Very disappointed with my purchase. The information given was very misleading with the original purchase. They match the tire price but never mentioned anything about the warranty on the tires. Had a flat tire a month after I spent $1200. Had to pay for a new tire again. I was mislead once again by the manager who gave me a good discount on the tire (to be fair), but promised things he knew he could not deliver. Everyone told them, and he insisted it was going to be done! I purchased 4 vehicles from this place, and it is just the wrong way to handle the situation. On top of that had to wait forever to get my vehicle back. Do not do tires in here. You can get much better deal and service at a tire place!
I am not sure if management changed or if something else happened but the service has gone down hill. I purchased my Suburban from Greenway Ford and with it, I purchased the oil change package. I have been taking my truck there regularly for oil changes and tire rotations for over the past year with no issues. Recently, however, I scheduled my regular oil change and on the day I went into drop off my truck, I let them know that my AC had started not blowing cold just a couple days before so I asked them to check that out as well. I was advised a diagnostic charge of 175 for the AC which I agreed to. Minutes after we left, the technician called me to tell me that my oil change was not covered that I was beyond 104k miles. My coupon that I handed him said I was using number 9 of 10 (appearing to indicate I had 2 more services left). I advised the technician the last time I was in, my mileage was also over 104k miles, to which he remarked they must have mistakenly paid it. This was insulting to me as no oil changes I have had there were free or paid by anyone else - the oil changes were purchased by me in a maintenance package when I bought the vehicle and therefore pre-paid. I was never advised that I would not be able to utilize all of the coupons in my package. When I picked up my vehicle without obtaining services, I was treated very rudely on the way out. My 15 year old son was very taken back by the disservice that he witnessed. The overall service and customer treatment was very poor and I will not be returning for service.

Disclaimer: We use TiresPlus typically for regular service... brought vehicle in today to Ford for a recalled part that’s on indefinite back order, but it was there so had it serviced. Oil change $68! Replace rear wiper blade $37! $108 total... is on me for not confirming costs. Don’t make my mistake.
Made an appointment on a friday for Saturday 8:30 for my a/c, Was told “come in Saturday morning and it will be fixed”. So i pull up Saturday morning at 8:30, when i could of been sleeping, too find out that it would be in all weekend. So then i was told “bring it in Monday morning at opening time to get it fixed right away”. So i fall for their trickery a second time, and pull my car in at 8:00 Monday morning, Confidentially because i was told “if you get it in at opening it will be the first car worked on”.Well no one must of gotten their cars worked on because my car is still in the shop now and its 5:30 pm. I had a guy pull up in a van with my car parked in the driveway a few years back and fixed my a/c in 3hours.(would of done this again if i didnt have a new car with warranty).These guys have a whole shop but it takes over 8. Then i talk to the manager and i guess i have more information about whats wrong with my car then he does? I don’t understand how that works but aight. Whole place is a mess, very unreliable with time. saying parts in stock then to find out that they have to order it. And too top it off now i have to wait till 12pm tomorrow for it to be done. My guy! This is not the place to bring your vehicle for repairs.

This review is in regards to the Greenway Ford Service center.Absolutely will never use this ford service center again. Not only was I taken advantage of from the moment I arrived at 8 AM, I told the team I had a specific print out of the check-engine light code, I was suggested to pay $150 to do the check-engine light inspection. I already knew what the problem with my car was, I needed a coolant bypass value to be replaced. All of which takes 18 minutes to do based on YouTube tutorials. I agreed to it, because I was told if the service center just did the fix on the specific code without running the check engine light inspection that if the light didnt turn off after the repair, that I would have to pay the $150 to get the check-engine light diagnosed. I bought in my vehicle because after replacing the coolant bypass value, the computer in the vehicle would need to be updated. First off, who in their right mind charges $150 to run a 2 minute test? Second of all, I was told I could use the shuttle service to be taken home. I walk up to the counter and get told that the wait time is over an hour. I pay for my own uber back to my home. I dont hear back from the service associate until 5 PM, later finding out that had I stayed at the service center, it would have put me to the front of the line. The job was quoted at $750 with three hours of book time for labor. I only found this out after calling and asking for a status update. Not only did it take 9 hours just to get a call to say they read the check-engine light, but no one told me how much the repairs would cost, which is the whole reason I bought my car in for service in the first place. I caught an uber back to the service center at 6:30 pm where the service associate told me that they couldnt waive the $150 fee. In the end, we wasted an entire day waiting for someone to call and tell me what the problem was when we already knew (P26B7 code). I ended up taking my car home after paying a discounted $90 and went to another local repair shop who did the entire inspection, repair and had me out of their office in 2 hours for a mere $99. Would I come back to Greenway ford service center? Absolutely not. Would I recommend their services to anyone? Never in my life.
Showed up at 8:30 in the morning with an appointment for getting my car repaired. By 4, I still hadnt heard anything. After asking, I learned no one had even looked at it. Thankfully they quickly gave me my car back.I stopped coming after similar experiences (there have been several times when no one knew where my car was and a service advisor had to take me into the repair shop in a last-ditch effort to find it), but had heard that they switched management and hoped things had turned around.I recommend avoiding this place for any sort of servicing. If you have to go to a dealership, I hear Peacock Ford is pretty good.
I would thank Frank Bitar of GREENWAY FORD ORLANDO service advisor for his professionalism and quality service. I have taken my service needs on my 2007 Ford Explorer to Greenway since 2013. On this occasion of her 105K check up, I needed new tires. The quote from Frank beat several stores in the area. I have always been satisfied by the Service staff at Greenway Ford Orlando. Thanks Frank and the especially the service person and staff. (You do have to get the coffee pot working, masks or not)

