I took my iPhone Xs Max to have the screen replaced. My cell phone worked perfectly fine but after they replaced the screen the flash buttons and the camera on the home screen stopped working and also the phone itself opens the apps. 2 days later I stop by their shop, explain what’s going on, and was told not worry about it and to give them about 20 minutes to fix it. It is worth mentioning that they damaged the head of the cell phone screw because I saw it while they were doing it. (by the way on the paper they make you sign they also put how the cell phone arrived before the repair and nowhere on the paper did it say that my cell phone was defective and the staff marked my cell phone that it was in good condition before the repair ) but I still left for about 20 minutes to walk around the mall, when I picked up my cell phone again, they had put a clear paper on top of the screen looking like they had put a new screen on it, but the stripped screw was still the same.Im not sure if they changed the screen or not ( I doubt they did) I will never return to this place and I do not recommend it.

I went in sad about my phone and out so satisfied. Customer service is clearly #1 here, or at least it is for sales associate Bobby. He helped my friend and I with my iphone 12 screen, my camera was messed up and for some reason face ID wasnt working. there wasnt much he could do but he cleaned my entire phone out (dusted too??? like what?!) and answered all my questions. Hell yeah Bobby!

I took my iPhone XS to get fixed and they told me it would take an hour, they took 3 hours of my day to then tell me they couldn’t fix it due to a screw being stuck and they said the tool to fix it would come in tomorrow. Once I got my phone back all seemed to be in good condition until I tried to make a freaking call and couldn’t. Granted I asked for the cheaper $100 screen instead of the OEM $185 screen but that doesn’t mean my phone should just stop making calls. This is my work phone, it’s my livelihood. I don’t have time to wait for them to fix it again, I’m just buying a new phone. DON’T GO THERE.

Total Scam Artists. Worst place ever! I highly recommend not going here. I was charged 75 for an iPhone 6s replacement screen. Shortly after getting home, I noticed a high discoloring in the screen and an obvious light peeking through the top. I also started to have a problem texting. 3 days later a cracked appeared in the top of the screen and instantly grew. I took my receipt and phone back, kindly asking for them to fix it. I suggested maybe it was put on wrong or a malfunctioning screen. They pointed to an invisible non existent scratch, and said see you dropped it, your warranty is not valid anymore. I asked to speak with manager. They told me they would get in trouble for bothering him. I said then give me his number I will call. She wouldn’t so proceeded to text with him for 5 minutes. She then told me that he won’t speak to me because he was to busy. I ended up calling the mall management office and security got involved. Security managed to get their manager on the phone and he still refused to fix my phone. Absolutely unethical disgusting scam artists. I have every intention of reporting them to the better business bureau and have already filed a complaint with the mall.

Went to take my laptop into this repair ship since it had a software issue and the employees behind the desk were very cool in helping out. They gave me a pretty good estimate on what the damage would be too repair my laptop and it was a pretty appealing price. Ended up getting my laptop fix the same day so I would recommend to going here if you have any piece of technology that is broke or unusable.

In an industry where replacement screens will lift off your phone. This screen repair I had at this location has lasted perfectly to this date. I must have repaired my iPhone 6 there in mid 2016. Have not had any issues with the new screen, and have even accidentally dropped my phone about less than ten times and no breaks!! Staff is friendly and knowledgeable.

I had 2 devices fixed, replacement screens. iPhone 8 and mini iPad 2 I called around to different establishments first for timelines, and prices. When I called Master Fix, the gentleman who answered provided me with answers and great upbeat customer service. Unlike the other places I called, who were trying to upsell me over the phone with stuff I did not really understand. I mean my screens were cracked is all and I just wanted a price and how long I could expect to wait for the devices to be fixed. Master Fix was very up front, honest, no effort to upsell and avoid a price point. More so, they followed through with the exact service and price point with services. 150.00 for both devices, that now are as new as ever. Great place, great staff. Highly recommend.

Bad service and rude staffs. Brought my iPhone in for simple screen repair, I was told the part would be genuine from Apple, but it was not true. Screen started to change color after week. I brought back and was told nothing they can do about. I has no choice but to bring it to Apple store, they said screen was 3rd partly part and not from Apple. Please take your service somewhere els.

Horrible service, went the to fix my cracked screen and they said it would be $75. It was very cheap so I asked them to fix it for me, I also asked them to put a temper glass on it. It worked perfectly fine at the shop but couple hours later my touch screen stopped working. I will never go back there again. I would like to get a refund!

