both vaccines from Phizer. I would not of minded washing my hands with soap. I wish the employee couldve offered me that option but she was very rude and hushed me off to leave because I didnt want to use hand sanitizer due to skin issues.

I saw some videos about the shampoo bars and was interested in getting one. Dana was a sales associate who came up and asked if we needed help, she gave me not one but two free arm massages! She was very informative about the products she showed me and I would up leaving with a shampoo bar! It wont be my last visit to this lush store. Great music, and atmosphere as well.

I cannot say enough good things about this store/brand, particularly this location and their customer service! They are beyond helpful and Ive never been disappointed by their products. They recently discontinued a few products that I had been using for years and I was definitely bummed (Ok more than bummed, 93,000 miles shower jelly and the Cynthia stout shampoo were wonderful products! Through the assistance of their staff, Ive quickly found new loves. The rehab shampoo is amazing! I love how my hair feels and the volume it gives it. The price may seem expensive, however, it really does last a while and it makes a huge difference!!!

Such a fun store to go in and look around. I have bought so many lush goods over the years. I love that they do not test on animals and source ingredients ethically. I personally use the “Honey, I Washed My Hair” shampoo bar and all of the other honey products. There are so many fun bath bombs and bubble bars to play with there. I can’t wait to go back! Great for the whole family!

I love LUSH. Ive been shopping at the store for six years, specifically the store at Millenia for like three years. The staff is always friendly, the store smells like dreams, and my pocket my get a small hole blown in it but damn if I mind it.

Super nice staff. Very friendly and helpful. Every time I go they pay me some sort of compliment that makes my day. Smells wonderful in there and I always want to buy everything. They always ask what Im looking for and help me find it. I love coming to lush to buy a treat for myself!

Lush is such a fun store to visit. So much to look at and try. I especially enjoy the colorful bath bombs and that they provide samples.Lush also does a great job of hiring interesting and friendly employees. I always feel welcomed and taken care of whenever I stop by and visit.This is definitely a store you want to check out even if its just to look and learn. They have so many great products for skin.

This review is way overdue but on 1/15 Gerardo and Shelby was working. They were both very sweet and have a gentle heart. They both made myself and my fiancé feel special. Shelby demonstrated one of the scrubs on our arms which smelled really good. Gerardo went out his way to make me feel special with a little surprise.I am so happy to of had the pleasure of meeting them and it is nice to know there still are nice people in this world. It is just the little things that make someone feel special.God bless them both :))))

Have came here many of times, and everytime the staff are very friendly. During my last visit, Nina helped me pick out Christmas gifts, and answered all of my questions. Nina was amazing, and had dozens of recommendations for what I needed in terms of gift! Great location, and very friendly!

The best place for bath bombs that do NOT dry you out. The bombs here are super moisturizing! Prices are a bit high. But I love this place!

Lush has great products, a dedication to minimizing plastic packaging, and a great recycle program which is what brought me into the store. But the thing that keeps me coming back to this store is the amazing people. Every time I visit Lush at the Millenia mall I am greeted with great smiles and a very knowledgeable staff. I’m new to “self care” and these girls know their stuff. I always feel very welcome and confident in my purchases. Keep up the great work ladies.

I love coming here even though I know I will be spending a considerable amount of money. Their products are like no other and you will certainly not find them anywhere else. The quality of their stuff is undeniable. I also like the fact that I leave with quite a few samples of things I really want to try but cant buy on that visit. This is precisely what has kept me coming back. Once I try the samples I find that I also want that product. This is a brilliant sales approach but it also benefits the customer.

The people at lush truly know how to make a difference for someone. I had come in after the worst day. With my wedding in 3 days, there was a problem with my wedding dress and I ended up having to get a new wedding dress only 3 days before my wedding. As anyone can imagine it was one of the most stressful days of my life!Thursday night after the whole dress situation was over, I decided to go to the mall to get my bridesmaids their gifts, like I was planning to do during the day. I was getting bath bombs for each of my bridesmaids, and during check out my maid of honor told the girls who were working how horrible my day was. The next thing I know the girls were putting together a whole bag filled to the top with my favorite lush products, and wrote a card saying they hope the rest of my wedding planning goes smoothly. I was absolutely shocked by the kindness they showed me. It truly turned my day around. So THANK YOU!!!

