Traveled all the way from Richmond,VA and freaked out when we got here and my MacBook Air wasnt working.Of course I looked my problem up online and everything said I had the back screen of death and it wasnt repairable.I brought my laptop in here fearing the absolute worse and mentally preparing to purchase a new laptop. They called me 24 hours later and it was a simple repair! So simple they charged me nothing when they absolutely could have and I would of had no choice but to pay it.These guys are the BEST. Thoroughly impressed with the quality service, and professionalism of CSI Computers in repairing a cracked screen for our iPhone 7. It took only an hour and was an absolutely incredible deal of $30. The location is slightly hidden from view from the road - the largest sandwich board advertising the location certainly helps! The technicians at CSI did an awesome job of replacing my hard drive on a 2013 iMac and did it in less than a day. My computer now runs faster and yes, $500 it was worth paying for such service.

Omg where to start. So i build my own Pcs always have and always will.. However this time i didnt as the parts that I would be putting in it are so high end and so rare right now just holding them makes me get the shakes.. if you knew the parts you would understand. So, that leaves me with who would I trust the most to put together this monstrosity?? I called a total of 12 computer repair places 3 told me they dont do pc custom builds 2 of them didnt want to even have the responsibility for the parts that left a handful that said they can do it.. I talked to everyone of them and after my friend who had his cell phone repaired at this company i settled and gave them a try.. Let me tell you omg I made the correct choice.. Not only did they make me feel at ease and comfortable with them doing it but they made a very very sick pc with the parts that they were given!! Not only that these guys on more than one occasion spent up to 2 and a half hours after closing time to ensure that the project was done with a base for building it at 200 obviously I paid and tipped them more.. These guys are fraudsters. I gave my laptop for repairs and never got it back, instead they offer 150$ for a 900$ laptop. Out of the 150$ I was offered 50$ due to miscellaneous expenses for migrating data over from the laptop they forcefully took to my work laptop, instead they end up crashing the work laptop. This cost me 5 days of unpaid time since I am a contractor.This business needs to be shut down

Mike was the guy I talked to the most; Was always chill when he picked up the phone and I asked for status updates on my PC and he got me the most help he could at the time which was awesome.The tech I got was very knowledgeable, Told me what he found and (actually discovered exactly what the problem was) which I assumed was one thing but was another thing and looking back I can DEFINITELY see how this all happened.Price is definitely fair; If you don’t build computers or tinker with them like me then you’ll think it’s overpriced but these guys put time and work into this and they’re all qualified technicians. Had a temperature and power supply problem with my computer and they were able to quickly identify and fix the problem while installing a new cooling system and psu. First time taking my computer to a repair shop but wont hesitate to bring it back here again if needed.

Their phone repairs are good since phone repair is straight forward, but when it comes to PC computer repairs, they are nothing short of crooks. Sure theyre friendly when you first come in, but poke them with the right questions, and their demeanor changes. They outrageously upcharge parts under the guise of labor, and expect you to roll with it. Their parts supplier is shady, and most likely ebay knockoff garbage. The quality of the repairs are not acceptable, and when you bring back the device for warranty work, they tell you theyre not liable. Stay away from these lying, moneygrabbing thieves!!

I was initially going to build my own PC but ran into a problem with flashing my motherboard. I reached out to CSI since they had built my previous PC back in 2012 and did a great job. I wanted to try and just have the motherboard flashed so I can build the rest of the PC myself, but decided to have them build the entire PC. I do wish I could have just done the motherboard, but I am more than happy with the work they do. They are very good at communicating and will answer any questions you have along the way.

I dropped my laptop from the couch to the carpet and broke the screen. I brought it into CSI computer and talked with Mike about getting it repaired. They diagnosed it within a day, and were able to provide me with different price points and plans to work with my budget. We ordered a screen from China for my touchscreen Lenovo which took about 3 weeks to arrive. They replaced it and returned my laptop to me nice and clean. Simple, but great and honest service. Ill definitely be back in the future should the need arise (hopefully not lol.)
