The guys at Honest-1 Auto Care were fantastic. They explained every aspect of the repair and what to expect. Patrick and Andrew at the front desk were excellent. I even asked questions about other repairs they performed and received excellent information. They have a very nice waiting area- clean, tvs, kids play area and wi-fi.. I waited there for the repairs to be done but they do offer a shuttle service.. I definitely will return for any future car repairs.

My 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee was not starting so I had a tow truck take it to Honest-1 since they are AAA approved. I knew the issue was the starter and I explained to Jason thats all my vehicle needed so as to bypass having to have a diagnostic done. Im appreciative that Jason did not pressure me to have one done since that is what a lot of shops tend to do to get more money out of the customer. I also appreciate how clean their customer waiting and shop area is. My vehicle was ready when promised and for an affordable repair cost which included a 10% discount as a AAA member. I will definitely return to Honest-1 for any future repairs or maintenance.

I brought my vehicle there to be serviced for alternator they put it on but when time to drive off there lot the car didnt want to shift gears this car had never did that before and thats why Im writing this review it didnt want to change over at all Im like what did they do whatever they did they did on purpose why all of the sudden I had this problem after getting alternator put on the alternator have been fixed before and other things done been fixed on the car never had a problem with others only reason I went to honest 1 because my car broke down right beside it are I would have went to my regular mechanic shop and I know for sure they unplug are took something a loose are broke something on purpose you have to live by your name honest 1 your workers are not being honest some at least

The name says it all, very honest care is what you find here. I came in for a list of reasons concerning my vehicle, thinking about how much all of it could total to. End result was that they saved me at about $200 Im service that I didnt need. They attempted to replicate my issues and remedied a fix for it.Even after doing so, they wanted to make sure that I was satisfied with the solution and that it solved the problems I was experiencing beforehand. So, they had me go on a drive with their master tech, and I was surprised to see that the issue was greatly diminished. It was a rumbling with the tires that I could feel to the steering wheel, seats, and floorboards which only needed the right tire pressure on both sides as the remedy. It is easy to see how any other place could have charged me a wheel alignment, tire balancing, and more in this situation just to scam me out of more money than the job called for, especially when I asked for it to begin with.All-in-all, great people with great service and great ethics. They definitely live up to their name in honesty.

My previous Auto care closed so was looking for a new place for regular oil changes, tire rotation, minor repair shop. Found them online, convenient location and offered a coupon for 25$ off full synthetic oil change. Had difficulty making appointment online so just went next am and had to return in an hour. I overheard them telling another customer they text you a service update after visit as to what they checked and performed and I was glad because I had that with my other place. Oil change cost me around 73$ after the 25$ coupon which I felt was kind of high. I asked if they did tire rotation and was told it was 15$ extra. My tire rotation was done at every oil for last 2 years and was included in price about 67$ full synthetic. My filters were checked, fluids filled, and brakes visualized when tires removed. Not to mention a quick wash. The whole oil change took about 10 min very quick and I never got any text with info abt service only if I would give review. The employees were very friendly and no real complaints just will keep looking to see whats out there.

From the moment I walked up to the door, Woody the manager greeted me and made me feel right at home. I believe that the name of this place really says it all, plus their service is truly excellent. A friend recommended these guys and I drove a little out of my way to come here but it was well worth the extra trip. We will go back for sure!

After going in because a coolant line needed to be replaced ($400) I drove across town and the engine overheated. Turns out they left a clamp on one of the lines and it came off. It drained my vehicle of coolant. They want $1100 to repair it now. Claiming it needs a new thermostat ($30 from Nissan), fan clutch motor ($80), and new coolant. Thats almost $1000 in labor.

I went to this facility for a car diagnostic. They told me in order to determine, what was wrong for the car. I would need to change a piece of the car with them. I have never heard of this before. Usually a car would provide all the codes is throwing, when the check engine light turn on. This people are rip off, they would over charge for pieces and their diagnostic evaluation is very poor. When it comes to recommendations. I would not recommend this place to anyone. There is nothing HONEST ABOUT THEM.

