Went & got my iphone 11 fixed. Did a poor job on it & my phone would turn black in the middle of me is ng it. Dropped it once & it cracked the slightest bit in the top right corner & they refused to fix my screen because of “external damage”. They do a poor kpb & fixing screens & are out for your MONEY !

Brought in my tower wouldn’t start, they fixed it easily at a very reasonable price, recommended store.

If you need to go anywhere to fix a phone, pick this place! Jose is upfront, energetic and honest which is exactly what I like in people! I literally walked in and, without even saying anything, he knew my model of android phone (S7 Edge). He also walked me through how he was going to order the product, how many days itll take and how long itll take to fix it. We also shared some laughs too so if youre in the area and need a fix, look no further than this :)

Rip off store!!! Be careful with the lady. She quoted me $50 for a $3 part. You think could help someone out that needs their phone fixed. Replacement time and cost should no more than $15 for the part I needed. Ridiculous!!!!

Really quick and quality service. Got here when they opened and less then an hour later they had my screen fixed. Also did a free diagnostic just to make sure everything else was working. Really nice people.Edit: they did turn off my Face ID for some reason, and didn’t tell me. Mildly annoying, but not the end of the world.

I Brought in my 2009 Mac book pro to have the charger port cleaned and repaired. As well as order a replacement battery and keyboard. The gentlemen’s where very professional and the service was extremely fast. Best of all was the fair pricing. I would highly recomend.

7/23/2020 - First went to Geek Squad at Best Buy. No one picked up the phone after 20 calls. Showed up in person just for them to say they cant fit me in their schedule until 2 weeks time. This little place just down the road. Honestly doesnt look like much inside or out but fixed my Desktop in 3 days. (had to order part, dust WILL kill your PC) Part $90, cleaning out motherboard another $90. PC working great, very satisfied, will return.

They demand serial numbers for repair quotes. Even with a diagnosis for your repair prior to coming in they still charge 89.99 to diagnose your issues. They refuse to give estimates for particular parts and condescend towards you if you even attempt to contradict what they say. Also the service staff is incredibly rude. Steer CLEAR of this establishment.

Very poor customer service. After paying in advance to have my battery diagnosed and RAM changed, they only changed the RAM. When I asked why the battery couldnt be diagnosed, their response was to give me excuses and the run around. If you take your computer here, DO NOT PAY IN ADVANCE. Make sure ALL the work you paid for is completed before you pay. I expected better service based on prior reviews but I was wrong.Do yourself a favor and take your electronics elsewhere with better technical personel and better customer service skills.

I went in to get my phone screen fixed, gave them my passcode the left, came back to a brand new screen but for some reason my passcode wasn’t working? It’s the same passcode I’ve had on the phone ever since I got it a year ago so I was baffled. The guy told me he only tried to put in my passcode once but when I went to go try to put in my passcode it locked me out of my phone for 15mins. My passcode has yet to work on my phone which resulted in it getting into an activation lock because all of a sudden my iCloud information was changed as well. Now I have to wait 3days-month for Apple to investigate this. I should’ve just bought a whole new phone. This place is sketchy. I can’t help but think the reviews are fake.
