Would love to give this place 5 stars. The people & service deserve this. However, I have often found a specific item out... 0% alcohol beer... specific fruit or veggie... that I am looking for. There is a good/bad reason - staff informed me this is busiest store in Orange County by volume. That is good for them, but they need to match inventory with demand. For most items, they have stock but just expect to pay more unless there is a special- then their prices beat Walmarts. They always have quick checkout and plenty of staff to answer questions.

Great store; had what I needed when other, smaller, Publix did not.

What a great store. Friendly people and everything is so organized. The moment you walk in you feel like you are welcome. If you are a veteran it is like 2 miles from the Lake Ballwin VA.

Love this store! Clean, convenient, and the staff is always so very helpful. I needed assistance finding an item yesterday and Hannah was so very helpful. She said she was new to the store-- what a great addition!

The only place i enjoy to shop.The quality of thier produce as well as meats surpass othersThey also have a great deli and they prepare subs fresh to order. In fact it is the only place my family and I get subs.... Try the chicken finger subs or any of the boars head meat subs. They are fabulous ..

Clean, friendly, very well stocked. Sushi section rarely features tuna except for combo rolls. Sandwich station SLAMMED at lunch, order ahead! Baldwin Park sucks, Publix is only redeeming aspect.

Why does this Publix not have all the good things that other Publix have. Drove over to Winter Park to but Count Chocula.

It really is a pleasure going there but then again my favorite place in the world. Publix is very clean its a little pricey. and everyone that works for Publix are so sweet very polite. I really highly recommend Publix. The most thing that I love its a soup which is a lobster soup broccoli loaded potatoes with bacon the best soup ever just dont take my word for it weather you never had it taste it I highly recommended.OMG so good💝💝☺

When this Publix location first opened as Baldwin Park was developed, it was the best Publix Ive ever walked in.!!! It was super clean, highly organized, employees were super friendly and customers respected the store and each other inside and in the parking lot.Within the first 5 years, most of that declined, to a typical acceptable level, but within the past 5 years, most of that has declined to a level where things should/need to be fixed (Ive seen fights in the parking lot over parking spaces, more trash and even empty beer bottles, inside Ive witnessed a gun pulled on another customer at the deli, Ive seen several times people, mostly older, being physically shoved aside so another can get by, name calling from a customer to an employee, the odor of marijuana in the aisles, packages of food being ripped open so they can eat the food and not pay, Ive seen two young adults steal magazines, others steal candy to underarm deodorant, Ive seen numerous employees texting/talking through ear buds on thier phones in the aisles, employees knowledge of the store has seriously declined, even some of the bagging skills need to be addressed, with heavy items being put on top of crushables/heavy items being single bagged only to have the bag tear when picking it up) please try to bring back an enjoyable shopping experience, to keep your customer loyalty and bring back those customers that you have lost.

They have the best selection of meat and fresh vegetables. They really have a great selection of everything. The store is always clean and the staff is always extremely helpful. Its probably the best Publix to go to thats in my area.

Clean, brightly-lit wide aisles, helpful employees, our favorite brands are always well-stocked, and they are always adding new products each week. Not the least expensive store to shop, but its convenient location to us helps make up for the higher prices .

Was a very clean establishment. Prices on groceries were very good. Clerks were helpful and nice. Quality of foods were fresh.

Poor customer service. I live in and own several properties in Baldwin. Therefore, I regular this location. I Went in for lunch to pick up a 6 sub and to my surprise left my wallet in my office. I offered electronic payment on my phone and the clerk proceeded to tell him he was un willing to accept my form of payment. the sub was thrown away & I left hungry. Total cost of my bill was 5.29. My last visit for a party on Sunday was 548.90 in grocery. Sad the world of customer service were in.

I really like this Publix very much. Its in a great location if you live in or near the Baldwin Park area. Its a little on the smaller side though. They didnt have my favorite Smoking Loon pinot noir or cabernet when I was there recently.

Awesome publix, not the closest to my house but I go here often because of the staff. They are always incredibly nice and helpful. Last time I was there one of the staff members Cody helped me out with finding some produce I needed that wasn’t out on display. Although Cody didn’t even work in the produce department and I dragged them from one of the aisles they were happy to go to the back of the produce section and retrieve the artichoke I was preparing for dinner that night! Awesome job Publix Baldwin Park!!

