Awful place, payed to have my iPhone XS Max screen replaced, first screen goes out absolutely no damage to the screen its in perfect condition, I call them they tell me to bring it in and they fix the screen put a new one on at no cost and now THIS screen is going out too and having the same exact issue which im going to have to go back a 3rd time to get fixed which mind you not even a scratch on the surface is present. Extraordinarily cheap parts decent enough customer service theyll replace it if theres no cracks present but they will not put a quality display on as it will eventually go out from basic use with no drops.Update: Got my screen fixed again and they gave me a better quality screen and a free screen protector along with it

Cell phone ninja is a rip off they took my Apple battery and replaced it with a cheap one which I didn’t need a battery I just needed my screen fixed screen was replaced 3 times by cell ninja and still didn’t work correctly they took all my apple original parts and screws left everything loose in my phone if you want your phone fixed correctly and in front off you unlike cell ninja they take your phone in the back room so you can’t see the repairs. For proper repairs and to see your phone fixed in front of you go to (Love my phone) in Kissimmee way better then cell phone ninja I will never take my phone to cell phone ninja again

I needed the power button replaced on my Samsung Galaxy 6 Edge. I called around to all the local repair shops and found that none of them had the part. These people have no clue as to what they’re doing, all I needed was my front camera fixed & they couldn’t do that. They actually ended up asking for my password & went through my device. I waited 3 hours total just for my camera not to get fixed at all. Waste of time honestly.

Cracked my iPhone screen for the first time. Given the mixed reviews, I wanted to have it repaired by the Apple store. However, all locations were booked for days so I opted for LA iPhone Repair. $89.99 and Joey had my screen replaced in about 10 minutes. After scrolling through a few apps, I noticed a white discoloration. He adjusted the screen to fix it. He said if it reappeared, just to bring back my phone and hed readjust it.They seem to use the same quality of material. Its been 3 weeks and I havent had any problems with my phone. Id definitely go back again and recommend their services to my friends.
