I came into this CPR store with two non-working cell phones. The man behind the counter looked at the first one and told me it had salt water damage and there was nothing he could do for the phone. He then looked at the other one, took it in the back for a minute, and came back to me with the phone working. When I asked him what the charge would be for the service, he told me not to worry about it. I am very appreciative of the type of service I got today at CPR and will definitely return in the future if I have any other problems with a cell phone. Honesty goes a long way. Thank you so much

I had a zagg screen savor warranty replacement with CPR does in store. The owner happened to be there and spoke with her while being taken care of. Theyre in the midst of renovating and expanding the assortment of products and the customer service is great and the location is great.

After accidentally dumping my new Samsung phone in a pot of clear water, I panicked, googled phone repairs near me, received varying reviews on several local shops and universally good reviews on CPR!Spoke to John and he assured me that CPR could repair my water damaged phone.Took the phone into the shop, the technician, Tristin diagnosed the problem immediately, quoted the price, a very professional transaction.I have my phone back, it looks like new, works perfectly.Rest assured, Id recommend CPR to anyone.

Stay away from this place, they were trying to repair my screen, and when they give me the phone it has the mark with a wrong color, and also the front camera was working perfectly now is damaged. Worst service in town.

We had a fiasco at Disney World this morning. Luckily today was a day off from the parks and CPR was there to save the day! No one wanted to help me. I was on hold for hours. Don’t waste your time using progressive leasing, they will say we can’t do nothing with that even though they are on the list. Just lazy employees is all. Would not even fix my phone when I said I’ll pay cash just repair it. Now they are closed on the weekends, so 4 days no phone. 6 hours of driving back and forth! I called progressive leasing and they said they have used them in the past. Maybe if the employees would pick up the phone and make a phone call they would know that information as I made several phone calls to them so I could help the employees. They just didn’t want to use their precious time.

Very disappointed with their service. Took my laptop for a diagnostic, and they told me it was the battery at first; they ordered the battery but ordered the wrong one, so they had to order another one which took about 3 weeks. After all that, I finally got my laptop back but it wasn’t even turning on, so I took it back and they told me it was the charger. I bought a new charger and still laptop wasn’t working, so I took it back. At this point, they told me they were going to give the laptop to one of their partners so they could further examine the laptop. A week and a half had passed and no one had contacted me for the laptop; I had to call them just get an update on the laptop. In conclusion, went and picked up the laptop with the same problem I had in the first place after a month and a half. Very poor service.

I cannot say enough great things about CPR. I took my phone there after having a really complicated issue and John put so much time and effort into trying to figure out what had happened. He was so real with us when he figured out that it was a bigger issue than they could fix, he didnt even charge me for his time. Ask for John he is awesome!!!!!!

Took my phone in a little while ago to get it serviced as the screen totally broke and I needed it back quickly. I brought in the phone and bought a discounted screen from the people at CPR and they were able to put it in same day. I was out of the door within an hour; I was even instructed the glue still had to dry!

I am very upset at the service provided . I left my macbook air to be fixed. I was told it was the battery and it would be done in a week. If the computer wouldn’t work we were told we would get a full refund. A week passed and I never received a call, so I decided t call and was told that they received the wrong battery so they were sending the battery back and requesting the right one. OK. They said it would take another week, FINE. Another week passed, no call. I call for another update and get the same response, to wait yet another week. This process of me waiting a week and calling for updates lasted 3weeks. I called for update and was told it was ready and working.My husband picked it up and the computer would turn on and shut down, we took the computer back. We were now told that it was the charger that wasn’t working. We ordered a new charger. STILL NOT WORKING. We took it back and were told they needed to do diagnostic testing, ok no problem. Unfortunately the computer had a bigger issue and we decided to just let it be and buy a new one. I understand there are technical difficulties, what is unacceptable is the not calling for updates and being told something and not being done. We only received half of our refund when were were told it would be a FULL REFUND.I am very disappointed and will not be coming back to this place.

I’ve been to this store two times for repairs only to be extremely disappointed, both times due to customer service and lack of product availability. The last experience was the worst. I took my Surface Pro to get the screen replaced. The team member quoted me a price for the part around $300. He also said most likely it couldn’t be fixed and if he ordered the part I had to pay up front whether it could be fixed or not! Just to ensure I understood I asked if I still had to pay $300 for a part that wouldn’t fix my screen. He said yes and no refunds.Also, I need my Zagg iPhone 11 screen protector replaced, he told me he hasn’t carried Zagg screen replacements in over a year. How can CPR call its self a Zagg service center if they don’t and won’t carry or order new screen protectors for Zagg?I went to You Break We fix that’s across the street. They fixed my Surface pro in 2 days. That was even needing to order the $250 screen. Also, if the repair didn’t fix the computer I wouldn’t have to pay anything. Thank you to these professionals for their help. They have definitely stolen my business for all future computer and phone repairs.EDIT to answer reply from the store. There’s no ticket number because there was zero service. Also, it only to two days for You Break we Fix to fix my Surface Pro and that included ordering the new part. So your reply that it’s difficult to get the parts for it is not accurate. Again only two days to repair my Surface and that included ordering the part. So it doesn’t seem to difficult for your competitors to get parts. Nor do they make you pay for a part if it doesn’t work, unlike your store.As far as not carrying replacement Zagg parts for a phone that’s only been out for about 18 months is just an excuse. The demand for IPhone 11 Pro is still high because it’s less than 2 years old. So by not carrying Zagg parts is just an excuse to not follow through with your company policy of being a certified Zagg representative.I have used the Sarasota CPR chain store multiple times with 💯 satisfaction. They always have the Zagg replacement parts. Also, I’m never give this elusive ticket number at their store. Your response is a copy/paste from your other review responses. Again this is just an example of the inadequate customer service provided at your store.I recommend going across the street to the You Break We Fix store.

