The dude was super chill, and respectful but boost employees always try to aggressively upsale. I came in to get a $55 phone. They didnt have it so I asked for other things near that price range. He pulls out a phone shows me features. I ask the price. Oh its a little more, its $145. DUDE THATS LIKE TRIPLE THE PRICE RANGE I ASKED FOR?? Then offer an s10 with a $200 a month for 3 months plan. Like NO. he called the other place and they offered to sell me a $75 dynasty. Not out of my range but more than I wanna spend. So I just bought the phone online. Dudes super cool but never go to a boost store without checking prices on what you want. Also this whole stores selection is pricey. No cheaper phones yet.

I love Boost Mobile on Sandlake. My husband and I have been customers for quite a while. The owner Russell will treat you right. He is a good fair business man. He always helps us out with any problems we have with our phones.

I was leaving the big box cellphone company from paying almost $600.00 bucks a month to $100.00 bucks a month for 4 lines.. The staff was very helpful with porting my phone numbers and within minutes, I was up and running.. 👍👍👏

They are con-artist. Telling customers they must pay activation fee of $25 when it fact its at dealers discretion . They state its a LAW.. it started this month Sept 1, 2016...Thats BULL... its optional I called Boost myself and they confirmed it. Dont pay the fee just go to all the stores till you find an honest retail store. Shame on you Manager.

Very frustrating. they advertise a free phone with a new account, but if you leave sprint to go to boost, because they use the same network you cant get a free phone.In addition to port my phone number over it was going to cost $125 per phone. Im not sure whether theyre con artists or just running a bad business plan.

Very disappointed at this place just to i guess sell the phone and plan i was giving the wrong information and now im stuck with no service simply answered by “ yea i dont know why that information was given to you” not to mention the smart watch i have sitting at home because it wont connect to my phone at all