The manager Andre was very professional and polite. I brought my car in for warranty repairs through CarMax. It was a complicated repair and it took some time to complete but that was not their fault as the parts were difficult to obtain. Andre and his team kept me in the loop and worked with me to get the car done and back in perfect condition. I would recommend this shop to anyone looking for an affordable and reliable shop. We called for an estimate to replace 2 oxygen sensors on our 2004 GMC Envoy. They quoted us part costs that were on average 150.00 for each sensor and then said it would take them 4 hours at a labor cost of 465.00 and then when the woman quoted us the total cost she said it would cost a total of about 1200.00 to do the entire job. Those figures didnt add up.When questioned about length of labor, they also claimed they would have to drop the catalytic converter, which was quite a process.Maybe she wasnt listening when we told her she was talking to an actual mechanic, but the cost of both o2 sensors at our local Autozone for a 2004 GMC Envoy is an average of 50.00 per part and the approximate time for labor to replace them is on average 30 minutes to an hour. At most no one should ever pay a mechanic more than 500.00 to do this, and that is alot...but 1200.00?Needless to say we have purchased the parts ourselves and will plug in and feed the wires through ourselves.Honest 1 Auto is not so honest and after that quote I wonder if their mechanics know what they are doing.

To be Honest as you call your Business: Honest 1 Auto care, thats lie:1. On March 2nd my truck running and with ABS and Brakes light on, went I got there, l told them, I came slowly, because I got problems with those light and I ask for diagnostic, I thought they would put the computer, but they not, and for diagnostic to spendcen($100 when other mechanics charges $30- 60).2. Ok I said I need fix truck (is my working vehicle). One of those mechanics take my truck to running diagnostic( I thought they would put the computer to diagnostic) in less the 1000 from the local the truck was broke with the driveshaft off from the transmission (certificate mechanics knowns better than that) the truck was broke in the middle of the road, I was in the taller waiting for the diagnostic, went someone came to the shop to telling to the owner, his truck was broke in the middle of the road, I walked to there to look( was close to shop), I was in the road with my truck broken and I saw the owner came to the certificate mechanics to telling something, they left and leave me there with the situation, not body told me about the situation (you cant leave any vehicle in the middle of the road, will be worth, they told me after the situation) the case was they call me 20 minutes later and the towing will be there to pick your broken truck and your have to paid( can you believe that and then wait like 30min).Once the towing guy came to pickup my broken truck, we went back to the shop, guess what the shop was close (not body told they close at 5pm, I saw a sign said close at 6pm), I was calling to the shop with no answer, I felted completely abandoned with no answer (already paid $50 to towing guy, raining with my broken truck, image you in the situation and you call your business: Honest 1 pls come what the heck).3. Next 3 week I was waiting to fix the truck( in that time they explained the situation from certificate mechanics why that happens). They ordered the new driveshaft, because the original was broken (the yoke falls off from the transmission) and came with factory damage, in the end for long or short story, 2 day ago they fixed something they were broken, charges me most $1500 for that and still my first diagnostic (ABS and Brakes lights) never get fix and now they said will loose the warranty on the driveshaft because my truck has 2lift kik (they dont have any clue about it) and ask me for good reviews, you know whats insane they got symbol of Christianity like some Bible verses and they call them self Honest 1 Auto Care. That is incredible!!!

I have been going here since 2017 with my vehicle. They have very friendly staff, decent prices, and try and get you the best deal possible. I also appreciate the Shuttle Service back home when the car has to be worked on for more than an hour. Great company and team!

I was charged extra for inspection after specifying what I needed done. No other actions were needed. They verbally confirmed and agreed with me. Then when the job was finished I was charged over 500 for 2 inspection. Fees on a 300 dollar job. Not happy .

I have been 2 times here and both times they have repaired what was supposed to be repaired. I have taken my Jeep 6 times to all different jeep dealerships in the area and all they did was mess up my Jeep more and charge me 600 dollars for a battery cable and the problem was not even that! It was spark plugs and the ppl at Honest 1 immediately fixed that issue. My car its under warranty so I only paid the difference and my car its running good so far.The only down side I noticed was that nobody was wearing a face mask in the lobby and there werent nothing posted about customers to use one either and that was concerning because I have no clue who can be carrying the virus in there. But besides that I have no compliant at all about the services.

CarMax, the dealership where I bought my car, recommended this repair shop. I brought my car in because it was having trouble starting. The mechanic checked my car and told me that I had a defective battery. He then asked me if my car was still under manufacturers warranty. I said, Yes, the car is less than 3 years old. He recommended that I go to the Honda dealership up the road and get the battery replaced for free since it was still under warranty. He could have just replaced the battery himself and charged me, but didnt! Im telling this story because the place really lives up to their name. Ive taken my car in for oil changes since then and Ive always received good service. I highly recommend them.

Ive gone to this place a few times which include a couple of major fixes and one minor fix that was under warranty from one of the major things. Employees are personable and they take care of their customers. Work seems to be solid and I will continue to go there.

