What a fantastic find! Got three! Excellent deals on laptops. Very friendly, knowledgeable and great prices.As a tech enthusiast, I am able to repair and maintain my own computers so I know how hard it is to install ram and change out a hard drive, etc. A customer walked in and his hard drive had died and wanted to know how much it would cost.The price that was quoted was, imo, not only very fair, but very very good! Bought a 2015 13” originally and it worked great, bought after a month i realized i needed more ram. i asked to see if i could exchange it for the 15”, they happily obliged.the computer is amazing but initially the battery acted a little weird, but sam and austin both understood my concern and happily replaced the battery. they have been nothing short of professional and helpful. my macbook works stellar and extremely satisfied.highly recommend to anyone looking to buy a laptop or for computer help! thanks guys

Completely dishonest practices and spineless owner, I sold a 2019 15 MacBook on ebay listed as is for parts that had a non working mother board but everything else worked and was tested, this guy Sam decided to take my good parts and send a bad display, swollen battery and messed up keyboard. As someone who works in the apple repair business I try to be honest and upfront in my work but can also smell a rat who knows how to take advantage of customers by pulling shady moves like swapping good parts. Would not be surprised if he does this all the time, he even changed his name on eBay and would not respond once to me, what a coward especially in these times to pull a stunt like that literally stealing money out my pockets, shame on you Sam.

Phonadore is the best. The quality of service is top notch. The quality of parts used to repair my phone made it look like a brand new phone. It only took about 15 - 20 minutes for the repair, and he threw in a screen protector as well. The staff is great, and I will definitely use Phonadore again.

I took my phone there to get the screen fixed and when I picked it up the new screen was bubbly and they told me that’s what happens when you replace the screen on a galaxy. I also took my PlayStation 4 there to see why the HDMI wasn’t working and then after 2 whole weeks it was finally ready. Once I got it home the HDMI was working but the Bluetooth connection for my controllers wasn’t working at all. I took it back to get inspected and clean and they took a whole week for absolutely nothing to get done.

Known these guys for years. They are my go to guys for any device or computer screen I need repaired. I run an IT company and I use them exclusively for all my repairs. Ive taken my devices to a few other places in the Orlando area and they are by far the best repair guys around. Quality of service is 5 star. Last time I took my phone to this store, I had a great experience. This time, I took my phone with a defective battery and a broken screen. They had it for almost a MONTH, without ever returning my calls. Every couple of days I tried calling for updates, always promised to call me back. Never did. Finally, I gave up and picked up my phone. Besides still being without the battery, the back part was now broken and they lost my memory card with ALL my information! LOST IT. Promised to find it and call me back. Never did. Promised to give me a back up phone to compensate, still waiting for the call back. TOTALLY DISRESPECTFUL AND UNPROFESSIONAL. I’m really upset.

I never write reviews.. In fact this is my first! But i had to say this is definitely the best place to get a phone. I Worked with Sam and he showed me the different choices they had available and explained the differences between all of them. It was easy to choose to buy from him because of all the great guarantees they give. The iPhone 6s I got is in brand new condition (if it was ever even used).. In short this is the place to go if you want a save money on a great device without all the worry that comes with buying from a strange.

Best service any time of the week.I came in to fix my iPhone 5 screen about a week ago and never imagined the service could be so quick and on point! The people and atmosphere of the place were fantastic. Good experience, got my iPad Air fixed here, even though its latest model they had part in stock and fixed it same day(took them less than 2 hours) everything works the way it should and it comes with 1 year warranty. I used this company about a year ago to fix my LG flatscreen. The backlight went out. It was fixed and worked great. Right before Christmas 2018 my tcpvs backlight went out again. I called and they said bring it in. So I did. I was happy with their service the first time and it was fast so this time I expected the same. It is now February 3, 2019 and I still do not have a tv. The man keeps saying the part is coming from China it will be here in a week. So, me being patient give them two weeks. When I call again they say the part is on the way, it will be a week. I’ve called about 4 times with the same response. Now I can’t even get an answer or a call back when I leave a message. What exactly happened to my tv? Why can’t I get a straight up answer about my tv. Do you even have it? So many questions and no answers.

Okay, so Ive never been here when they were open.. but their location says theyre open on Saturdays for a few hours. I drove 45 minutes to find out this location was not open on Saturdays.

I had a friend in town from Venezuela and we needed immediate assistance, Sam at the Kirkman store offered to help us and he went above and beyond in providing great customer service. Guys are amazing. I never broke my phone before but now it happened to me It just slipped out of my hand and hit the floor and glass cracked. I used it like that for a while but eventually glass pieces start falling of and hurting my face and hands. I came in a morning and they said that it will take about 20 min and offered me to get some coffee from nearby coffee shop. I came back in 10 and Wow my phone was ready! And they not only fixed the glass they replaced the whole assembly with new frame and lcd so it looks like brand new phone. On top of that is Lifetime Warranty which is also nice.

So I called a dozen places because an hour before then I dropped my iPhone 6 and when I picked it up. I had a 100 scratch marks on my screen. Basically it was shattered. Luckily I called this store and he said to Come in hour and he can fix it for affordable price. So I went into the store and he fixed in less then 30 mins. While I was waiting in the store, he had so many customers coming in and out of the store. With all customers coming in and out, I figured he does his job very well and he DID!!With all of that, I will be coming back if anything happens to my iPhone:))

I cracked the screen on my iphone 6s needed it fixed so I found them on Craigslist. HORRIBLE experience, first the owner did not want to honor the price they had online made me pay $10 more saying maybe someone put up the wrong price. Okay that was fine but then he took my phone to the back to fix it and it was taking extremely long, and when he did return with my phone he had a black glass on it said he didnt have a white one if i wanted i could come back monday to get a white one. Not only did he give me the wrong screen but it was improperly repaired and missing parts. The screws on bottom were not in place as well as the headphone jack. Oh and now the fingerprint id doesnt work either. This place sucks GO TO CELL BROS Like i should have. I went there for my iphone 6 had i had no problems, was in and out in less than 30 mins.

I came 2x to the store and they was not here.When I took my ipad after fixing was not working perfectly.My home button was not working and i was not able to unlock my ipad.So I left my ipad again they give to me 1 hour to fix, and i came to take that after 1 hour and the store was closed.I wait 1 hour to see if someone was coming and after 1:20 hour a guy arrived and told me that my ipad was not ready yet ! Now i am waiting in the store 40 minutes to fix itTotally NO recommended!! FIND ANOTHER PLACE ! Better pay more than spend your time and gas !