This is the worst place ever and I have known it for years but tried again today since it is convenient. Had an appointment and waited 30 minutes and service adviser never came out. Was told he was very busy - asked for another adviser and was told I was assigned that one. Asked if they could change my adviser to someone who wasnt incredibly busy and I got a dumbfounded look. Got in my car and drove off. If there were no stars I would give them none!
Spent over 2 hours with an appointment for an oil change / service. Not sure why we make appointments to spend close to 3 hours waiting for what should be an in and out thing.Of course the package I got with my truck requires I have it serviced here...which cost me an arm and leg. Can’t wait for it to be done so I can take the truck elsewhere.Once I finally got my truck back, the seat configurations were all changed. The reminder sticker in the window was hand written - as if a doctor wrote it and isn’t legible.I call to speak with a manager and after 10 minutes of being placed on hold, I get told I will have to leave a voicemail to be called back.Absolute joke

I set up an appointment for an airbag recall and dropped my car off at 9:10am. I also tried to get my car door fixed and they said it would take max 6 hours (3-4 for the airbag and 1-2 for the car door). They said that Terry was the one that was supposed to take care of my car but called out. They said not to worry because someone else would take care of my car and they’d call me when it was done. At 5:00 pm I still had NO CALL BACK so I tried to contact greenway ford. First phone call, I was on hold for 25 minutes and was told they’d call me back because everyone was busy. After 30 minutes I still did not get a call back. Second call, they put me on hold for about 30 minutes so I had to hang up call back again. I SPENT A TOTAL OF 1 HOUR AND A HALF TRYING TO GET A HOLD OF SOMEONE THAT COULD GIVE ME AN UPDATE ON MY CAR. Third call, they put me on hold again and they said that the person who said was going to fix my car had to leave so NOTHING WAS FIXED AND I’D HAVE TO PICK IT UP TOMORROW. I wasnt given any information/updates about this throughout the day so I wasn’t able to make arrangements for myself. When I asked them if I could at least get a rental, they cut me off saying it was closed. No effort of service recovery was made and the lady giving me my car keys back had an attitude with me for no reason. JUST GO SOMEWHERE ELSE IF YOU WANT THEM TO GET THINGS DONE.
The staff was very nice. but took me 5hrs+ for me to get 2 new tires, oil change, alignment, & air filter. They first said it would be 2.5hrs in all. I dont know why it took so long. I know they said to get the tires delivered it would be 2hrs for that. So 3+ hrs. for oil, and alignment is very long. a lot of waiting... They need to give better est. on what time/how long it will take. and have better deals. cost me over $400+ :(
Scheduled an appointment for 8 am for a diagnosis of the car for malfunctioning lights. They said they would call letting me me know about the vehicles condition. Waited 7 hours and called them only to hear that they cant do the diagnosis because of low staff. Unacceptable way to treat a returning customer. Definitely will not be going back.

Be very careful with what you buy there, as they sell some things that they can’t deliver to sell me a warranty on my car and I go to maintenance services saying that I would only pay for gasoline while I had the car, he burned a light bulb I had to pay until check up.

I believe that one of the most effective ways to disrespect someone is to waste their time. Well, the service department at Ford has done nothing but waste my time.Ive been dealing with the airbag recall for longer than I care to recall. Im talking on a scale of years, not days, weeks, or even months. Years. Since the first recall letter was sent to inform us that the passenger airbag in my vehicle could kill someone upon inflation.A few months ago I received a letter stating that I could receive a rental vehicle until they are able to repair my car. I called the dealership and they were going to put me on a waiting list, with no estimates, to get a rental car. So I called all the Ford and Lincoln dealerships within an hours drive from me to see if I could get a rental. No luck! Either they straight up turned me down or simply said Well put you on a wait list but cant tell you when youll be able to get a car. Terrible service. So I passed on that, since it was nothing but a waste of time. Oh, and I never got any calls back from their wait lists.I waited a few months, and received a letter stating that they have the airbags now to replace my car and I should make an appointment with my nearest Ford dealership. So I called yesterday and they made an appointment for me to come in and, guess what, not get my airbag replaced, but to get a rental until they could replace it. I figured I might as well, right? So I show up for my appointment this morning only to be told that they cant hold my car on their lot while I have a rental. I drove 30 minutes away just for them to tell me to leave my car at home and have a friend drop me off at the dealership to get a rental. Once again, terrible service. I explained my frustrations with this whole experience and my advisor merely shrugged and said Theres nothing I can do. Those words that no one wants to hear. Thats basic customer service knowledge.So now, after Ive waited years for an airbag, waited months for a rental car, Ive finally given up. All you can do is hope your airbag doesnt have to deploy. What a terrible feeling and overall horrible experience. This is for sure one way to make sure I never buy or recommend a Ford or Lincoln vehicle to anyone.By the way, before this, I was a Ford fan. My entire family only has Ford vehicles, and theyre all Ive ever driven.I wish they would make this right with me, a loyal Ford customer. But they wont even call me back, so I definitely dont expect them to do anything about this.If you intend to buy a Ford, you better hope your vehicle wont have a massive recall.