They service was great! Everyone was friendly and I felt comfortable while I waited for HOURS, due to the extensive service being done to my car, but the atmosphere was pleasing. Andre, service manager, was very kind and informative and was very calm and cool about everything and it really helped me to be more accepting to the service. I came in to this shop last minuet and they promised to look at my car. They were able to quickly and effectively fix my car! I needed an alignment. They gave me a print out of my car before and after the alignment. I loved to see proof that I actually needed it. They did not hassle me about other things that may be wrong with my car. My car ran so smooth after getting it fixed. I will be coming back again whenever I have a problem with my car!

This shop and its staff are nothing short of professional and welcoming. I took my 2008 dodge caliber in because I suspected it had a starter issue. They offered to do a complete diagnostics on it or just replace the starter as I asked. I opted for the diagnostics as I knew there were a couple of other things I needed to troubleshoot so I figured I would let them do it. They came back with a couple of things that needed to fix. The cool part was they told me the things that they felt were necessary to fix and the other things that arent as important. I told them to do the necessary work and it was a very quick turnaround with the work (~1.5 days). They communicated everything with me the whole time and quoted me a fair price. My car has been running really smooth since it has come back from the shop. I would definitely bring my other vehicles to them for any major services moving forward. Really good people at work here.

Took my vehicle for an alignment to honest 1 auto care cause i saw plenty of good reviews about this place, plus because i had brand new tires installed for my vehicle and i needed to get an alignment, when i took it to this shop the mechanics messed up the alignment on my vehicle, had to return to the shop 3 times to try to get it fixed, and the mechanics from this shop tells me that the alignment is great, but what I see is that my car is still tilting me to the sides when driving high speed on the expressway, when I took my vehicle to the toyota dealership they tell me that the alignment is bad, and that my vehicle needs alignment. If looking to do a professional alignment for your car is better off to pay a little bit more and take it to Firestone complete auto care, never had alignment issues with Firestone before. Believe me the staff from Honest 1 where nice to me but Im not happy about the alignment on my vehicle.

Went a few months ago to ask about having my AC fixed on my Genesis Coupe... I knew clearly what it was(compressor had failed) Sight unseen they wanted me to have the ENTIRE AC system changed for $1800.... And best of all the guy gave me a time limit to have me come to the shop and get it fixed if not the price could of been higher... While i was there a few times i saw people there trying to negotiate their high prices, they also do not allow you to bring your own parts for them to have it installed no matter what which is pathetic, the parts that they also carry are insanely overpriced worst than the OEM dealership. I went to my local shop brought them my brand new AC compressor and never had issues since. Paid less than $200 for installation. Which is fair, i know how to install it but i have back problems. These people look like they abuse of the lack of mechanical knowledge from people and try to screw them over. Be aware and Stay away spread the word.

I am an Honest-1 customer and again the level of service that I received yesterday was above and beyond. I stopped at a 7-11 on my way to work and my car died. I called Honest-1 and I spoke to the owner, Leighton. He immediately called a tow truck for me and assured me that they would assess my vehicle and figure out what could be wrong. That afternoon, he called me back and let me know that my starter had died and what the cost would be. I approved the repair. my car was diagnosed, the repair was complete and ready for pick-up by the end of my work day. Thank you Honest-1 for getting me back on the road.

I had been to the Dealership earlier to get a quote and they were charging me hefty amount for the same job.I did some research work online and found their contact info from RepairPal and AAA. The front desk lady and the service advisor Victor have been very helpful and honest people just like the name of the shop. Hopefully if everything goes well, Im not going back to the dealership. I rather come to Honest-1 Auto care for all my car repair.

Id avoid this place.I had my girlfriend drop her car off here for a diagnosis because her car was shaking and idling funny.They did fix the shaking issue by replacing tires.They did not acknowledge the idle issue which wouldve been a simple cleaning.Instead, they told her all four of her struts needed to be replaced and that all the fluids needed to be drained and replaced.The total came out to around $2,200 I believe.I went in and asked which struts needed to be replaced and they told me all four of them but didnt know why. The clerk went and asked the mechanic and his reasoning was because they are original (the car is a 2012 Corolla).I brought the car to a better place and they fixed the idling issue for $40 and didnt charge to look at the struts and fluid.So my experience with this place was wasting $80 on a diagnosis that I couldnt even trust. If I didnt know better, my girlfriend would have wasted another $2200 on repairs her car doesnt need.Overall, this place will take advantage of you. Stay clear

Brought my 2003 Liberty here after a catastrophic suspension failure at speed. (I had been given a bad opinion by a different Honest-1 location about the viability of my suspension.) Andre and the rest of the team were very helpful and finished the work very quickly (and graciously worked with me on price because of the circumstances of my issue).

