DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!! I ordered on July 24,2021. I received a pink slip in my mailbox from USPS telling me they would redeliver and never did. I contacted the store and they argued with me saying the package was delivered when it WASNT! I fought with these people for 3 months via email and phone calls trying to get my money back. They would even say I would have to call the following day if I wanted to speak with a manager. I told them what they were doing was stealing and I had no problem calling up my small claims lawyer. Finally on Oct 25 2021 they refunded me my lost order. YOU DESERVE 0 STARS FOR STEALING FROM PEOPLE.

Returned a purchase as instructed. Company has not refunded my $80! Will not return my phone calls or emails.

I was a good standing customer of theirs for over 3 years and never a problem, until today 1/22/2021 I ordered my Cigars like normal on 1/14/2021 online and I got the normal conformation Email of my order with my confirmation # . But never received their typical Email conforming my shipment had shipped. I did not think that much about it, and waited the shipping time I paid for 1-6 days it is now 8 days. I called their number to see if there was a problem in shipping, and talking to this very rude young lady with a heavy accent, found out they where out of stock and had just received a pallet in and that my order was on it. I asked, why did I not get a simple email telling me the items where on back order? she said it was not her job, she asked rudely if I wanted my order or or what? I told her YES and that sense it was now going on 8 days and I would have to wait another 6 days that they should send them out 2 day, I had full intention on paying the cost difference, but with her snotty attitude and rudeness, I told her in a nice calm voice I just wanted my money back now and will be taking by business else where I would think in these hard times and with many business closing their doors for good, that a business like this would do better. Very dissatisfied customer now.

Complete scam. Placed a order on 4/16/21 and when it shipped the tracking showed it going to NY when Im in CA. I submitted a ticket on the website with no response. I called multiple times and never heard back. STAY AWAY they will just steal your money and give you the run around until its too late to stop the payment then they will ignore you.

Placed order over 2 weeks ago, was told they could not get the ordered filled after 3 times being told they are checking and would call back. No calls. Eventually I was told they would refund the money. No response now after numerous phone calls . Buyer beware!

I had a similar experience to the other negative review. I am in the service and ordered 4 cartons of filtered cigars for a deployment. I only received two. Multiple attemps at contacting the company via email have resulted in 0 responses. The phone number on file doesnt go through. Very very disappointed! Look elswhere for your tobacco needs!

Horrible customer service. Scratch that, its nonxistent ! I placed an order, paid extra for expedited shipping, got my order 6 days later, product was extremely stale. Ive called & emailed them numerous times, for replacement or refund, just to be ignored, going on a month now... I do NOT recommend !!
