Prices not clear, very confusing shelf placement. Found better prices elsewhere. One gentleman there was polite and helpful.

New to the city and needed a store that had cute options and reasonable prices.i can definitely say I found my new place to get all my stuff from.

Updated review from May 2020, to add photo. I visited the store today to stock-up on African Shea butter and buy some more hair products. I was happy to see the brand of 100% Shea butter that I had switched to, was stocked and on the shelves, but without a price or sign as to the cost. No worries..I knew how much it costs because Ive been stocking up on it and to my surprise, when I checked the price with the salesman at the register, he quoted me a price $3.00 more than what Ive been paying. Really??! I explained to him that was incorrect because they have been selling it for $5.00, but apparently not anymore. Needless to say, I left the store empty handed, and disgusted for this business to raise prices during a time of a National crises! To have been a loyal customer for years and to be treated as if I was not being honest, is enough for me not to return. I refuse to support a business that doesnt practice integrity. Luckily, there were outside Vendors down the street offering drive-up service, that I was able to get what I needed at a BETTER price! If only a NEGATIVE ZERO rating was an option....

Cashier had a horrible attitude! The store itself is convenient and glad it was open on a Sunday but that attitude makes me not want to go back!

I was at Store #13 today and had a great experience with Mo! They didn’t have the color in the wig I originally wanted, but she showed me one that was really close to it! I LOVED it and purchased two! She didn’t rush, took her time with me, was pleasant and personable! I appreciated her taking such great care of me! I will definitely return! Compared to other beauty supply stores in the area- theyre on point. Prices and variety are comparable. But I was looking for LA girl concealer and some stores just arent carrying it any more so this is the go to as they have a decent section&selection of LA girl products.

Love this location always find what I need. Prices are decent sand staff is usually friendly and helpful. Its bright and well organized making shopping easy.

They have a really good wig selection and an amazing Beauty Supplies selection. I will probably shop here forever.

I wish I could give no star but unfortunately it wont allow it, This used to be my go to beauty supply store for years and now after this visit I will no longer be a customer nor will I suggest it to my friends. I go in to get a 134 14 inch frontal which is advertised as $55 in thier monthly flyer, and the clerk tells me that they have raised the price and it is now $85....so a $30 increase for some 7A hair get real and seriously its still a global pandemic. PLEASE SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE!!!!!

If you want weaves braids its great. Didnt see any Bronner Brother products no lock products. Its small and tight. Staff is friendly and they know where everything is located. It has a large selection but honestly not my favorite place to buy

This is the place you go if you need awesome prices and many different selections for weaves, wigs, extensions, etc! They have 3 locations in the Orlando area. They also have a website in which you can view the sales flyer if you didnt get it in the mail or pick up one in the store. Unlike other beauty supply stores that I have been to, they dont charge you for a cap to try on wigs! Its free 99! Check them out!

They finally got a new staff working the wig section. Both girls are nice especially Admire she was wonderful and kind enough to apply some conditioner to my wig to make it look better. She was awesome. I do like The prices and they have good makeup supplies too. I have had a couple of experiences where some of the associates didn’t know much about hair and Sold me the wrong thing but the good outweighs the bad i guess i will be going back

I just got a straight razor from there today.

This store have everything you can think of.

I did a review on the store and gave them good feedback before, however last week I went into the store I couldnt believe what I was seeing. I asked a girl in the wig section what type of human hair wigs they have and she was eating sun flower seeds while TALKING to me. I barely could hear what she was saying and I had to ask her to repeat herself and she caught an attitude with me. Like I understand you dont want to be there all day, but at least have some respect for the customers dont forget you applied for customer services associate so that means you need to respect the customers. Ill give the store 4 stars because that was the only issue I had. They definitely need a new staff working there someone whos kind hearted and knows how to treat customers.

I buy most of my make up supplies from here. They seem to specialize in carrying products for people of colors. Everyone is so nice and well educated in beauty and haircare. They are so helpful. Oh and the prices are great.

I drive 30 miles to shop here Love the sale priced wigs.nice selection on everything.Drawback not enough staff I had to wait almost 10 min for the girl to check on something she never came back.So I had to search out someone.Other than that I would have given 5 stars.

I love going here, you manage the find a lot of great hair products and hair brands. That you wouldnt usually find in certain stores. I have no had no bad experiences as of yet. I hope to continue to be a loyal customer. There is a quite variety to see here and I want to stick around to try most of them out.

I see Im not the only person that has received bad customer service from this place of business, but Im no longer going back and would advise all other African American women to find another hair store. Im now looking for a new store now when I generally like coming to this hair store even with the store not being in my area until my last purchase of so called human hair. I purchased a pack of Outre Gem 100% Human Hair; however the hair was not human. My hair stylist couldnt hot curl this hair as the hair wasnt 100% human as marked and there wasnt enough hair in the pack to make a full ponytail. This hair is a complete rip off.

This is the worst place ever. I dont think anyone should ever shop there. They are racists against black people. STAY AWAY FROM THAT PLACE MY FRIENDS. Go spend your money somewhere else where you are treated right and feel appreciated. They will steal money from children. I will be calling channel 9 on them. BEWARE OF WHEN YOU ARE PAYING, YOU MAY HAVE BEEN SCAMMED AND DIDNT KNOWthis store attempted to scam me $12 for something i never bought. when i looked at my receipt, the cashier charged me x3 for a 3.99 product when i didn’t buy it. i bought x3 of a pack of hair that was 4.99. it looks like they were trying to take advantage of the fact that i bought so many products and was distracted when paying so they can put an additional x3 hoping i wouldn’t look at my receipt too carefully.when i went back for my money, the manager immediately knew that i was charged x3 3.99 for one product that was only 2.99. the cashier who checked me out was smiling like she knew all along. it was a very shady operation and it felt like the cashier and manager were in kahoots trying to get the difference at the end of the night! look over your receipts carefully y’all!