I gave this Publix 5 stars solely for my experience with Cody. She was extremely nice and was willing to help me find cereal as I was from out of town and was unfamiliar with this Publix. She took the time to assist me so I wanted to make sure this was heard. She made my experience at this Publix worth while!

It’s a Publix, and prices are established based on its location. Always friendly staff and a pleasant place to shop.

I love this Publix they are always patient to my needs and Scott in the meat Department always helps me find what I truly need to cook for my family for the night!

I do love a publix store...produce is always good and they have a great selection for meat. I always come out with more than what was on the list LOL. Only problem is the parking... Baldwin park has NO parking so everyone parks in their parking lot its ridulous!

Very clean store every thing fresh

Convenient if you live in Baldwin Park. However you should walk because parking is minimal. Prices have gotten a little out of control. The meat selection is horrible. Also the produce is really bad. I had to pick through ALL of the apples to find 3 that were not bruised and battered. The produce is actually worse than ANY supermarket I have ever been in. Publix, you all should be ashamed of the stuff you put out at this location.

While the rest of the store seems fine, the quality of its deli seems to decreased greatly. Product quality, inventory, and customer service seems to have dropped across the board. Rather unfortunate.

My local Publix is my primary source for groceries and other items used in the home. The staff is always very friendly and helpful ....and diverse. The variety of brands and items is very good. Its pretty much one stop shopping and the staff have really out forth a lot of extra effort during this time of the pandemic.

Standard Publix, great people, great service, and a darn good location.

Publix has always been known for its good customer service and this week I had the worst experience with an employee who asked me that if I had something to pay, go to another register and I told her that I was not going to pay anything and her response was, Im not talking to you Im talking to others and after they had me waiting 20 minutes at customer service and after me asking her is there was an issue she tells me yes we have an issue and she needs to call Wester Union and that she couldnt help me and shaking her head giving me attitude, then I asked her for her name and She spell it all loud CODY basically telling me she didn’t care what I was going to do with her name I lost all my lunch time because of her horrible costumer service. Later that day I went to another publix and there were no issues helping me out with what I needed

Amazing Publix to go to. Everybody and I mean everybody is so friendly. From Ms. Pattie at the register to Ms. Maria and the ladies in the Meat department. The fruit ladies with the yogurt. Mr. Thang with the Veggie sushi. All are so sweet. By far no other Publix compares to this one. This one sets the bar. Even the managers do not mind doing work. I come here every Sunday and I wont miss one as long as this staff stays the same!!

Rotten lettuce and unmasked employees. Most employees are unmasked despite the new Orange County mask mandate and just about all the lettuce sold in clam shell packaging is wilted. Ill be shopping elsewhere for now at a store that cares more about my health and well being.

I’m so appreciative of this company in general and I think they are a shining example of local business taking care of community and customers. Specifically I want to give them kudos for the recycling bins just outside the entrance where I turn in egg cartons, plastic clam shell packaging, styrofoam containers and water bottles/jugs. This store particularly is outstanding when it comes to cleanliness, willingness to help and follow through. I’m a a proud resident of Baldwin Park and proud of this Publix.

I just left the store the cashier never said Good afternoon or Thank you. My receipt says the cashier was Ashley but it was a guy. I wish I had his name. Very disappointed. When I ask him if I could pay there he answer yeah like : well if you are here but I don’t want to do it. 07/30/2020 @ 19:16. The store is very clean and organized though

Special helpful friendly

Fail on the self checkout stands. I hate to say this, but the Walmart off 436 and Auvers, has it down. At least add the hand held scanners to the self checkout, this will help move things a lot faster. Or make a sign that self checkout is like an Express line - 20 items or less.

I cannot believe Publix Supermarket hired what is clearly an extremely unprofessional company to provide construction services. At 2:00 a.m., I had to call in a noise complaint with the Orlando Police Department because HGR Construction did not train their employees on how to be courteous and professional when in public. This company clearly did not train their employees to know that it is unprofessional to ride a bicycle making loud noises on a residential street at 2:00 a.m. or train your employees not to stand on a residential street in Baldwin Park at 2:00 a.m., talking loud as if they are at a football game. This company clearly did not train their employees to not disrespect members of the public when asked to client down. All on video I might ad. Publix Supermarket should do a far better job when hiring vendors. Additionally, Publix Supermarket in Baldwin Park should be courteous of its neighbors/customers and NOT have construction that is going to be loud performed at the late hours of the night like 2:00 a.m. Shame Shame Shame.

