Publix is always a great store. This one is no different. Fresh deli, seafood, sushi, bakery, butcher on site. Theyll even cut whichever type 9f meat and cut you desire! Still a marked up price compared to other grocery stores. But, you pay for the shopping experience

Theres a publix in every direction around here but this one is consistently staffed with the friendliest people.

Slightly upset with the customer service experience today. I typically go in and they offer to assist with groceries to your car and normally I would say no. Just happened today I went in a few things unexpectedly for my daughter. Honestly the bagger could tell I was having a difficult time placing my items in my stroller and did not offer to assist me outside. Gave me a look as if I wasn’t moving fast enough. Well maybe if I could of been offered assistance I wouldn’t have struggled managing with the groceries all the way to my car. Very disappointed.

They made the cake I ordered, not the way I asked for, horribly made, and it’s falling apart 🤦🏻‍♀️

I love coming to this Publix. You are greeted as you walk in and as you walk around the aisles you are always asked if you need anything let us know. During school season it is busy as it is next to UCF and the students are always shopping there. The store is always neat and clean. The shelves are stocked and nothing seems out of place. I have been coming to this Publix for the last 17 years and I will continue to shop here.

Need to move the curbside pick up spots closer to Lee Vista away from the Chinese restaurant, because people are parking in the spots designated for pick up, Both owners were in the Chinese restaurant.

The manager was very disrespectful. My bf has a service dog and he asked the reason why he has a service dog in order to let him go to the store. Thats a HIPAA violation, he didnt need to explain his medical privacy.The store is clean and nice but this incident make me thing a lot about the training that the company provide to their employees.

Hey, this is a great place to shop. Publix has a nice clean, and well organized setting. Able to find what I need & the associates ask before you even get a chance to approach them. I love Publix!

This has been our very best experience with the sandwich department. J.R. Had prepared our sandwiches. Even went the extra mile to chop our veggies toppings. We have traveled to many Publix from Orlando to South Florida and this has been the best experience. J.R. Should be teaching folks how to prepare a sub with care. Good Publix and great liquor store. The Italian restaurant is very good. I love the Japanese restaurant but I havent been since covid. I love the bar and sushi bar

I don’t have a problem with this Publix at all. When there isn’t a product I normally buy I just come another day after some time and they usually have it. The employees are nice too.

Cant think of a time where I had a bad experience at a Publix. Typically I buy stuff in the weekly add and if I pick up one of something that is buy one get one the cashiers are great about letting you know.

Always loved Publix and their buy 1 get 1. Most of their associates are really helpful and friendly, except for the day I went and tried to taste a cookie, the lady was a bit rude, made me think of Cookie Monster.

The vegetables and fruit are the high quality.You can find everything you needOooh the meals are awesome 👌

I love shopping at Publix we recently moved to this area and Publix is more convenient for me,but on 07/04/21 I purchased some smoke turkeys wings once I got home and open the package it was mold inside of the package and on the meat that was facing down. 🤢 I love Publix, but won’t be going back to this one

It was a really large grocery store. Very clean. Comparable to other Publixs. I was really disappointed that the deli didnt offer a single vegetarian grab and go meal option. Not even a vegetable or cheese sandwich. I got my vaccine there, and Kim managed the vaccine process like a pro. She was awesome!

Best sushi spot believe it or not. Myat, the dude that makes sushi makes it perfect exactly how I ask for. Hes always happy to make my lunch special. Salmon nigiri, warmed rice, no ginger, no wasabi. I get this at least once a week. Thanks Myat, I really appreciate what you do! My only hope is that one day they serve eel too.

Went to have my prescription filled sat here for an hour just for these people to tell me they didnt have the strength I needed. Well Im sorry when I hand you my script is that not what you are too look for, to make sure you have it and not make some wait a hour to find out you couldnt do it. I will never come back to this pharmacy you are a waste of my time and Im sure alot of other peoples times as well.

I have 3 Publix supermarkets equidistant form my home, but this one is my favorite. The staff are always friendly and helpful. For many items they maintain a better in-stock supply than others. And there is less of a traffic problem for me, to go to this store.

Its Publix, so, ya know....Nice store, good selection, friendly staff. This location serves many large neighborhoods and is at the intersections of Lee Vista & S. Chickasaw Trl so getting in and out off the parking lot can be tricky. IMO, Chickasaw Trl is easier entrance/exit than Lee Vista.

This Publix is great! Its very close to our house so its convenient for us if we run out of anything to be able to head 2 minutes up the road to pick it up. The staff are always friendly and the BOGOs are always great!

The lady working the hot case around 1pm 6-14-2021 was rude . I didn’t get her name but she was wearing a pink shirt, wrist brace, and had an English or Australian accent . She needs to work on her communication skills and I think she was some kind of manager. I go to this Publix often and never had a bad experience like this.