This establishment on Semoran BVLD in Orlando was wonderful. The extra friendly staff were deserving of this 5 star rating. The service was quoted and discussed before the crew started working on the car. The counter staff came back with suggestions that were totally up to me to make decisions on. The clerk even offered me a coupon saving me $25.00 off my oil change. The waiting area was sparkling clean, with self service coffee, beverages and snacks to enjoy while you wait. For FREE. I have been a happy customer of Honest 1 Auto Care for some time now. They always provide professional service. I have no qualms about recommending them to anyone. Their prices are very reasonable and affordable. Woody in the front office is a real nice guy and knows cars better than anyone I know. I always seek out his advice when it comes to issues with my car or truck. I am a repeat customer and will continue to be using them for my services.

DONT USE THIS SHOP. Over-priced and lacking good customer service. After service only on my front driver wheel I found two lug nuts on that wheel which were a different size from every other lug nut on the vehicle. Woody swore up and down that they didnt install two different lug nuts and tried to blame other shops. The problem for Honest 1 is I hadnt washed my Jeep in weeks and the two offending lug nuts were practically shining compared to the other 3 very dirty lug nuts. Woody attributed that to the removal tool cleaning the lug nuts but for some reason the 3 original lug nuts were still as dirty as the rest of the wheel and all 5 lug nuts would have had to be removed to do the work. Even if another shop interchanged the lug nuts why not call me to inquire if I knew about the different sized lug nuts and whether I would like them changed. Is it possible a repair shop didnt have two extra lug nuts. The tech would have had to use two different lug wrenches to remove and then re-install the wheel. The final option given to me was to go and buy a lug wrench that fit and be reimbursed by Honest 1. I spent over 500 dollars in repairs here and that was the best they came up with. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. If no stars was an option thats what theyd get from me.

Went bc my car was overheating, they were up front about what needed to be done, and replaced my radiator and thermostats for a reasonable price. I thought Id have to leave my car a day or so, but it was done in 3 hours, and my car is running great now :D def recommend these guys!

Took my Lexus RX 350 in for 30000 mile service. This service costs over $500 at the Winter Park Lexus dealer which includes a brake flush. I spoke with Woody before service was done. He said they would test the brake fluid and would recommend it be changed only if necessary. He also said they would show me any parts that they felt needed replacing for my approval. Bottom line-I needed an oil change, tire rotation and pollen filter. Total cost $105. Honest shop. Very professional and courteous.

Had the pleasure of working with Woody and Leighton for our 2004 Mercedes s430. Dealership quoted almost 10K for repairs stacking labor charges etc...plus identifies issues that were not required. Woody checked everything out with a fine tooth comb based on dealer list. Did only the work the car needed without wasting our time or money. Got all the work done for 2K right away. Will only trust and work with this Honest 1 for all our vehicles. Kindness and respect was more than icing on the cake. ♡

Because of the number of positive reviews for this business, I contacted Honest-1 Auto Care when my car had a major coolant melt-down. Woody is the man with whom all of my communication has been done, and he is kind, clear in his explanations, and is working with me to bring my basically sound 18-year-old car back into strong working order. He has been very compassionate and patient with all of my questions and spends whatever amount of time it takes for me to understand the processes necessary in the repair of my car. It was surprising that even during the holiday crunch my car was repaired within a very reasonable time. I also met Lee, the owner of the franchise, and he and Woody are excellent examples of Honest-1s concern for its customers. I sincerely recommend the quality of people and care of Honest-1 Auto Care.

Took my car there because I wasnt able to get it to start, and they were close by. They thouroughly took a look at it, and were able to figure it out and get it fixed all within a couple days. They took the time to explain what the problem was, what work they had to do to fix it, and just had a very professional attitude in general. I never felt like I was being ripped off or manipulated into getting unnecessary work done. The Iobby/waiting room area was very clean and pleasant as well. I will definitely be back for any future car work.

There are crooks! Kept charging me for a simple ac repair then tried to up sell me on service I did not need find a better place the employees are slow and can only be trusted to change your oil and that’s still a big job for them they are truly Honest-1 which equals liars and having lack of knowledge! You have been warned!

Woody and Leighton from the beginning have always been clear and honest with me. I truly trust them in their profession. They make me and my wife feel comfortable. Their location is very convenient and well kept but simple at the same time. Their prices are reasonable. They are the only ones I trust on my vehicle for fixes and for regular maintenance.

I was in a rush to get an oil change before my long travel and stopped here and they took care of it immediately. Eric and Woody were professional, friendly, with a clean, welcoming atmosphere with great hospitality. I felt right at home. Highly recommend them.
