Finding hair colour was some what easy..was giving help for that.. however she didnt ask me if I needed help finding anything else.. which I did...I paid for my item..was giving my change..was waiting for a bag.. cashier stopped looking at me waiting for bag..so I asked for one.. thats when she told me they didnt have regular size bags.. only large... thats something they should say without me asking...and after one minute of just standing waiting..I had to walk down the street with a box of hair colour in my hand...Ill never go back to this location... customer service isnt great...

I hate this store. I have to go here with my parents unfortunately. The white girls at the cashier always stare at me, it makes me uncomfortable. Like i am just trying to get my stuff but for some reason I need to be stared at. Minutes pass they still stare. Like as if they think Im gonna steal, and they only do this to me. Black people rarely ever come here, so Im the only black person. I feel like as if theyre only staring because Im black, and thinks Im gonna steal because Im black. Like just mind your own business. I have to go by here later today, and if the same thing happens, I will use my phone as proof and I will provide proof.

I shop frequently at this location as it is close to my job. On Wednesday the 4th of August I placed a pick up order at noon. I was soon notified of its completion and went to pick it up. I was met at the door by two employees who closed the store... at 2 pm on a Wednesday. They refused to go in and grab my order that was ready and paid in full. I brushed it off and returned the next day, the store is still closed with no note in the door or anything. I placed this order to plan accordingly and now Im left to rush and purchase this a SECOND time from a different location. When I find another place to purchase my products, I will gladly not return. Very poor customer service.

The white young girl is so rude and unhelpful. She actively avoids customers like no one notices and doesn’t help even the other workers. I’ve seen a lot less of her lately, thank goodness!

BEWARE they are using Covid as an excuse not to do exchanges or returns on products - even ones bought 10 minutes ago - that don’t work!!! Do not waste your money here. Go to a place that has a basic level of customer service like Ulta which has an awesome return policy!

I shopped at the Sallys on E. Colonial yesterday and at my check out Im told they no longer give out bags for the items youre buying. Why should I have to pay to receive a bag for the items I just purchased from you. The bags are only $.15, but its the principle. I will carry everything out in my hands before I purchase a bag I should automatically receive with my purchases...or maybe shop somewhere else.

The employees are very welcoming and helpful. Especially Sheri, every time I’ve gone in she has always been the first to greet me and ask if I need help. Today they handed me a free reusable bag and said anything I put in there I would get 20% off.

My girlfriend was rudely turned away 5min before closing but we watched them allow another woman inside as we began driving off... can someone explain?

Ms. Sheri and Rosita are the best!! Friendly, knowledgeable, PATIENT!!! I can honestly say that the product line they suggested is incredible! Zoros Professional is the brand, and it truly has restored my hair!!

Went here today to buy some hair color remover and some toner for my hair. Staff was very attentive and helpful and they have an excellent selection. Store is also very organized. I will be coming back to this location.

Online it says this location is available for curbside pickup but I have tried calling a few times and no one answers the phone.

WORST STORE. GOT HERE AT 7:50pm and doors were closed 3 girls in there counting cash and said they are already closed but online says they close at 8pm. They wanted to leave early because it’s Saturday night.
