Fantastic, friendly optical!I called and spoke to Elizabeth about a question I had regarding my glasses. She was extremely nice and professional. When I went to the office later in the afternoon, she remembered me, was very patient and sweet with my two toddlers, and quickly helped me. She was knowledgeable, cheerful, and definitely made an impression on me. Thank you for the great service! I will be back!

This has been the most professional, informative optical experience that I have encountered. Dr. Sandoval leads a team of extreme perfectionists. They do not stop until they have provided you with the most stellar customer experience. I strongly recommend this team to anyone!

I did not have a good experience. I had an exam today and received a prescription. It is the first time in my life that Ive ever needed glasses. I was the only patient there, but I felt like everyone was rushing me along to get me out as fast as possible. The doctor only asked me one question about the problem I had been having and when I explained it to her, she dismissed it as probably from having too much caffeine (did not ask me if I even consume caffeine). I told the staff I preferred to purchase glasses online because it would be less expensive. They did not equip me with all of the information I needed to buy glasses online (which I found out later, after I had left -- too late). No one thanked me the entire time I was there, and the doctor did not even say good-bye to me. She just passed me over to the receptionist to check out without saying anything to me. I left feeling confused about my prescription and next steps.

Walked right in without an apt. We met with Jesse. She is fantastic. Connected with my daughter right away-which is who needed new lenses. Awesome and wide kids selection. We got new insurance which I was unfamiliar with and Jesse helped explain our plan and what it offers and allowed me to stay around My budget NOT giving my daughter the most expensive pair.She is very knowledgeable about each pair of glasses. We concluded that my daughters nose frame doesnt allow the glasses with no pads wont work for her.Overall warm and very clean! Thanks to the waitresses at Sweet Mamas for recommending them! I will definitely refer friends and family to go here.

Fantastic customer service. I ordered a pair of glasses and when they arrived I didn’t like them. They allowed me to exchange the glasses for a new pair! Amazing!! Not to mention the prescription was spot on and really helped my issues with computer glare.

Best service you will ever find in eye care. I had the pleasure of using this eye care center for many years. Unfortunately after my insurance dropped them from their list of providers, I was forced to go else where. I have still yet to find a business that is as professional and caring as lake Nona eye Care is. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. The doctor here is very kind and listens to her patients needs. I would highly highly recommend this establishment to any one who cares about their vision. (no that wasnt a typo, I would highly highly recommend them)

Horrible customer service!

I was referred to Lake Nona Eye Care and Dr. Ward and I have never had an easier more pleasurable experience. I arrived early to make sure any necessary paperwork was handled. Dr. Ward was attentive and when I asked questions about my eyes she was informative and knowledgeable. I will be sending my wife and anyone else I know that likes to be treated kindly and professionally!!

Although the doctor is professional and very decent, I’ve had very bad customer service here. I’ve been going to this eye clinic for several years, and in the past, it’s been great. However, this year, not only have they mysteriously lost my appointment and said I never even had one (even though I set it up in person), but they’ve taken several weeks to order my contact lenses—and haven’t even contacted me about them. When I called to check on them, I was told that they have to “check the order and we’ll call you right back”, which they never did call back.I’ll be taking my eye care needs elsewhere because I’ve had it with the unprofessionalism and lack of decent customer service this office has provided.

Dr. Ward and her staff are excellent! I have been going here for 4 years and I am very happy with the results.

Dr. Sandoval is the best. I recently moved to Orlando and had to find a doctor that treats keratoconus. My condition requires diligence, patience and some creativity in finding a solution to my vision needs. Dr. Sandoval exceeded my experectations.

Nice employees. My experience was okay, did the eye exam twice. The prescription that was giving to me is still bothering me. I cant see from far. I try getting a refund but they dont give refunds. I am not mad just a little disappointed. Maybe your experience will be better.

Walked in at 13:01, and the staff did not even ask how we can help or attempt to service my wife and I. Just told us that they are going to lunch and not even a suggestion on how they can help. My wife called Wednesday several times and no answer. Don’t recommend this place.