Brought my phone in for a screen repair in October. I live two hours a way and was shopping at the Florida Mall. Within days, my screen starting flickering so badly it was almost unbearable to use. Given that I live out of town, I wasn’t able to return immediately to have it fixed. Once I was in the area again (about two months later), they refused to repair their error. Please take your business elsewhere. I’m now out about $70 and have to shell out money I don’t have to fix something that they did wrong.

I have been waiting for over a month to get my tablet back from the store in the Sanford mall when I went to talk with them there to try and get the tablet back or see how much longer I would have to wait. I was told that the franchise at this location was sold to another person and he did not have it that I would need to contact the corporate location . So I did he told me that now my tablet was transferred to the millennium mall location. that is still not the problem it is not fixed and they have not contacted me to even let me know when it will be . I have already paid for the repair. I can’t even get the money back or that tablet returned to me because it in pieces.

I went in to get my iPhone 6+ screen fixed and once I got home I realized that there were 3 LCD spots in the top right corner. The next day I called and they told me to come in and they would check it out. Now despite the fact that I live 30 minutes way I figured I would make the trip if that meant getting my phone fixed since I did pay $150. I walked in and the guy checked it and didnt really take the blame for the poorly replaced screen and then told me to come in the next day due to the fact that they didnt have any screens for my phone. Really disappointed with the customer service and now I dont want to even waste my time and gas.

Worst experience and complete waste of money with this place. Took my galaxy note 5 that had a broken screen & needed to be replaced. They told me it would be $240 and I would need to wait an hour & so I agreed. My phone was originally white, when I went back for my phone it was now blue as they did not have the white screen, and he changed it without even asking me but I just took the phone that way as it was already done and it was working. 9 days later while Im using the phone the screen begins to flicker and it completely turns of. I take it back to the store with the warranty they take a look at it and they explain to me that the LCD sensor was broken due to putting pressure on the phone by putting it in my purse (which sounds completely ridiculous to me) and warranty does not cover it and I need a new screen AGAIN and he can only give me $20 discount meaning I need to pay him another $220 to fix it. And while opening the phone he broke the the back cover & I needed to pay for it as well. I said no to paying that amount again & took my phone elsewhere. I took my phone to The cellphone clinic on 192 on Kissimmee, and they were completely blown away by what I was just told about my phone. He explained that the frame on my phone had a dent and my LCD screen was not placed properly which caused the sensor to stop working. I had my screen and frame replaced for much less. I will never again step foot in Ifix and will never recommend them, their high prices and poor quality to anyone.

Just called tonask a simple question and the dude that answered the ohone today may 25 at 8:12pm hung up on me multiple times. Very unprofessional if you dint want tondo the job just say so or matter fact how bout dont work there. I would love for the manager or owner of this establishment to contact me. That was just extremely inappropriate and rude.

The staff were all really friendly and helpful. They know what theyre doing and got my phone back to me quickly. Hopefully I wont need my phone fixed again, but if I do, Ill bring it back to them.

Yo, I went to the mall to see what could buy for school and then i stumbled across this store ahead from h nm. I went in and i showed the guy my phone he said he can fix it in 15 minutes for a low costs the service is excellent and iam happily living with a fixed phone. For now.

Terrible service. Besides the guy not speaking English they replaced my screen so badly its completely black now and they just say I have to wait 5 more days for another part to come. Its coming off as it wasnt even glued properly. Dont go to this place.

Pros: Service is quick and affordable. Got both cracked screen replaced and battery changed. The staff was helpful.Cons: The replacement screen has an obvious discoloration to the OEM version. Colors are off and whites have a cool/bluish hue. Also the brightness of the new screen is visibly weaker than OEM screen. For some it may be acceptable, for others (like myself) its visible.

Stay away! They are incompetent and unethical. I took my iPhone 6 there to replace a cracked screen. When I got it back, the print reader didnt work. I called and the technician who said it was probably just a ribbon cable that needed to be re-seated. I took the phone back later that day but a different person was there, his name was Alex. Alex had no idea what he was doing. After disassembling the phone he realized he was in over his head. Over the course of 2 hours he made 8 phone calls asking for help. Long story short, he destroyed the phone, it never powered on again. I later took it to Apple and was told that it was unrepairable, the motherboard was damaged. I was refunded the original repair price but I ended up having to buy a new phone for $600. I called the next day to speak to a manager (from my other phone) and never received a call back. That just demonstrates a lack of integrity to add to their technical incompetence.

You can count on these guys to get your device fixed. I run a youtube channel where I put new devices to the challenge. I blend them, run them over with cars, even poured molten steel on them. If the device is salvageable, ill bring it to these guys and they usually can bring it back to life for me! Ask for Alicia!