The employees here are amazing and so sweet! Great selection and I was able to get my favorite rose jam shower gel which is usually sold out in most stores!

I bought some bath bombs, a shampoo bar, and a sugar lip scrub. The shampoo bar is also a soap and it seems to last for ever. The sugar lip scrub is tasty and good to get rid of flaky lip skin. The staff is super knowledgeable, helpful, and polite.

My niece and I had such a fun time going here. It was my nieces first time visiting a Lush store and we had a blast. I forgot the name of the lovely young lady working with us but she was soooooo helpful and kind. She took my young niece all around the store and gave her free samples. Id even purchased something and left it out on the counter and she ran out of the store to give it to me. A very fun store to shop at as always.

How can you not love LUSH? The smell draws you right in and envelops you. I drop at least 40 to 50 bucks when I visit easy due to the presentation and quality. The sales associates stay around to cut soaps and give you samples! This is an amazing store to shop in hands down!

Its small Lush location, but still has all of the normal products. Its located by the Starbucks and Brios grille. Overall would recommend if you are looking for the products they sell

I have used LUSH products regularly since 2011. I’m so pleased with the value since the products last a long time and they always give samples before I actually make a decision to buy. The staff is the best part about LUSH since they are super nice and knowledgeable.

Smells great in here. Their scented shampoo and conditioner bars are environmentally friendly and effective. Good gifts. Nice staff.

Lush is a vegan-friendly creams, aromas, and general skincare store. The store and its enthusiastic employees are always happy to show off their products for you eithet in testing waters (for products like bath bombs) or on your own skin (for scrubs, creams, and moisturizers). If youre not into this stuff, give it a visit anyway for the learning experience alone.

I love Lush! I go in often to stock up on bath products and skin care. The staff is always friendly and they usually remember me and what I like. For a location as busy as this one is, being able to remember one customer is amazing! Add great service into amazing products and you have a winner.

My wife and kids love this place. They use quality ingredients that arent detrimental to the environment, the staff are always pleasant and helpful, and it smells really good in the store. They usually demo a bath bomb for the kids while my wife shops.

The girl who helped me here was less enthusiastic than every other LUSH salesperson Ive ever met. Was calm, wasnt pushy, but didnt really thank me either. Im so used to extreme customer service from this establishment. I still found what I wanted. Have you seen all the new bath bombs?! This store did have the items in stock that I wanted when the other LUSH store at Florida Mall was sold out. Thanks!

The employees at this lush location go above and beyond to make sure you leave happy. We were in there this afternoon and one lady pulled a bath bomb down to my daughter how it worked - she was delighted! Another help me find the perfect shower gel for the issues I was having with my dry skin. I highly recommend this location to everyone. Prices of products are a bit high, so make sure you ask for a sample to try at home before you purchase a huge bottle.

I had my first visit ever to LUSH 2.1.18 and when I tell you, it was the perfect experience- I can NOT make this up. As soon as I walk in this beautiful young lady, Jess connected immediately. When I told her I never been before, she pulled me over to a tub of water and might as well have grabbed every product in the store to show me. She was so in love with the products that I had to spend $100 haha! Meghan B had to take over because Jess shift ended and she was just as amazing. Every woman I met in that store that night was outstanding. Thank you ladies!

The employees at this Lush are always helpful. The old favorites can still be found as well as new items and holiday specials. Of course their products are consistent with the Lush product line.

We came in the other night after dinner. We had never been to a Lush before and we fell in love with it. All 3 of the ladies working there were so polite, knowledgeable and helpful. I have worked in customer service/public service for 20 years and these girls are the bomb. I dont even want to go to my local Lush, I only want to go to this one. I walked away with a bag full of goodies and I will be back for more.

The products are wonderful & well made. I was in the Millenia location today & was surprised to see a male employee working in what appeared to be a wife-beater shirt with chest hair & underarm hair exposed. I found it gross that someone would dress like that for work, & surprised that such a high end store tolerated such slovenly dress. Dont think Ill be back to this location.

