Great service. But you have to be patient when you are doing services to your car. I always have to wait like 3 hours there.

I took my car to get a simple oil change but they made that very difficult to do. I sent in and spoke to the service department and they said I had to make an appointment and that was fine I understood they were busy so I went inside and spoke to the tellers in the service center to make the appointment and since it was my first time there, the teller told me I had to go inside to speak to The financial department which I didn’t understand why but I went. I spoke the customer service to tell them and they had me waiting for about 30mins for no one to ever show up. I was very upset and had to talk to customer service again and someone there just told us to take the car somewhere else to get better service so we did. For a first time customer I will never recommend this location to anyone!

I went to the universal Hyundai service center this morning to get repairs done on my carI was helped by Yamilette Amador and she was very patient with me and showed great customer service to me and I felt welcomedI used my complementary car wash voucher after my repairs were done and my car antenna breaks that’s was frustratingI returned to the service center and I asked for YamiletteI gave her an update on what happenedHer demeanor never changed and she still provided me with great customer serviceOn my next visit I want Yamilette she has great customer service

They have always been extremely friendly and polite. Following very strongly the mask mandate as they have many interactions with many guest. Always try to make my visits very comfortable and explain in details everything I need to be aware of.

Today I am concerned as the pansemic is going on and all I saw was a lot of employees standing around. Yes wearing masks but still and all there was no confidence for me as I worry about this troubling times. Anyone standing around should be doing something to assure safety from this pandemic.

I got there at 10am for my oil change appointment at 10:15 and everyone was running around like headless chickens. My car started getting serviced at 11:20 am. Why did I make an appointment if it was gonna take more than an hour for them to start changing the oil on my car.To the manager, work on efficiency and try to streamline things so things run smoothly. You have to many employees standing there doing nothing and distracting the ones that are working.The waiting area is a dark hole with no amenities. At least have a cheap keurig coffee machine. Dont blame the virus on your lack of effort.

I’m hoping to update this to higher as I don’t like to give low stars, but for now a little disappointed. I called on a Sunday to make an appointment to repair my A/C. They are closed on Sunday but use a third-party service to answer phones. The lady told me they like to make their own appointments for this and would call me back on Monday. I asked if I could call myself, which she said yes. I went ahead and I made an appointment online before nothing was available. I booked 1:15pm. I called a little after 7 am to see if I could get in sooner but no. The worker said it was odd the lady told me what she did. I arrived at 1 pm and was quickly met. The worker said they would run a diagnosis and let me know. I asked about a rental and she said maybe, depending on what needs to be done and if they had a rental available. No problem, I took a sick day off work to get this fixed. Then, the waiting. I waited until 2:45 (1.5 hours later) with no answer and no one visited me to say anything. I asked the worker and she said they only had four AC machines and everyone needed it. She said come back to her in 45 minutes and they would have an answer. I went to get a drink but returned to their waiting room. Again, no one even looked for me to say anything. At 4:00 (1.25 hours, not 45 minutes), I went back to the worker. She has the info. They did a full inspection of the car to try and sale me on a bunch of other stuff totaling over $2200 I didn’t ask for. Just AC. She called the mechanic to see how long it would be. He said 1.5 hours. Here we are. Timer is ticking. Let’s see if anyone comes to me and how much more time I have to wait. #buytoyota

I have been coming to this site for several years for the maintenance of my car, but the service deteriorates more and more. I used to have a lot of confidence here because they are the parent company of my car and the people who have attended me from the advisor like the others have always been quite professional and friendly.But on my last appointment they gave me 5 1/2 hours for a check-up, oil change, tire rotation and alignment (even though my appointment was at 7:15 am and I arrived at 6:44 am). Apart from that I come back for a complain and I arrive the same super early and I was surprised to see the empty place, this woman receives me at box office 4 to which I ask if I can enter because it is 6:50 am and she answers me in English, so I say Im sorry, I dont speak englis, to which she rudely makes me a rude expression and gesture of displeasure and walks away ... LACK OF RESPECT for a client and more towards anyone, it seemed like a xenophobic action for a person who works with customer service in a place where the high volume of people seeking their services are Spanish-speaking.I really do NOT RECOMMEND this place at this time, because from my experience you pay a lot of money for you to come and they treat you in such a contemptuous way😤I am very sorry that this uncomfortable situation occurs, but I cannot ignore this and that it will be repeated with me or with another client for being silent ... I hope the service improves because changing the service house for my car is so difficult as changing doctors, regarding the confidence you may have.Today I am extremely upset and I think that because of workers like her the company can lose not only new clients, but permanent clients ... I apologize to the other workers, I know how respectful they are but I cannot let this offense go by.

Very, very bad attention they kept us in the place for almost 8 hours and really what they made us feel bad was offering an absurd interest rate they practically ran me away ... but I thank God that it was like that because the next day I left to Toyota Orlando and I did excellent business and I left like my car in less than 5 hours that is called attention, advice and excellence
