Drive thru COVID testing - Making the appointment online was fairly simple (but they’re taken fast, so plan accordingly). Once arrived, it was as simple as pulling up to the window, showing your ID and they give you a swab and tell you how to swab your nose.We did the 24Hr testing, but got the results back in roughly 4 hours.
Tell me why their air pump instead of pumping air into my tires it was making it more flat!!! And I just got off work to get sum air in my tires. They should have been more responsible in making sure everything works before opening it.
. I came In for a return and the employees were LAZY, LIARS and UNEDUCATED. They lied and said they did not sell the product I was returning, when I was Just in the back of the store looking at a full row of the product. Then, they lied again saying that the item I purchased was pass 30 days . I showed the digital receipt with the date and transaction number because the barcode was not showing. Which was purchased a week ago. Then they said I have to to return it to the Walgreens I purchased it from. THE RETURN POLICY IS ON THE RECEIPT stating i can return at any nationwide Walgreens store AND I READ IT OUT-LOUD AND SHOWED THEM THE POLICY !! I even Pulled out my credit card to pull up the transaction. They didn’t want to look up the transaction ID number, they didn’t want to look up the barcode number. The female cashier needs to get fired for lying since she had so much to say and for her rudeness.And get this :They were scanning the wrong barcode the whole time !!! They did not attempt to do their jobs . They all need to have mandatory training on register and customer service before EVER stepping back on the floor and customer servicing guest.I will Go to corporate and will not stop til this situation is resolved and until I get a response.

Lady walked away with my ID on a simple pickup order and only gave it back after berating me for not doing curbside pickup. No reason she should’ve even grabbed it from my hand after refusing my confirmation email.
Absolutely WORST pharmacy to deal with, talking to “Pharmacist” Aishah is the equivalent to talking to a wall. They never have prescriptions ready on time even if it is on automatic refills, and then make you wait 90 mins once you are already there! I made the mistake of telling my doctor this is my pharmacy but definitely will be switching. Dont waste your time here
Read all the bad reviews and still decided to give this Walgreens a try. I can’t believe this store is open. Literally the only reason why I would ever shop here is because it’s right next to my house and I’m in a rush. There were DEAD BUGS and ROACHES on the products. Employees are very inattentive. I waited at the register for several minutes and I’m almost certain that the cashier was stoned. Very messy store too

My boyfriend just bought a box of pills for flu and the date marks that it has expired how is this possible ?? We went for an exchange and had a poor customer service response. Health it’s not a game and more now with the covid
I often have great experience with Pharmacy staffs. However, every time I go shopping at this location cashiers and managers are terrible, rude, and very nasty. I went there today to return an item, I had the receipt for the item. The cashier said she needed to see my driver license, I had a clear picture of my driver license on my phone. I showed her my driver license on my phone, all she had to do was just get the information, she refused she said she needed physical idea. Wasted my time, had to call the manager, waited almost 30 minutes for the manager to tell she could just get the information the picture license i showed her. That woman was just nasty.
Pharmacy tech was really rude even when I just asked her a simple question but fits with the area so that’s that I guess 🤷🏽♀️

After the pharmacy told me my prescription would be ready in 30 minutes, I get a call 1 hour later saying they didn’t have the medication. Not even mad they didn’t have, but mad they wasted my time. Irresponsible and unacceptable.
