Everyone here is so nice and knowledgeable. The doctor took the time to answer all my questions. Even though they were busy they checked on me several times and apologized for my wait. After my exam it was pretty much closing time, but they never rushed me while I was choosing my frames. Absolutely amazing customer service!! Highly recommend this office.

Some times wonderful things happen! I recently took over assisting my Dad with his care. He could not recall who he had last seen or when. I looked up eye care in his area and best reviews and picked Dr. Salinas. We pulled up and my Dad said that this was the guy. They had all his records and gave him just as much care and consideration as he had received the last time. I HIGHLY recommend this office! Wonder staff and great doctor.

Dr. Salinas has been my optometrist for 15 years, except for the 2 years my insurance changed and he was not in network. His lovely office manager and sister, Lisa tried her best to become an in network provider for me. Because my plan was not accepting new providers, when that coverage expired, I knew with my next plan, Dr. Salinas must be a participating provider. The professionalism and patient care, in addition to the personality of the staff makes Eye Associates a wonderful experience.

As always Dr Salinas and Lisa are the best. I haven’t been in 7 years and they both remember who I was. And while most drs would admonish you for procrastinating about getting checks they never do, while still informing you of the risks. While their frame selection isn’t the largest they always try to find what you want. Their professionalism is top notch.

I’ve been a patient for years and not once I’ve left the office with anything negative to say. The staff is amazing and Dr. Salinas is so nice and takes his time to explain everything. I have two teenagers in the autism spectrum that Dr. Salinas see as well and I wouldn’t take my boys anywhere else, because at this office they treat my boys with kindness and patience and they take their time so my boys don’t feel overwhelmed.

First time going here and will continue to come here . The staff was friendly and the doctor as well. He answered all my questions and made the time I was there enjoyable. Overall great experience and highly recommend this place . My mother went with me and she asked if they could give her an appointment for another day and they were able to give her one at the moment right after mine . Great staff . He took the time to actually have a conversation about the eye exam and answer all my questions rather than get through the exam and send me on my way. **4 1/2 stars if I could**Very polite, and professional.Small practice, so depending on your type of appointment depends on their availability.Personally I have a special condition so finding time to schedule me is difficult, but what they lack in availability, they make up in quality.The Doctor will spend time with you, and take the time needed to understand your individual needs.Some small common employee mistakes may or may not happen at some point during a visit, but they could easily be fixed with a quick phone call, or proper interaction with the staff while at your visit.

For over 9 years this office has given my daughters and I great care. The staff is always friendly and caring. If I could give more stars I would. This is the best eye doctor’s office you could find and I have happily referred coworkers and friends.

I was way overdue for an examination and was very embarrassed to even call. I then made an appointment with my eyes and ears shut😆. Very nervously I walked in, and from the beginning of the appointment in preparation to receive sad news, to the end where I selected new glasses, I felt 10 times better. Dr. Salinas, Lisa and the team were extremely amazing, very professional and patient with a great sense of humor. I can’t wait to pick up my new glasses and to select a newer pair of sunglasses.