Josh was great! I was having my work phone repaired and it was my last day on the job, so I needed it fixed or else I would have to pay $500 for a whole new phone for the company! I gave Josh the wrong information first, so when I came by in the morning to get it fixed, it was not the right part. He had the right part sent to him that day and I was able to come in about 4 hours later and he fixed it for me within 20 minutes! Incredible customer service, and Josh saved my butt! Will definitely recommend and will definitely go back if need be.

I got the cracked screen on my MS Surface tablet PC replaced after it cracked. MS said replacement screen arent available and wanted over 2x as much for a refurbished replacement as CPR charged to just replace the screen allowing me to keep my current device.The wait for the part to arrive took awhile but once it arrived service was fast, and the price was great! Employees were friendly and professional.

As an update to the below, today when I went to pick up my repaired iPad, the touch screen was unresponsive. Additionally, the staff was completely unprofessional.I would ABSOLUTELY AVOID CPRCell Phone Repair. There were many opportunities in my interaction to better communicate, take accountability, or simply apologize for the lack of follow-up, and none were taken. Extremely disappointing.***Original Review***I paid for an IPad Pro 9.7” screen replacement on Friday 1/17/20 and was told a replacement screen was ordered, and I would be contacted once it was received. After never receiving any additional communication, I follow up with Jonathan on 1/23 to discover that my screen was in, but was accidentally taken home by his boss. I asked for a call back when it was ready and received none. At 10:00 AM today, 1/27, I went to your location to see if they had the replacement screen in hand. They did, and I left my iPad for repair. I was informed by Jonathan that it would be approximately a 2 hour repair, and I would receive a phone call when complete. He confirmed the number they had on file. As of close of business 1/27, I have received no communication as to the status of my repair.

I have an mp3 player that I was afraid would not be repairable, and they no longer make them. Ive had it for about 5 years. It was my favorite one ever but it stopped taking a charge. Very pleased with screen repair. Only thing I’d mention is that we thought we were also getting a screen protector and technically we did just it was the thin plastic peel off type not the thin glass screen protector.

I broke my galaxy s5 screen and scheduled a repair with this store. I dropped the phone off and came back to pick it up and the salesman told me that the phone was like new and I did not owe him anything for the repair. He went on to tell me that I had a tempered glass screen protector and they peeled it off and the actual screen was not damaged. In this type of business you never know who you can trust and I really appreciated the honesty from them. I would definitely recommend them to anybody.

I took my iPhone 8S to UBreakIFix on Lake Mary Blvd. in Lake Mary after a leaking cup trickled water on my phone over night. The phone only partially worked afterwards - making calls unanswerable and dimming the back light.. After a week I was told that it could not be repaired. It was returned with the back light completely out of commission and barely able to hold a charge. Desperate for my children’s pictures I went into CPR and wow - what a difference! My phone was repaired and now works as well as when I first took it out of the box! Thank you for your competence, skill and selection of knowledgeable staff. The shop is 45 min away and I would pass by 20 other repair shops to get to it, but if I have to trust a company to bring my phone back to life it would be CPR!

Truly a great and painless (finically) experience. My daughter has an iPhone and is clumsy, she refuses to keep the screensaver and case on the phone. The phone is insured but would have cost $125 to replace the screen. Cell Phone Repair completed the repair for $50 and in an hour whereas it would have taken a few days going through the insurance. I will definitely use their service again (remember my child is clumsy). The customer service is A+. Thanks again!

Seriously...dont waste your time bothering with this repair store. They employ unskilled, inexperienced repair techs...who cannot even get the most basic of screen repairs right. I have literally had to take two phones I had fixed here back 3-5 times each (that is not an exaggeration) to have issues corrected with the work they did. They use cheap parts and then blame everything under the sun for the reasons they cant get the work done correctly. I have found their staff to be rude, unprofessional and lacking of even the most basic customer service skills. In the spirit of wanting to support a neighborhood business I tried them and boy they have really disappointed!! So many other places to choose from for repairs...I wont ever be back!

On January 19th 2016, a Tuesday afternoon, I was calling various phone repair shops to find the best price match for my repair regarding my broken screen on the device which needed work to be done. CPR manager Zach Palmer initially gave me a quote of $219.99 verbally over the phone to repair a Nokia Lumia 1020, after further investigation I found a better rate of $110.00 for the repair job elsewhere. I called CPR to see if they could match it and they did as an added bonus they even offered overnight shipping at no cost to the customer which was better than the other businesses. So I reluctantly accepted and agreed to the deal. Zach Palmer, the sales manager, assured me he would contact me by phone when the part came in to notify me. We came to a verbal agreement that I would be there the following day at no later than 3 PM. Unfortunately, I arrived at around that time and to my surprise the part wasnt shipped and instead of accepting accountability for the mistake Mr. Palmer decided to blame the freight shipping company for the delay. Mr. Palmers quote, We have no control over this issue as this is not our fault. As always, instead of acknowledging the fact he failed to follow-up with me and at least leave a voicemail stating the part didnt arrive he decided to verbally lie to me on the phone stating he called to inform me. Perhaps, I wasnt as naive as he thought I was so I checked and to my surprise no call was received by CPR Cell Phone Repair. So I decided to make contact in-person as I had already driven an hour out of my way to discover this company doesnt understand the concept of customer service. As I discussed the issue with him he insisted there was NOTHING he could do to RIGHT a WRONG. The manager Zach Palmer refused to compensate the difference for inconvenience on behalf of the customer and was more than willing to be one of the most incompetent individuals I have ever had to deal with. My advice, avoid CPR Cell Phone Repair at ALL COSTS. They shouldnt be in business to begin with considering their lack of customer service.Overall review 0.5/10