Horrible horrible service!We went in to get an iPhone 5 screen fixed, everything on the phone was working perfectly fine so they only problem was the cracked screen. After they fixed it, half the letter on the screen could not be touched, the camara didnt work and the fingerprint feature had been lost. We went back and the person there was extremely rude, in other words he said that if he wasnt the one who fixed it then it wasnt his problem. When we tried to explain what was wrong he disregarded everything that was wrong and said it all looked okay to him. I highly encourage everyone to stay away from this place, its clearly a rip off!

I took my iPhone 6s for a screen repair, they have to do it twice because it didnt came out right the first time and when they give it back to me it wasnt sealed all the way. When I complained about it they told me it was nothing else it could off be done, that I have i to just take home like that. On top of that they messed up the touch screen response. This place sucks

Was waiting for out of town visitors at the Mall to go to Crayola Experience when my grandson notices iFix and asks to get his mini iPad screen fixed. It was 11:30 AM when we asked how much and how long. We were quoted 45 minutes and $64. We agree and tell him we will be at Crayola. About 2:10 PM we came back, they had a long line, we approached the guy we left it with and see he is still working on it. We decided to all go get something to eat. We return about 4:15 PM they charge me $64 but while waiting I noticed the home button didnt work. They stated the screen was defective and that they could replace it. I sad no we cant stay any longer. I asked for a refund, the one gentleman says he would have to call his manager. So I walked away to browse their cases. I come back about 2 minutes later to ask again and the man says the other technician is replacing it...I walked back to the door to tell the guy to just give it to me because we live in Ocala and cant wait, he says he already has the screen off so we wait about 40 minutes. I have a broken T12, I need to get home so I tell him to just give it to me, the repair guy throws a black plastic clamp with orange tips right at the wall within inches of me...hard. I said wow that is uncalled for and the hot head comes rushing at me in a very intimidating manner. I asked his name he said none of my business, I told the guy up front what he did and that guy says I should leave because we were being disruptive???? meanwhile this goon starts in on my husband, the whole time I am backing out of the store and trying to get my gson out. So now weve wasted hours, $65 and the iPad no longer works, they never had my permission to open it back up the second time. Steer clear, they have poor technical skills and NO customer service skills, and I am pretty sure they must be hiring folks with violent records because the guy was beyond anything I have ever seen. I called the police to file a report and had it not been for the long drive back to Ocala I would have pressed criminal charges.

Yesterday, I went there to fix my kracked screen on i phone.They told me it ll be 90$. After about 30 min when I came back to pick it up, I was adviced to buy a case. I like one of the cases, the guy said it is 39$, but he ll sell me for 30$. I said done deal. I was with a little baby, at that moment the baby start crying so I just want to pay and leave. After I left I looked at the receipt and WOW !!!.They charged me instead of 90$, 100$And 39$ for tha case and pluse taxes I payed 149$. I didn t mind to pay that number but why did he said at the beginning 90$, and 30$ for a case. If those 19$ differents made them happy I am glad. They did a good job on my screen, but folks, be carefull these guys are cheating.

Left my iphone 6 plus on sunday afternoon because of water damage, he told me to stay around for a few until they do a water treatment, after 3 hours I came back and they didnt even check the phone after that day told me to leave it for a day but the next day il call back to check on it and they didnt do nothing to the phone it was until tuesday that the told me what it had after that they told me they where going to have i ready for friday and after that i went saturday to pick it up and the didnt even do nothing to the phone and also charge me 47$ and they didnt do nothing to the phone

Had a horrible experience. My husband and I went here yesterday. My husband had a cracked screen. When they fixed it, it had a bubble on the screen and when he tried to make a phone call, the person he wad calling couldnt hear him. So he brought it back and they said they accidentally put glue around the area. We also brought in my daughters ipad mini with a cracked screen. They opened it and everything but ended up not fixing it because they didnt have the right screen in stock. We took the ipad mini to another place and when they turned the ipad on they couldnt even get the screen to work. When you try to unlock the ipad, you wont be able to.

I fix realy more like I break I sell sell chinease hard cases that scratch your phone I tell you I will fix your phone and then I make you sine a warrent that you will not make us pay for any broken stuff that happens then we break your phone and apoligize and when you say pay us a for a noew phone they dorry but we cant :-(

I got my screen fixed two weeks ago. I have been having problems with it. The finger print doesnt work and when phone calls are made I cant hear the person on the other line because its so quiet.

In addition to a bad non-return policy, I realized that the clerk does not guide the law on purpose, puts prices on the head - the products have no marked price - and the worst, discourages the customer to take a receipt if paid in cash.In summary: more expensive accessories than in other stores and dishonesty. It is right at the entrance to the mall, so resist the temptation to buy and research. There are several kiosks with the same products, charging less and without this attitude.
