Happy New Year! My daughter ending out 2020 developed a vertical line on her IPhone XS phone and needed it repaired. Desperately searching for a repair service after getting prices from Best Buy and Apple it was over wayyy over what I wanted to pay.. thus taking to google and I found the goats🐐! They were able to fix my daughters phone at half the price, same day and within 1 hour!! Would definitely recommend and will be returning for other services!!

Left a laptop in their care and paid a total of $223 for a repair, after 6 months of little to no communication and an incomplete repair, I demanded a refund. It took a month and a half and visiting several times for them to actually start taking that demand seriously, in the end they only offered back $100 of the $223 I gave them and my (still broken but somehow in a different way) laptop back. Do not go here if you expect timely laptop repair services or fair remediation in the case of their mistakes. Corona may have had an impact but at a certain point excuses are just excuses. Otherwise friendly service from their employees with the caveat of severely lacking managment. 1/5 stars is generous.

The best part was that they maintained communication via telephone as well as email regarding updates throughout the time of my service. Also, when I arrived to pick up my laptop, they gave me a great deal on a case for my cell phone. Went on 6-17 to see if they could fix a Samsung Galaxy 2 tablet that had stopped turning on. Spoke with Justin and that I suspected that the battery might be the issue, and the price they quoted me for was reasonable to repair it.My issue was that 3 weeks later I hadnt heard anything back from the as far as the status of my repair even when checking the website. Called on 7-9 and was told that they were still waiting for parts, and they only updated the repair status on the website after I called. A few days later (7-13) I went to the store to speak to someone and was told that the battery was replaced but wasnt the issue, and that there was a connector piece that wasnt working and the part that they were waiting on wasnt ordered in the first place but they would give me a call. Never got a call back.Today I went back to the store (7-20) and when I asked for my device I was told that the part that wasnt working was no longer in production and they cant complete the repair.Communication isnt organized with this store. I was told by Justin that he was trying to coordinate contact with his supervisor since my visit last week with no luck.Now I have to wait for him to hear from the supervisor to get my device back since he doesnt have the authority to cancel the ticket. I was told that I should get a call today so Im waiting to see if they actually hear from them. Justin was professional and acknowledged that the repair shouldnt have taken so long as it did. But I dont think it should have taken 5 weeks to tell me they cant fix the device when I kept asking for updates starting at 3 weeks in. I feel like I only got a straight answer when I actually went to the store.

I highly recommend this location! They did a great job and worked some serious magic on my laptop when it misplaced all of my files. They were able to find them, upgrade my operating system and clean out the inside of my laptop from several years of dust. Everything runs so much better now. The customer service was excellent and he provided a few options on what could be done. They are honest, extremely knowledgeable and the pricing is fair.

Had them replace an ssd on my work computer everything was fine for a couple weeks until it just crashed take it back to them to see what happened and they told me they made a mistake when they installed it the first time and literally gave me my computer back completely blank with not even having anything installed i lost all my important work information and the computer has not been the same since think twice before going to this location
