I was so happy with the service I got Saturday 08-21-21.My Iphone 10-S was not allowing good reception when I put it to my earThe tech came out and offered to run a diagnostic test on it.When he came back, I found out he cleaned the ear piece speakerThe phone reception is great. I really thought this was going to run into big tabHe did not charge anything. I tried to buy him dinner with a tip, he refused it.Its the second time I have been there.Last year they replaced a battery on a Lenovo tablet so I could do Santa Zoom appearances with the covid being around.All my work was done while I waited. Love this place and the techs.The Magic light of doing a good job is in this shop.

Extremely knowledgeable and kind staff. Gave us an estimated wait time for a fix crack screen of 3 hours and was done in less than an hour and a half. Very professional but knew how to dance the line between professionalism and being charismatic. It certainly helped alleviate the anxieties of going through a third party company to fix a crack screen.

I came here because my phone wasn’t charging and believed I needed to get some work done. The employee was professional and honest as he explained that it may be caused to built up lint and was more than happy to do a diagnostic . After examining the phone, it turned that the charging port was not broke but just needed to be cleaned. The employee cleaned the charging port area and the phone was back to normal. Thank you!

Ian (Lead tech), Jace (store manager, and others I am sure gave me amazing service. They are extremely professional and accommodating. I brought in my Google Pixel 4 xl and it was on its black (death) screen. These guy went the extra mile and found out that it was under an extended warranty. They had to work hard and replaced multiple parts including a fried motherboard. They were able to do all the work under googles warranty and at no cost to me. You can tell they want to really help the customer. I thought I was going to have to buy an 800 new phone. I will only go back to these guys for my cell phone needs in the future!

Not trustworthy. I called the store about my surface book and they said they would be able to repair it, but would need to order the parts and would need be to bring the computer to the location for them to look at it. Additionally, they tried hard to sell their $25 / month service plan. I drove 30 min to the location and they said they couldnt fix surface books, but they would help me if I signed up for the $25/ month plan. Very scammy and not professional. I would expect the time print of the $25/month plan is terrible as well. Get your stuff somewhere else and dont trust what they tell you over the phone

I have had to have computers repaired for the last 10 years and these guys are so far ahead of the competition that everyone else should quit please let me know when you start working on cars fridge Raiders toasters or anything because of the quality of your service I would trust you with anything

Great service and so fast!! I messed my phone up bad (an entire burnt candle spilled all over my month old iPhone 12 Pro and into the front speaker). Jace was super knowledgeable and did some wizardry on my phone and not even a minute later my speaker was fixed. I appreciate people that are scholars at their craft. Jace is a scholar. Ubreakifix is the only place I have ever taken my phone and is the only place I will continue to take my phone

Every time I’ve been to uBreakiFix I have throughly pleased with their domain knowledge and customer service. This last visit I’m trying out their new protection plan asurionhome+. After all, I own all my electronic devices. I don’t rent them and I don’t have extended warranty’s on them

They have taken on a new department fixing appliances - Samsung Care, and it is a very disappointing service department. My washer is leaking, and their first appointment was 10 days away. They said they would make a note to call before coming, between the hours of 1-5. The tech showed up at 12:30 with no warning, so I missed my appointment. Now I have to wait another 10 days for the next appointment. They say they are booked, but if they are showing up to peoples homes with no warning, what are they really busy with. If you have an appliance issue, request a service call from another company!

I have had two items fixed here and have been very happy with their customer service. They listen and dont talk down to you. The phones were fixed quickly.

A tiny bit pricey, and it took longer than expected, but that was due to a long shipping time and a few shipping delays. They were responsive and answered calls, gave updates, and it was overall a good time.

Terrible they had my phone for a week and a half repairing my front glass of my Note 10 plus and when the returned it to me they cracked the rear glass on my phone and said it was like that when it came in! Stay aeay!!!!!!
