We went into this shop three times while visiting Orlando. The staff was amazing and super knowledgeable about their products. Nicole was there twice while we went in and gave us awesome service both times. She even set up our e-pen for us and made sure we were set before we left! I’d totally come back here next time we visit Orlando!

Experience in store was great as far as friendliness but the sales associate knew next to nothing about anything in the shop, all she really was helpful for was pulling pieces off the shelf to show us. The quality of the items sold in this shop is utter garbage. I only recommend buying glass from this shop if you just want to look at it and not actually use it. The glass the pieces are made out of are so thin you can barley even touch them. Complete waste of money