This was my first visit to a Lush Cosmetic location and I can easily say my experience at the Mall at Millenia is that is was, hands-down, the best customer service I have ever received in a retail store. Realistically, there is at least one employee anywhere you go who you can tell they either hate their job or theyre just overwhelmed and stressed, but I literally could not see a single one here. The only flaw I could find was how crowded and small the location was but they were so nice, helpful and calm that I became completely at ease with my surroundings (which is hard for me to do). I cannot wait to go back!

Im a Lushie who does most my Lush shopping online, but when I get an opportunity to visit a Lush shop, I never pass it up (gives me a great idea of which products I want to buy next)! This shop is small, but its beautifully stocked & packed with all the same wonderful goodies youll find at any lush location! As always, the staff is incredible, and when youre there, youre treated like fam! Im pretty sure Lush just hires the kindest people in the world! I really appreciated the product demos here, and Heather taking her time to discuss skincare, my current routine, what works best for me, and showing me products tailored for my skin type was so immensely appreciated! The staff here really listens to what youre looking for in a product, be it just a relaxing soak in a bubbly tub, to a full skincare regimen! Heather helped me expand on my current skincare regimen, and since the products here are TOP NOTCH, I know Im going to love it! I went from uncontrollable, cystic acne (for YEARS) to bright, clear, rejuvenated skin in 4wks, since committing my facial care routine to only Lush products! The results have been nothing short of a miracle, so youre in good hands with the products here. Youre in even BETTER hands with the friendly, knowledgeable and attentive staff! This location was WONDERFUL, and I hope to return soon! To the outstanding Lush employees who helped me tonight, THANK YOU SO MUCH LADIES!

I have to drive 45 minutes to get to this place and it is so worth it! The employees are always happy and eager to help steer you in the right direction for your needs. They do demonstrations of whatever product youre interrested in and even send you home with a sample of you arent sure you want to purchase a certain item. Amazing!!!!

I love Lush, and the one at the Florida Mall has always been my spot. This time, however, we happened to be at Millenia so we went with the intention of picking something up. Entered the store and there was a guy who watched us dead in our faces, said absolutely NOTHING! Another lady walked in right behind us and he immediately greeted and began helping her. We then walked around the store, browsing for about 10-15 mins, and NO ONE, NOT A SOUL, came to ask if we needed help. Every intention of purchasing something went out the window. I’ll be keeping my business at the Florida Mall from now on. They need to learn some customer service at Millenia.

Was nice to see lush in the USA. Everything is bigger in the USA but Im pleased to say ours the UK is bigger yey this particular lush was tiny.

While the store and employees where fine,the scent I purchased Rose Jam was horrible. The shower gel smells like beer not roses. I tbought maybe it was just me. So I asked everyone in my house what the scent smelled like to them. They unanimously agreed it smelled like beer. Definitely not like roses. I will try another fragrance next time.

I love Lush. Ive been going to Lush since 2012 and usually my experience there is always great but this time it wasnt. I went there this past week to pick up my favorite cleansing bar, Coalface. I asked one of the floor associates to help me. She was a larger girl, with glasses and she was very rude to me. I didnt see the soap and then I asked for her assistance and she looked at me and pointed in the direction of the soap as if I was supposed to know where it was. Then I saw that they had a much softer type of Coalface & made a mention of it and she responded by saying umm, weve always had that here. So I was just quickly getting annoyed with her and her rude sarcasm. Your job is to help me, not to make me feel stupid at the store. I wont shop here again. Florida Mall has much nicer staff.

By far the best staff of any Lush Ive visited so far. Theyve gotten to know me over time, theyre always the right level of friendly (i.e. they ask if I need help, but also let me just browse or shop on my own and actually listen to what I ask about). Their recommendations are great, theyre fun, and Ill go out of my way all the way from Daytona Beach to come to this location.

My girlfriend and I get the toothpaste tabs here. They even offered us a free same of another flavor we wanted to try.

Store staff wasnt as friendly as other locations, but the store is fine overall. I find their bar shampoo and conditioner to work well for travel, but otherwise dont really like it. I will go back, only because I need more of their products for future trips.
