Jonathan was a huge help this morning when it came to trading in my console for a better one. I was rushing to get to work and he made the process a piece of cake while also informing me a lot on the features and accessories. Great guy and a great asset to their company!

Nick, the store manager, dies not have a single customer service cell in his entire body. Told me to go to other stores or come in at a different time to get a different employ. Filling a complaint 100%

I went to the store to exchange my headphones because I bought a warranty with them. Well needless to say the guy would not exchange them so I called corporate and he still refused to do it.So of course I called another store and they did it for me with no problem because he said thats what warranties are for. Well glad he did exchange them at the apopka store because the guy was so nice I bought $300 dollars worth of stuff which I would have done in the Kirkman store but the guy refused to exchange my headphones.

My partner is currently in the store and I attempted to enter to grab them, for a medical reason I needed to leave. Afro haired guy at the door wouldn’t even listen to me. I’m asthmatic and they just threw their hands up and slid the grate while I see my partner in there. Just needed my inhaler but I guess this store staff does not care.

Was wishing they had a bigger selection of games. Then I picked a couple only to find out they not in stock.

Great customer service! Called and spoke to a guy named Nick to see if they had an item in stock, they did not and he went above and beyond, checked the inventory and even called the store who did have it to see if they would hold it for me!

Good store with a good selection of games but don’t go there to trade in anything for cash because they’re going to rip you off completely.

Staff is very well informed about anything in the game world. Plus, they are friendly, have competitive or cheaper prices when you compare to other stores.

10/10 great staff very helpful good prices the only problem is that they didnt have battle toads on Sega genesis

Even though I received great service and. found exactly what my son wanted for Christmas, was disappointed on Christmas Day when we opened our Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 game and found a dirty, scratched up Memorex CD in the brand new $60 game case. Put quite a dark cloud on what was supposed to be a surprisingly special moment. Very hurt & surprised..

Wish we had more in the area. This is the only one for a few miles thats not in the mall, which does cause you to have to wait a bit but its still has everything you need