Today we went to Publix to pick up a cake for fathers day and the manager of the store asked us if we had paid for the cake we had in the paper bags. The woman falsely accused of us of stealing and made us uncomfortable as a family throughout the entire interaction. The manager is clearly racially biased and Im glad there is an Aldi nearby

I love Publix. I have heard people complain about it being expensive but I dont see that. First of all, you have weekly BOGO deals. Second, there are other specials as well as coupons in the Publix booklets.Meanwhile, the selection of products is vast and the employees, for the most part, are friendly AND helpful. Publix does make some of the best sandwiches in Florida and always has a sale on one each week. The deli section usually has several items on sale and will slice your cold cuts to your desired thickness (this is important especially if you like liverwurst, 🤣🤣🤣).The sushi is always fresh made and you have to love the special prices on ALL sushi every Wednesday.I love the section with pre-made meals next to the meat section (although I wish they would make the stuffed mushrooms more often).I dont frequent the bakery or pharmacy sections so I cant comment on those (actually, I do buy fresh bread occasionally from the bakery, 🤣🤣🤣).Checkout is usually a pleasure as they usually have plenty of cashiers to keep the lines short and, at least at this particular Publix, most of them are quick and helpful to get you through the worst part of the shopping process quickly and easily.

I went there with my wife and there was one person taking care of the drive thru and front counter, and after waiting on the front counter for a while, and no one took care of us, we just walk out that place.

Nice employees but Holy moly service here is slower than a 3 legged turtle on Ambien. Im typing this as we speak as the only customer at the sub counter and Ive still been waiting for over 5 minutes now. Its consistently like this, even with online orders.

This pharmacy deserves a minus five star review.Service experience at the pharmacy was a joke but I guess service quality doesnt matter when you hold all of the cards.This pharmacy in the past would place a courtesy call to inform people of the prescription ready for pickup but not anymore. Now you have to drive there, stand in line behind others and hope that they have the prescriptions ordered four days ago. Just to find out that the time and effort was a complete waste.They lied to me when saying that my prescription was not ordered. I called my insurance company and verified that information and was told that they did indeed receive the order from my doctor. They also refused to do their job and give me a shot that was ordered.. I dont do business and support people that treat their repeat customers this way. Good luck with your lousy service philosophies.

I went for some groceries on October 6/2020 to your location and I needed whole milk yogurt but the one I wanted was a two for one and Im a one person shopper that kind of offer is too much for me.So. I asked Keryel D. if I can have one item instead of the complete offer. He make sure that I knew some of those prices cant be split but he went around it and made possible to get what I needed, anyways I just wanted to let your establishment know and thank you for the service I have being getting for the last 10 years.

Publix is now selling our data! Based on the attitude of the cashier you can tell they are are tired of having to explain it.You must download the app, leave your phone number and contact info.... to save a dollar or two. It’s virtually impossible to get the advertised sale price today unless you download and fill info. How many people see he sale price put it in there cart and don’t understand and pay the original price? Come on Plublix...don’t you have enough already. Now with the digital coupon and app connected with the card your using and now they know more about you than you do..

It is a really nice store overall but you need to teach your employees how to properly bag my groceries. I group my groceries by their type and style. I put all cold/frozen product first. Then canned goods and boxed products followed by fragile items. When I see them bagging frozen bags with boxed items or my bread with cans or chemical products with any food items I can see that either they havent been trained properly or the dont care. And this is both the cashiers and the baggers. Im about ready to take my business back to Frederica store.

Renting Carpet Cleaners:Initially, When renting, Credit Card was taking and Renting plus clean up products were ring out. At the return time employee ok every thing as done. Later on was discovery Credit Card was charged twice. Seems Receiving employee re-charge the CC. Not knowing that rentals are prepay for period of hours. Usually 24 hrs rental. A good trained employee must know that.Doing a claim. Manager indicated that the Original CC must presented even do the double charge was register on the Publix System. Even that the wrong doing was at the store side. Fully insisted on do it his way. After Long Arguments. Manager open up a bit that phone call must be done to him; to corroborate Bank, Names and Numbers. Even that a good system must have all those details and a refund could be done at the spot of the store. That is way I give the Store just one Star. A more friendly System, I think, Should be on place to easily favor customers.

I like this one it is always clean. The worker are always asking you did you find everything ok or can I help u find anything. Tha ladies room is always clean the only problem I could find with this store is the same problem I have with other stores is when I get lunch meat I always haft to ask them could u please put clean gloves on.i never see them change there gloves

Shopping was not a pleasure, when youre forceing senior too be a bag person and they are in fear of their life. Estrella was very rude and screemed at me for being in my check out lane. To move away from her. Then I reported it the a color manager on duty, and his answer was Publix hire diverse associates. I asked him for his manager name 4 times before he shared it with me. Ive been a Publix customer for over 50 years. Publix should retrain the manager on customer service. I will never return your store Mark.
