I am the GM at an apartment community. I placed an order at another location and there were some issues with the order the day of a scheduled resident event. The wrong order was made and the correct one could not be accommodated per the assistant manager. I wont go into details with the location, it is not important. What is important is I called several other Publix and explained the situation trying to get anything that would be available to pick up 6PM the same day. Asking a lot, I know! NO ONE would help us or even made suggestion for how we could make it work. I was lucky enough to have Rachel answer my call in the Deli at this location. I told her what happened and she made it happen. She got creative for items she did not have on hand to make sure my entire order could be fulfilled. She went the extra mile and I will NEVER go anywhere else. This is our Publix for every event moving forward, she saved our Halloween Party today and kept a lot of kids happy! We would have had to reschedule if not for her.

I am NEW to the area and this is the closest Publix. I have been there quite a few times and everyone has been great. Every time I am looking for something and have to ask they are always quick with the answer and yes they are correct. The check out staff either in the self or the regular line are quick and efficient. I will definitely keep going to this one. Thsnks

I would not suggest using insta cart. Had my order messed up twice.then drove to the store to shop myself since our office was having visitors for lunch.a girl at the deli department said she would have the Mac n cheese made while I shopped 25 min wait and she would package it in a tray. So I said fine.well25 mins later I go to the dept.she left on break. A young man said oh its ready Ill get it for you in a min. He continued to pack out the rotisserie chickens then made 4 containers in a Styrofoam cup.very disappointed in the way it was handled. Publix is usually such a wonderful place to shop and Ill still shop because the quality of the food is awesome and its always clean. The bagger wad so pleasant. He even went and got me a 12pk of coke so I didnt have to leave the line.i appreciated his service.

Great got my Boars head Oven roast turkey for my cat Name Leonard Bernstein Bentley. He seriosly eats it and actually at feeding time he jumps on top of the frigerator. He is crazy about it. And if I run out Om Goodness. Better get to the store and very soon. He isalways loved it since he was a little kitty cat.

This is one of our favorite Publix. Very clean store, definitely terrific staff. They know their store. Help Pharmacy techs also. Deli is the best. They have some products that are hard to find elsewhere. My favorites are horseradish cheddar, Cajun turkey and the rare roast beef! For my wifes birthday we had ordered a Hawaiian themed cake. Absolutely amazing.

Everything is very clean and very well organized. Great shopping experience.

So much of the merchandise were in the wrong locations. Ie the $3.99 product was marked$1.99. Also alot of products were in the wrong sections.

One of the nicer Publix supermarkets in Central Florida. The store is clean, organized and well stocked. The employees are friendly and helpful. They will help you find items you’re looking for. Check out was OK, the store was busy so it was a little bit slow. There is plenty of parking with easy access to the store.

This place is very big and it helped being so close to the resort I was visiting with my family. To my advantage they have transponders witch I needed so my traveling went easier.

This was the strangest Publix Ive ever been in. The layout didnt make sense; I couldnt find what I needed. The fruit selection was also horrible. It was a good thing that I wasnt trying to do my whole shopping list the day I went here because I wouldve been screwed.

I have found the staff at this location to be particularly friendly. I feel the selection of home goods is more than the average Publix and we make use of the pharmacy frequently. The pharmacy is open late which is really convenient for getting prescriptions after work.

You get the best service ever from the workers but the prices of everything seems steep. Makes it hard to shop here for a family of 4.

This is one of those “new and improved” Publix. Has a nice café to eat at, and all the best services of Publix supermarkets.

This Publix has be consistent with great customer service and support for the 15 years I have shopped here. Landstar Publix (Meadows woods) should reach out for some very needed pointers in customer service and customer interaction skills. Landstar Publix caused a horrible financial setback for my family during the heart of the pandemic. It has taken over a year and a half bc of there doing! To this day I cant get in to the details bc I get so emotionally distressed. Publix southchase 👍👍👍👍👍

I know its a little pricey but really,you get what you pay for. Quality meats and produce and the staff is ALWAYS friendly and helpful. You can tell they like working there.Now there is someone constantly sanitizing your cart and basket! I love that!

They had the same steak but with different price by $4.00 a pound in the same area and I asked the gentleman that works in the meat department and he said yes thats the price $10.14 lb ..so, I showed to the cashier and she tried to put me down and tap her finger in why this price is right so, she took me to this tall Hispanic MANAGER and he went to the meat department and told me that thats the price and that I can take it or leave it,🤨🤨👎👎👎so, after 15mins I told him that he can keep it👎👎👎this was the first time that I had a BAD EXPERIENCE IN PUBLIX 🤨🤨🤨

I usually shop at Publix because the stores are clean and they clean the carts BUT this afternoon I was very upset. I’m a 61 ye old Diabetic and my husband has chronic heart failure. With the daily increase of the corona virus in this state I don’t understand why they are letting people walk thru the store were no masks. 2 younger (in their 20s) people at the customer care window and an older couple in the fresh fruit section. I brought to the attention of the 2 employees in vegetable section and they looked at me like u was in outer space. I asked a cashier and she said she she couldn’t do anything because she was a simple cashier but to bring it to the attention of a manager. I asked another cashier to get a manager no one ever showed up. As I was walking out of the store I asked a manager if they were allowing people in the store with no Masks and he said they try and are usually told at the door but apparently no one told them and most of the employees were nonchalant. I will probably not be shopping at this Publix again. I brought to the attention to 4 employees and a manager. Nope no more.

Like always the staff is super nice and professional the prices are reasonable, clean, following cdc guidelines kudos Publix crew 👏 👌