The support of instacart is poor at this location. The last time that I used this service, it took more than 10 minutes to get someone to help me. My groceries had been collected well before I arrived, but when I got to the store, there was no one around to help.

The mardi gras wings and potato wedges are eveeythinggg !

I don’t write reviews often, but when I went in to get a sandwich made the other day Emeliza (hope I got that right) was phenomenal. She was very bubbly and had a great personality. Asked if I wanted my sandwich toasted and if I’d like my oil and vinegar in the side, which I have never been offered and no one likes a soggy sandwich. Also sandwich was perfect 👌🏽

Pharmacy was fast and helpful.

Hate that we all have wear these very smothering masks to be able to shop! Ive ALWAYS loved Publix (where shopping has always been a pleasure up until the last couple times...) Grrrrrrrrr no Clausens Sliced Pickles either for the last three months. Something must be happening at the factory...

Im new to Florida and Im trying to adapt to the new grocery stores as well. Publix seems to be the local favorite.Pros:Clean, well lit, convenient location if you live in Baldwin Park. The store seems to be well stocked and the employees are friendly. The parking spaces are large. They generally have great buy one get one free deals.Cons:The parking is horrendous. Luckily, Im close enough to walk, but if you come during peak hours, you likely may not find a parking space. There is street parking nearby if you cant find a spot. The prices are astronomical! I havent been impressed with their produce selection either. A lot of it is prepackaged and I prefer to buy individual over bulk.Overall, I go here because its close and comfortable. I think its one of the better Publix stores in the immediate area.

I’ve been going to this public since I was a kid they’ve always been a very clean store with a very friendly staff the customer service in my opinion is unmatched compared to any other grocery chain I’ve shopped at every time I go in to Publix theirs one cashier I always look for, adrianna as she is always kind and always in a very good mood not matter what every time I come in all of their employees are friendly but she’s a standout

It is like some other older Publix i dont want to shop at. On the other side of the coin, the staff are busy keeping all goods on the shelves and doing a very good job. One thing that stands out is why the store seems lack luster.This store is in an area thats moving forward with being new & updated in Baldwin Park. However it seems to be overlooked as far as the interior goes. Im looking to move here and would end up driving to a different store. I found myself feeling like this store is being overlooked in regards to esthetics. Disappointing. Perhaps a different area of Baldwin Park may be in my best interest.

I came into Publix in search of something quick to eat that was delicious and priced fairly, so I headed towards the hot bar.After choosing to get wings I opted to have them tossed in Korean BBQ. Adriana- the incredibly friendly young lady working the hot bar- informed me they were out...she had her own special sauce she wanted me to try.I was hesitant at first, but her glowing personality and obvious passion for customer satisfaction made it clear she wanted the best for my tastebuds and appetite.This sauce was incredible, and was better than any other wing sauce I’ve ever tried. Adriana clearly was conducting a train all the way to flavor town.As I sat in my truck and demolished the wings in the parking lot, it made me thankful for the hard working people at Publix that strive to make every customers experience better in any way possible.If you’re in Baldwin park- go get some of Adriana’s sauce...you will not be disappointed!

Publix is my favorite place to shop but not this one!! Manager/supervisor was on the floor packing and he decided to play cop/police/school principal. Let me explain!! Isles are labeled to give directions as to where to enter due to covid. I entered the wrong way and this manager felt like he should correct me with force in his voice as if he was reprimanding me. I stood for 15mims and I saw other white people entering the wrong way and he said nothing. I felt because I was black that gave him power to speak to me in such a manner. If hes going be racist he should stay around a desk and not have customer contact. He is not a people person and I would recommend some retraining in proper customer service.

The best grocery store to shop in Central Florida is Baldwin Park Publix clean store great staff great management thumbs up. Loving the new salad bar. Also got to say that the young lady who is a cashier and also helps out with the green wise demos Anna is outstanding very friendly and a very outgoing person and super at her job

Publix has to be the best run grocery chain ever. Their employees are always nice and the store is super clean. Unlike Whole Foods, where they seem to always hire grumpy weirdos.

I have 2 complaints about this store -- (1) the open seafood is never fresh; and (2) healthy items never go on sale or bogo. As an example of the latter, they actually had every flavor of kelloggs cereal on bogo at one point, but the only one without sugar (corn flakes) was not. But I still love this grocery because they have most of what I want, people (other than pharmacy) are very polite/friendly, and theyre in walking distance of me.
