Contacted Jimmy early Jan 2021 looking to replace the cracked screen for my Note 9. Phone was involved in an issue where someone grabbed it out of my hand and it hit the wall next to me. Jimmy quoted $230, and then ordered parts and called me 2 days later to do the repair.Took about an hour, and was told if there were any problems just let him know. Hes english isnt very good, but I told him I will check when I get back from the shop and put a screen protector on. Repair was done 1/12, as of this morning 2/26, a spider like crack is again, all over the screen.No damage to the phone, not dropped, thrown, mishandled anything. Jimmy doesnt want to honor any repair, any replacement, discount, anything.The part was most likely a second hand defect replacement part, and now a phone I picked up 2+ years ago... has a cracked screen for a 2nd time. Not to mention the obvious pry marks on the bottom right of my phone from where Jimmy pulled off the original cracked screen that he ignored when I brought to his attention after getting the phone back and looking at it for several days.Not happy about the outcome at all, and it was my fault for opting to go with a nobody repair place that Ive never heard of.Phone screens dont just crack by themselves agreed, but they also just dont stop being predictably usable after a few weeks of very light use and travel from a desk to a table.Cannot recommend this place nor the owner, Phones Fly, Gorilla Fix, whatever they have called or will be calling themselves. Again, no damage, dropping or anything of that nature to have it crack in a similar manner. Original damage was due to impact damage specifically to an unprotected, vulnerable curve of the screen. This is not the case a month later now.)

I went to purchase a screen protector and a popsocket a nice gentleman was amazing he knew what he was talking about and was very polite. He even put my screen protector on my phone and case.

DO NOT GO HERE!! THE OWNER (JIMMY) IS A SCAMMER! I took my iphone to get a new battery. He did not let me in alleging covid protection. When he changed the battery, he also CHANGED MY SCREEN FOR A FAKE ONE! I went back and argued for 20 minutes and he denied it. THIS GUY WILL RIP YOU OFF. Turns out the very same thing happened with a friend of mine that went there. DONT GET SCAMMED.

Excellent experience. Took my phone to apple and they told me they couldnt fix it. Tried to sell me a phone instead. Brought my phone here and Danny was able to get it working like new. Screen repair, new battery, and a tempered glass. All done within minutes. Saved me over $250! Thanks gorilla fix. Did what apple said wasnt possible.

I’ve broken my phone plenty of times, and this is by far the best place I ever went to repair it. My experience was unique because I have an iPhone 7 Plus and I saw a deal on Groupon for an iPhone 6 Plus. After talking with Danny on the phone regarding whether the size would be the same and if I could get the same deal, not only did he price match the deal, it took 30 minutes to fix it. Oh and I got a free anti break shield. It doesn’t get better than that . Plus the screen works as if it were new. Thank you Gorilla fix for making my Friday

Wonderful experience. My screen was cracked all the way through in multiple spots, and the digitizer was broken. It was changing colors and had black spots, and it would not respond to the touch. I brought it into Gorilla Fix and in an hour, it was completely fixed and restored to brand new condition.

Then he was very friendly and did an excellent job and very quick. I have an iPhone 6 that I drop this morning and shattered my entire screen . When he went to double check my phone he saw that there was an issue with my camera and he fixed that also-no charge. The only thing I would have to say is the sign is not big enough so I drove past it first, but its right next to Tartinis pizzeria and spaghetteria. I would definitely recommend coming here and getting excellent customer service and a job well done

I was very pleasantly surprised with this place. Within 30 minutes, Javier had fixed my terribly cracked screen and even hooked me with with a tempered glass screen protector! I constantly break my phone screen but I really hate the feeling of cases. This way, it will at least minimize the chance of breaking my phone screen. I dont know how the hell people are giving this crap place 5 stars. I got my iPad minis screen replaced here for $60, and when I received it one edge hadnt been glued properly. I asked the guy to fix it, and he said ok, he went to the back for 5 minutes, came back and it was the exact same. I asked him again, he said thats the best we can do. Unfortunately I had already paid and I was running late for a meeting so I left. I couldnt be bothered to back, and got the screen glued fully by a friend of mine. Id give 0 stars for this place if I could. Youre taking $60 and doing this utter substandard work?
